Chapter 48
Lila pov
As soon as Alex went out to only where God knows, I receive a call from Ryan
I smiled and rushed out, to meet him in his house,,,,,soon I arrive at his house
I press the doorbell once and the door open revealing Ryan face
“You’re expecting me” I said and he smiled
“If not you, who else should I expect” he replied
“Your girlfriend or the girl you are crushing on” I said and he smiled
“Let’s go to the pool side”
He intertwine my hands into his own as he drag me along with him to the pool side
“Do you like the handbag??”
“No I love it” I replied and he smiled
We reach the pool side and I take off my canvass immediately and dip my legs inside the water
He dive into the water and swim over to my direction then splash water on my face, I smiled
“You’re beautiful” I smiled
He come in between my legs and rest his hands on the pavement, beside my lap
“First time I will have my birthday without my sister Lily” I said and he smiled
“Everything has a reason, don’t worry your next 21st birthday you are gonna have it with your sister” he said and gave me a reassuring smile.
He brought his face closer to mine and wanted to kss, I swear I don’t know when I shift my face away
“What’s wrong??”
“I love him and I can’t afford to cheat on him” I replied
“Lila what are you saying” he snapped
“Ryan I’m sorry I love Alex and I don’t know if he feel the same way for me but I can’t cheat on him, remember I’m married to him” I said lowly
“Lila I love you” I widened my eyes at his statement
“And I love him” I replied
“That guy does not deserve, a player can never change” he said
“I already promise him that I won’t break his heart so I’m sorry Ryan”
“Thank you for breaking my heart” he said as he step out from the pool and walk away
“Hey Ryan wait” I hastily remove my legs from the water, wear my canvass and follow him
He reach his room door and he turn around to face me, I bow my head down
“Why are you following me”
“I wanna make sure you are fine” I replied lowly
“I’m fine go and meet him” he said as he enter the room and shut the door on my face
I try to open the door but it’s locked from inside, he already lock the door
“Ryan it’s not fault”
I slowly sat on the door and rest my back on the door, I smiled as tears roll down my cheek
“I never plan on loving him, everything just happened like that, I find myself tripping for him not minding the way he treat me”
“If someone tell me that I’m gonna fall in love with him before the 60 days is over, trust me I’m gonna beat that person up”
“Ryan you are not saying anything”
“Are you mad at me”
“Don’t be mad at me”
“Ryan you are not talking”
“Should I leave?”
“Say something”
The door open and I tilt my head to see Ryan staring at me, he bend down slowly then hug me
“You know I hate to see those tears” he said and I chuckled
“I respect your heart so who am I tamper with it, just know that I’m always here for you anytime you need someone to talk with”
I hug him really tight resting my head on his chest, I smiled, I kinda love his fragrance
He kss my cheek and I giggled like a baby

Yuri pov
“Hey do you like the gift”
“Thank you Yuri” Lila said over the phone
“Sorry it’s small” I said and she laughed
“You know I appreciate every little thing” she said
“Okay I will call you later” I said and end the call
“Who was that?” Davis asked
“My boyfriend” I replied
We get down from the car and enter the big hotel “Are you serious?”
“Do I look like someone that’s joking” I replied
We reach the receptionist and I watch him brought out his phone
I just watch as the both of them speak in Korean language, I barely know Korean language
“Yuri let’s go”
He held my hand and drag me along with him, I glance back to see the young lady she was giving me a hateful glare and I glared at her back immediately
“Terrifying”
We enter the room and he lock the door then went to lay on the bed
“Yuri can I ask a question?”
“Sure go on” I replied
I drop the bag on the table then went to lay on the bed beside him, staring at the ceiling
“You’re beautiful” he said and I smiled
“Someone is acknowledging my beauty” I replied
He stood up a bit then bring him closer to mine, I just bash my eyelashes
“What are you doing?”
“To confirm something” he replied
He brought his face and smash his lip on my mine, I just widened my eyes.
Soon he broke the kiss then stare at me, we remained in that same position
“You joking right???” He smiled
“I was talking to Lila” I replied and he smiled
“Should we take it to the next level?”
“I will think about it but right now I need to ease my bladder” I said
He get of me and I ran to the bathroom, I stare at my reflection in front of the mirror
I find myself holding my lip, geez Yuri what’s wrong with you??
You can’t love him
He’s too perfect for you
You’re below his status
Everything about him is perfect
I rinse my face with the warm water that’s gushing out from the tap
I step out from the room and I could not find him in the room
Where is he?
