A NIGHT’S MISTAKE
EPISODE EIGHT

Bright stars was really a great school and very large too with cute students and uniforms.
I got registered and quickly located my class.
“Wow! We’ve got a cute newbie!” Someone yelled.
I looked over and smiled.
” I’m Ryan. Nice meeting you guys.” I replied, looking for an empty locker.
I was already seated when some group of boys came in.
They walked straight to me.
“And who are you brown head? This is my seat.” One of the boys said.
I glared up at him. ” This locker is empty.” I replied.
He looked away and looked back at me. “Yeah,I left it empty but it’s my seat. Get your ass off my seat.” He said impatiently.
” Hey,there is an empty seat here.” Someone called.
I glanced over at the kind girl then got up and left the boys.
They laughed at me as I walked.
Boiling up,I turned furiously to look at her. “I don’t really see anything funny here.” I retorted.
“Wooooh…. he’s pissed off.” The same guy said again. ”
His friends laughed.
I turned around and walked off.
If I’m gonna be in the same class with them,I had better wise up.

It was lunch break. I left the class for the school eatery cos I was so hungry and I couldn’t wait to have a taste of hamburgers and a pint of coke.
On my way,I spotted Chloe coming out of class. “Hi Chloe,are you going to the eatery too?” I asked cheerfully.
Chloe stared at me. I figured she was contemplating whether to be nice to me or not.
“Well…yes. Join us if you want.” Chloe said and walked off with a girl.
I followed and soon we got to the eatery.
Almost immediately someone grabbed me from the back so forcefully I yelled.
I turned furiously and saw Daniel grinning at me wickedly.
“Why the hell did you do that for!” I gasped.
Daniel laughed. Why the hell does he like making fun of me? Because I work in their house as a maid?
“You are not supposed to be here of course. What the h*ell do you think you are doing here?” He asked.
I sighed. ” Please, Danny….I’m hungry and I really need to eat.” I replied.
But he was just too stubborn. He grabbed my hand and kssed my palm.
I gasped and everyone laughed.
“Don’t you think you are making fun of the girl?” Someone asked and everywhere became so still.
Everyone turned.
I looked up and my eyes met with another pair of eyes.
Eyes like mine…lips like mine…..face so familiar….the colour of his hair like mine.
I blinked severally like something hit me in the heart as I continued to stare at this face.
He came in and his eyes hovered around my face,his expression wide and alive as he stared at me.
I stared back with a little frown on my face. “Have..we met before??” I stuttered out.
He still glaring at me so intently. ” You look someone I know…have we met before?” He asked me again.
I shook my head just as Danny grabbed my hand again and pulled me to his side. “Don’t you dare play a fast one here.
This babe is mine.” Danny said and everyone laughed.
The strange boy looked away from me and stared at Daniel.
“I guess not cos this girl right here looks like someone I’ve met before.”
I stared at him again, confused. How could his eyes be just like mine. Why is it possible I could see myself in those eyes?
