Chapter 54
“Momma” I called as I entered the ward
I saw her cleaning Lily body with a towel heavily soaked with water
I stood behind her and hug her, “I know you are mad but all what I’m gonna say is I’m sorry, my stubbornness land Lily in coma” I said
“I’m not mad at you” she smiled at me, she use her wet hand to caress my hand
“Mom why don’t you rest, just sleep I will take care of her” I said
“Lila I’m fine” she said
“Don’t lie to me Mom” I said
Lily is in the VIP room, in the VIP room there’s an extra small bed, I made her sleep on the small bed and cover her body
I watch as she close her eyes and sleep, I clean Lily’s body thoroughly
I went to the bathroom and went to throw the dirty water then drop the bowl there
I went back to sit down and held her hand, I stare at her beautiful face
“Lily wake up I miss you, things is really tough but if you are here with me, I’m sure it will be easy”
“I won’t be stubborn to you again”
“Lily please wake up”
I remain in that same position for two hours, staring at her, watch her and every minute I glance at my mom
I glance at her, her eyes opened, she’s awake now,,,,I smiled at her
“You’re awake” I said and she smiled
“You can go now” she said
“Momma…..”
“Go and meet your Alex” she said
“I’m not going anywhere” I replied
“Are you guys fighting?” She asked
“No mom”
“Lila don’t lie to me” she said
“Okay fine mom, we had a little misunderstanding” I replied
“Do you mind sharing it with me”
“Rachael one of his bçhes came to the Mansion this morning claiming to be pregnant, she said a lot of fact and I kinda believe her” I said
“My baby have you hear him out?” She asked and I nod my head negatively
“Baby don’t let that girl ruin your home, you’re legally married to him, hear him and let’s hear what he’s gonna say” she said
“But mom he’s a player” I said
“But recently have you ever caught him with any girl even that betrayer you called a friend try to seduce him but he did not fall for it” she said
“Well because she’s too small for him” I said
“No baby, because he respect you, cause he love you he might not tell you the I love you word but his actions is speaking for you” she said
“Maybe he’s pretending” I said
“You can’t pretend for long without showing your real self” she said
“Mom you’re vouching for him” I said
“Why not he’s my son-in-law” she smiled and I widened my eyes
“He’s very caring, everyday he will tell the maids to bring food to the hospital for me and he has done so many other things for me” she said and I smiled
“I wanna go make things right” I said
“Do it before it will become too late” she said and I chuckled
“See you later”
I hug her and she kss my cheek and face, I smiled brightly at her,,,,,, she’s the best mother
I walk out of the ward then went straight to the Alex office, Gwen is downstairs with Cole
I’m suspecting something is going on between them
I touch the door knob and the door open, I entered the office and I saw Alex Mr park and a little girl
She should be around 7 or 8 years old
“Good day Mr park” I bow and he smiled brightly at me
“Uncle who’s she??” She said with her tiny voice
“That’s my wife, your aunt” Alex replied and smiled at me brightly, I just roll my eyeballs
“What’s your name?” She asked
“I’m Lila what about you?”
“I’m Rina Park, you’re beautiful what’s the secret”
“There’s no secret it’s natural” I replied
“No there’s a secret” she said and I chuckled
I bend down to her level and smiled, she’s beautiful tho she’s wearing the hospital attire
“Are you sick?” I asked with concern
“That was before but now I’m okay, I’m just waiting for my uncle to discharge me” she said and I smiled
“You’re a good girl” I said as I held her cheek
She held my cheek with her two small hands smiling, giggling like a baby
“Your cheek is soft, what’s the secret”
“If you wanna be beautiful, stay healthy and eat good food and fruit, exercise your body and always smile no matter the situation you find yourself in,,,,,,,,,, smile is the secret to beauty” I said and she smiled
“You’re my role model, I wanna be like you” she said
“Baby be yourself but make sure your behavior is good and not bad” I said
She hug me wrapping her small her hands around my neck and I hug her back resting my hands on her waist
“Rina you need to go and take your last medicine, it’s time already” Mr park said and she frown
“I’m okay already I don’t want any medicine” she said
“Stay healthy, so go and take your medicine, I’m here for you” I said
“See you later”
I watch as they walk out of the voice, I went to sit on the couch next to him and hug him
“You can tell me your own part now” I said
“I’m not responsible for the pregnancy, yeah I do sleep around with girls but I do use protection or I don’t release inside them, that baby in Rachael stomach is not for me” he said
I lift my head and stare at him, he stare at me too,,,,,,,,,,he brought his lip closer to mine and kss it lightly more like a peck
“You trust me”
“Yes so don’t break it” I replied
He held my hand, the left hand and squeeze it lightly, he touch the diamond ring that’s on it glittering
“You still wear the ring” he said
“I have to cause I’m married to you” I replied
“It’s beautiful on your finger” he said
He held the hand and bring it closer to his lip then kss it, he smiled at me
“Should we go out?”
“To where” I replied
“Anywhere you want” he said
“Mmm what about your villa, let’s go there” I said and he smiled
“Okay we’re going there now” he said
“Alex can I ask you something?” I asked
“Okay go on” he replied
“Are you playing me too, are you planning to use and dump me” I asked and he froze
He just stare at me with a blank expression, my heart start beating fast like a drum
What if he say yes???
Is he toying with my feelings??…..
