Chapter 10

Keisha
I pulled the body along and got to a bushy place
I entered in with her and laid her down with the plants covering us
I inhaled deeply
“Kintora, what have you gotten yourself into?” I asked as if she could hear me
I lifted her right hand and just below her wrist, her name was written KINTORA
It was like a tattoo to differentiate twins at the time that they are born
I lifted up my right hand and saw my own name KEISHA
I sighed
”I can’t even remember the last time we sat together like this” I said to her as I was already crying
I miss my sister
We used to be so close
Until she got possessed
Evil intertwined with her soul and since she was a twin, the only power that could defeat her was twin power
She began to kill all twins
Killed all old people including our parents so she’ll be the overall strongest
I had to run away
But she caught up with me
She would have killed me but she didn’t
Because she wants me to see her become the greatest of all time
She however took my powers
But she couldn’t take all of it
If my whole powers were here, I would have killed her long ago
And Rick and Zeus are not her children
They’re part of the twins to be killed but she spared Rick
But fate preserved Zeus
And now I have to do something important
If I can trap her soul back in and lock it
Then our problem would be solved
But I need my twin powers
What I’m I going to do?
Maybe I should just embalm her now then go out and find something that could help
Yes
That’s it
I quickly embalmed her then slowly swam out
Unfortunately, I collided into some ugly eels and I don’t think they are ready to let me go

Rick
We left the ocean safely without being noticed
Zeus is still unconscious but he’ll be okay
His face will soon heal up too
I used the perfect toadstool for him
A toadstool is like a mushroom
But I only collect the magical ones
“let’s go back to New York. We’ll be safer there and I’m sure mom would understand” Liliana said to Gavin
“but, I don’t think Melissa would be happy about what happened to Brianna” Gavin replied
“is Brianna going to die?” she asked
“no, she won’t. But, we have to do something fast or she will” I replied
She gasped
“I don’t understand” she replied
“Brianna’s body is too tender for all of that. She might die in the next two weeks. Which means two things, we’ll lose her but we’ll win over Kintora” I stated as I moved Zeus to the beach
It was really late so no one could see us
“will Kintora die too” Gavin asked
“as a matter of fact, yes. She won’t have any body to enter because it will take her unaware. But we need to save Brianna” I replied
Liliana sighed and hugged herself
She’s already human, she must be feeling cold already
Gavin moved to Zeus and checked on him
I tried to move to Brianna but I couldn’t
Because I don’t know how to walk
I never did
“come on, it’s easy” she said. I guess she read my mind
She stood up and walked to me
She held my hand up
And pulled me up
“come on” she said and giggled
I smiled and tried to walk
“come on dude. It’s not even hard at all” Gavin said
I chuckled and began to walk better
“it’s awesome” I said as she held my hand
“guys” Zeus called
I turned back immediately
“Zeus!” I exclaimed and ran to him
“what happened?” he asked as he rubbed his face
“long story” Gavin replied
“Brianna” he mumbled
“no, it’s Liliana” she replied
“let’s take you somewhere you can rest” I said and helped him up
“where do we go now?” Gavin asked
“the hotel first. I’ll call mom there” we then moved towards the hotel to lodge in

Liliana
I paced around my hotel room
I just finished calling mom
But I feel lonely
And cold
I got a knock on my door
I opened it and it was Rick
He smiled at me
I sheepishly opened the door and he walked in
“I’m I disturbing you?” he asked
“no, I actually need company. Please sit” I gestured to the bed
He sat down and so did I
“you’re thinking too much. Aren’t you?” he asked
I sighed
“you don’t have to. Everything will turn out fine” he touched my cheek
“thanks Rick” I said and hugged him
Instead of disengaging fully, we cuddled up instead
“human world is kinda fun” he stated and I laughed
“it’s better than you think” I replied
“I love your human hair” he said and stroke it
“thanks” I mumbled
He began to pat my arm as he hugged me
“Liliana” he called out
“I really like you” he added
I smiled sheepishly
“I really like you too” I replied
He chuckled and kissed my cheek
I held his hand tightly as if I was scared
“have you been kissed before?” he asked
I lifted my face
“yeah” I replied
“I haven’t. Would you teach me?” he asked innocently
He moved closer
“whoa” I exclaimed
Our faces were so close
“uhm, this is awkward” I muttered
“forget it” he said and laughed
He stood up
“I’ll go and see if Zeus is awake” he said
“did he sleep off” I asked as I stood up too
“yeah” he replied
I opened the door and he walked out
I walked out too and we went to see Zeus together

Keisha
I was taken to Kintora
She laughed when she saw me
I don’t blame her
She’s laughing her last
I’m just looking for her weakness
“Keisha, it’s been awhile” she said
I frowned
”no it hasn’t been awhile. You killed me a few hours ago” she said and swam towards me
I swam back
“oh sister, are you scared? Don’t be, I won’t hurt you” she said mimicking my voice
I was just looking around her body
Maybe I could get a clue
“guess what? I want you to say hi to mom and dad for me. Tell them I’m ruling their kingdom well” she said then laughed
“stop torturing my daughter. You’re torturing Brianna” I said, knowing exactly what Brianna would be going through
“hahahaha, I actually like her body. She’s so young and full of life. I could live for the next 50 years” she replied and laughed
Finally, I got what I needed
If she sees her former body, she’ll enter it uncontrollably
And if the body is injured
She won’t be able to come out ever again
“take her to the dungeon and get her ready for public execution tomorrow” she ordered with a fierce voice
I was taken to the dungeon
I thought I’ll be able to escape but unfortunately, magic can’t work in this cell
It’s specially made
Now I’m doomed
If I don’t get out, I’m going to die
This can’t be happening
I need help
I was pushed into the cell and I fell down
I began to cry
Because of my children
Because of my kingdom
Everything is falling apart
I sat down till midnight, waiting for my execution
The cell gate opened and I looked up
“who’s there?” I asked
“me, let’s go” a lady said
She swam in and I saw her face
