The next morning Christiana friend woke her up from the bed,
“Get up, its morning already, Stella said and Christy rubbed her eyes weakly.
“Is it morning? Gosh I think I slept late, Christy said and got up.
“You slept late? But you slept so early when I saw you, what happened? Stella asked and Christy remembered the discussion she eavesdropped on them and that couldn’t make her sleep as she laid on the bed thinking hard, then she shook her head.
“Never mind, I was only thinking about my mom that’s all, she replied.
“Okay let’s tidy our selves up and eat our breakfast, my aunt will be leaving with us soon, Stella said.
“Okay, I’ll arrange my document then, or won’t we get set to write our application letters? Christy asked.
“Oh that? There’s no need, my aunt settled it already, he only want to see us, Stella replied.
“Really? And I’m beginning to wonder what kind of job that is, Christy said.
“You’ll see when we get there, I also don’t know the job but he only wants to help us out, Stella said.
“And you chose me to come with you, thank you Stella, you’re such a good friend. I’ll go tidy up now, Christy said tapping her and went into the bathroom and Stella rolled her eyes with the questions Christy threw to her.

A hour later they all left the house and Christy was so quiet in the car as Stella aunt drove.
Stella noticed her unusual quietness and pinched her,
“Hey what’s wrong with you? She asked.
“Nothing, just anxious if we will get the job, Christy replied.
“You don’t believe me? Her aunt asked.
“Not that ma, I’m naturally anxious over little things. Please ma can you pull over? I’m pressed, Christy said.
“You’re pressed? The woman asked looking around and finally pulled over where Christiana can urinate.
“Thanks ma, Christy said and came down and stood looking at them folding her arms.
“What are you doing? Stella asked.
“I’m no longer interested in the job, now I’ll advise you start leaving before I’ll scream my head out and tell everyone who you are, Christy said.
“What nonsense is this and what are you talking about? The woman asked.
“Don’t you dare pretend, I heard you two talking last night and I know just where you are taking me to! Christiana shouted and Stella was shocked.
“Listen Christiana I can…….”don’t even try to come out from that car! I thought you were my friend? I was so happy that Yuh chose to help me out but I was so wrong. Did I tell you I’m into some kind of prostitution? Why then did I bring my documents? Christy said.
“Fine! Stop making an anthill out of nothing, you’re not interested and no one will force you. Just go home and get your things out of my house, The woman said.
“There’s no need for that, its already in the boot of the car, Christy said open the boot and brought out her bag.
“What! The woman shouted surprised.
“Bye and thanks for everything, Christy said and walked away and the woman angrily looked at Stella.
“I told you didn’t I? I can read girls and know those who will bring me nothing but trouble and those who will accept with no stress. I had a bad feeling about that girl, now just look at what you’ve done, The woman said.
“I’m sorry aunty, I was thinking we will get her there first and she will get to hear the offer and change her mind, Stella said.
“Whatever, she’s gone now and I believe is for the best, The woman said and drove off………

Mukasa returned from his hustle and met Regina sleeping on the floor trying to help her self with the assignment from school..
“Daddy welcome, daddy please can you help with my homework? Regina asked getting up to meet him but Mukasa gave her a stop sign.
“Don’t even go there, I have no such rubbish time, he said.
“But daddy please i have not been doing my homework, she said.
“That’s because you’re stupid and a waste of money! Where did you keep your dummy brain when your teacher was teaching you in class? Get out of my way, he angrily said and went inside.
Regina sadly laid down back and began crying knowing her teacher in school will beat her again,
“Daddy please help me, she cried carrying her book to try again……….

Pius was able to sneak out from Achen and rushed down to the capital to see Cynthia and his daughter,
“Sorry about that Love, I saw Achen in a strange way and I got scared. I had to settle her at home this few days to gain her trust back, he apologized.
“I’m not worried about myself but Catherine, she’s crying for Mukasa which I can’t let her go back to him, then you are not available either to fill up the space, this is crazy, Cynthia said.
“Is not what you’re thinking okay, I’ll try to balance up you should understand, he said holding her.
“I changed Kate from the school she was because I know Mukasa will be looking for her there, she said.
“Okay, where she is now is it convenient for her? He asked.
“Yes but here isn’t, its damn boring here making a hotel your house, she replied.
“I know and I’ll begin to look for a safe place for you, he said.
“I already did, she said and Pius smiled.
“That was smart of you, he said.
“I couldn’t just stand by and wait for you, I had to do something to help, she said and Catherine who was taking her nap woke up.
“Welcome uncle, Kate greeted and Pius smiled.
“How was school today? He asked carrying her.
“I don’t like it there because i don’t have any friends, she replied.
“Is always like that at first but soon you will have friends okay, he said and she nodded.
“What about Regina? Will she come to my school? She asked and Cynthia rolled her eyes.
“Who is Regina? Will you stop calling her name here! Cynthia shouted on her.
“Calm down will you, Pius said.
“That girl is too annoying, Cynthia said and Pius looked at Kate,
“Regina won’t be coming because ermmmm…. Your daddy said he won’t afford the fees okay. So make new friends and forget about her, he said and she nodded.
“Are Yuh going to eat now? Cynthia asked.
“Yes but ice cream first, she replied and Cynthia looked at her.
“But what first? Cynthia asked and Pius smiled.
“Okay baby let’s go buy ice cream, he said carrying her up.
“Not too fast, I need to take you to the place remember, the ice cream can wait, Cynthia said.
“I know, I’ll just get her the ice cream and we’ll go together. Don’t worry I’ll get you a plate also if you are jealous, he said winking at her and left the room while Cynthia shook her head and Mukasa call came on phone.
“Won’t you stop calling me Mukasa? She picked up.
“Its days now, where is my daughter and do you realise you have a daughter at home for you to take care of? He asked.
“Mukasa my daughter is with me and your daughter is with you, I just shared it equally so don’t complain because i am not complaining taking care of mine, she replied.
“What are you saying? How long will you stay out just for a misunderstanding? He asked.
“I’m afraid is gonna take so long, like so long that I doubt I’ll remember the way to your house Anymore, she replied.
“I will forget everything that has happened, just come back home please. In fact I’m sorry for what I did just come back okay, Mukasa said and Cynthia burst out laughing.
“Did I hear you say i should come back home? You mean my vomit? I’m not a dog Mukasa and i can’t go back to my vomit, sorry it’s over accept it and move on! She dropped.
“You are not serious, you have my daughter and i have every right to have her, you can’t take her away from me! He shouted and Cynthia laughed.
“Easy easy, Are you hurt i took her? I can imagine how Christiana felt when you snatched hers, besides my baby deserves a Better father and not someone like you. If you are done taking care of Regina, then I’ll know you are now a man, but for now you’re still just a dog and you have no right to have my baby! She shouted and dropped on the call on him.
“Cynthia….. Cyn….. He saw she ended the call and threw the phone angrily.
“Urghhhh Cynthia you’re so heartless leaving me now! He shouted…….
