Chapter 71
“Do you even have any evidence against me?”
“Game over sweetheart” I heard a familiar voice and we both tilt our head at the same time.
“Davis what are you doing here?” Samantha said and Davis chuckled
“Are you surprised”
“What’s going on??” Samantha asked
“You’re casted” Yuri replied and Samantha scoff
“Davis when do you start rolling with kids” Samantha said
“Wait do you just call us kids” I said
“You heard me right, you are not deaf” Samantha said and I take my lip in.
“Between the both of us who’s a kid” I said and she glared at me hatefully
“You’re the one” Samantha said
“No you are the one Samantha” Ryan said and she scoff
“Who are you??? How dare you put your mouth into this” Samantha said and Ryan chuckled
“You are suppose to beg for mercy instead you are insulting me, do you know me” Ryan said
“I don’t care who’s your father” Samantha said
“The Ex-President of America, I can tell him right now to make your life miserable that you will be begging for death and you will not see it” Ryan and she scoff
“I don’t care” Samantha said
“What’s going on here”
We all tilt our head and we saw Alex, Lila and her mom standing at the door entrance staring at us
“She wants to inject your sister” I replied and sigh
“Are you not the doctor that Eliana was talking about, the one that try to remove Lily oxygen” Lila’s Mom said and I widened my eyes
“Babe you are very desperate” I said
“She’s the one, she try to tamper with the surgery it did not work now she wanna inject Lily” Yuri replied
“Samantha what’s my offense” Lila asked and Samantha roll her eyeballs
“I won’t say anything until I see Rachael” She said
“Where’s Rachael?” Lila asked
“They should be on their way” I replied
Lila just walk past me and went to sit on the bed close to Lily
“Who’s the they??”
“We’re the one”
I saw Kehlani standing at the entrance with them and I smiled, they entered the ward fully
“What’s going on?” Georgia asked and I breathe out
“Someone should please stop asking that question” I said
“Rachael is here now will you now talk” Lila said
“Why are you mentioning my name” Rachael said feigning an innocent look
“You don’t need to pretend the secret is out” Ryan said
“Which secret are you children talking about?” James asked
“Dad Rachael is a pretender, she’s a liar and a cheater, she’s having sx with Harris under your roof, the baby in her is for Harris and Alex I don’t know why people are so desperate” Isabel said and I smiled
Finally she’s now talking and thinking like an adult, smart girl
“Rachael is that true?” James asked
“Well that’s true”

Lila pov
“Well that’s true” Alex mom said
“Then why did you kept quiet, why are defending her everytime she do something wrong” Alex said
“I have to do it cause she’s blackmailing me” Alex mom said and everyone widened their eyes
“How come??”
“Actually your annoying Mom caught me having sx with Harris so she threatened to cut off my relationship with Alex and I can’t bare to lose Alex to another girl, I device a plan by drugging your mom then paid a man to act as if he slept her then I snapped them, I use that to threaten her cause I know she care so much about her reputation” Rachael said and before we know it, Kehlani already lift her hand then slap Rachael face
“You’re shameless” Kehlani said angrily, gritting her teeth hard
“Mom why can’t you voice out” Isabel said
“Who’s gonna believe me cause the picture look so real” Georgia said
“You can’t cover a secret for long, is this not what you are hiding that’s later exposed” Lucia said
“Rachael and Samantha what’s my offense” I said
“I love that question, everything was going smoothly between me and Alex just then Lila pop in from nowhere and you just want to sit down and watch you snatch my man, as you are now I feel like strangling you” Rachael said
“You wanna strangle her” Ryan said
“I wanna do it” Rachael said
I stood then walk to Rachael side, we looked at each other, our eyes locked
“You wanna strangle me okay go on” I said and immediately she held my neck tightly
Everyone want to move closer to us but I stopped them using my hand
“But know something” I manage to talk, she’s really $trangling my neck
“We’re going down together, we’re dying together and if that happen you are gonna loose, someone else will have him what will be your gain” I manage to say, I don’t know when tears start rolling down my cheek like a river
She slowly release her hand my neck and I move backward coughing hard
“Lila are you okay?” Alex asked as he touch my hand, I gently remove his hand away and avoid his gaze
“Wait because of a guy you are doing all this” Isabel said
“Rachael I’m disappointed in you” James said
“I have a confession to make” Alex said and everyone glance at him
“What do you wanna say”
“My marriage with Lila was fake, base on contract but now it’s real” Alex said smiling at me
“No it’s still fake” I said and he twitch his lip
“What do you mean?”
“Contract have expire today so I’m gonna file a divorce” I said
“Lila what are you saying” Lily said and I glance at her
“The contract have ended so I need to go” I said
“Lila you wanna leave me” Alex said
“I’m sorry” I said
“Sorry can’t fixed anything you promise to stay with me and now you wanna leave me shattered” Alex yelled, he’s in pain I could see it in his eyes
I silently sob, my heart is breaking into two, I don’t wanna leave but I have to, for the safety of everyone
“Lila what are you saying” Ryan said
“Are you expecting me to stay after facing death wish from your flings, they are involving Lily and you want me to stay, there’s more that’s coming, Samantha and Rachael are not the only one, velvet might still come back” I said
“Lila I know you are joking” Lucia said
“Lila are you serious” Yuri said
“I won’t let you leave, the relationship is real” Alex said
“Okay if it’s real to you, let’s break up” I said
“Lila…” My mom called
“We’re leaving now, Alex I want you to discharge her” I said
“I’m not discharging anybody” he said
“Then I’m gonna do it forcefully” I said
“Lila do you know what you are doing?” Lily asked
“I can’t lose you twice” I replied
“Don’t do this to him, stay with him I promise to protect you guys I can even fly you guys out of here just don’t leave my son” Georgia said and I break down in tears
“I have made my decision” I said
“Alex it’s nice meeting you, you made my days in your house wonderful and I will never forget you, I love you and I will always love you” I said, immediately ran to me then pull me in for a kss
Exactly this is gonna be our last and moment
I love him and I will always love him
I will miss him
Let me get ready for another chapter in my life, to make a goal and achieve it
I broke the kss and he stare at me, I smiled as I held his cheek tenderly
“Smile at me cause you need to drop me off at the airport” I said and he chuckled
That’s the smile I wanna see
“It’s nice meeting the Rodriguez family and I enjoy the drama” I said
“Lila that’s my line” Lucia said and I laughed
