Cynthia got back to the hotel after picking Catherine up from school, but she couldn’t stop herself from being worried when Achen called using the tone she used.
“Is she suspecting me or something? She asked herself and noticed her daughter was sick.
She checked her temperature and saw it was high,
“Oh no! Wait here I’ll get you drugs alright, she said to her and took her purse and left……

Mukasa laid quietly on the sofa and a fell of a plate in the kitchen woke him up,
“Regina! He shouted knowing she just broke a plate.
“What the hell is wrong with you? Let me get you there! He shouted and attempted to get up but his phone rang.
“Hi what’s up? Mukasa asked.
“Don’t be using that tone on me next time, it sound rugged, his friend said.
“What wrong with that? And any job for me? Mukasa asked.
“Not that, I just saw your wife, I passed her coming out from a hotel, he said.
“What! What hotel is that please? Mukasa asked and he laughed.
“You think you can go to such hotel huh? Its expensive, he replied.
“Then what are you doing there because you’re not rich either, Mukasa said.
“I went for a job anyway, and not anyone goes in there so there’s no need telling you, he said.
“Stop it will you? Just tell me the name of the hotel and that’s it, Mukasa said and he sighed.
“I’ll go now my boss is coming out, but don’t worry I’ll text it for you, he said and dropped the call before Mukasa could say anything.
“This will be very interesting I swear, he said and sat down forgetting about Regina…………..

Cynthia got the drugs from a nearby pharmacy, coming in she sighted and recognized Mukasa friend when he was concentrating with his boss.
She shook her head and hurried in and gave the drugs to Catherine.
“Baby lie down you’ll be fine when you wake up okay, she said covering her up.
“Where is daddy? Kate asked.
“Kate daddy is busy but he’ll be here tomorrow, Cynthia replied and she nodded and closed her eyes.
Cynthia stood up and peeped outside the window and saw he came to work on the security cameras outside.
“Did he see me? No I don’t need to guess, I’m sure he knows Mukasa is looking for me and he may call him up.
I have to leave this place even if I haven’t gotten things ready yet for the house to be set, but I can’t risk to be here just in case he saw me, she said and began parking………..

Evening was approaching and Mukasa kept waiting for his text,
“What’s wrong with you? He asked and called him up.
“Hey sorry I was so occupied, I’m just leaving there now, his friend picked up.
“Is she still there? Mukasa asked.
“That I can’t tell, I saw her going out anyway I don’t know if she’s back because I came to work and not to monitor your wife, he replied.
“Cut it, just send me the address common don’t keep me waiting, Mukasa said and dropped the call.
Immediately his phone beeped and he saw the name of the hotel.
“Thanks dude, you’ve been most helpful, he said in his heart and forwarded the text to Achen.
“I was told Cynthia is there, can you check her out yourself? He sent and smiled to himself.
Achen who was playing with her daughter saw the text from him and immediately Pius drove in.
“Alright that will be tomorrow, she replied him and deleted the message and welcomed Pius when he got in.
“Welcome love, she said pecking him and Princess ran to him.
“Thanks darling and my baby, he said carrying her up and giving his daughter a big kss.
“Daddy, I won mommy today in the game, Princess said.
“You did? That’s smart of you baby, Pius said.
“But that’s not true, it was simply her luck, Achen said.
“Daddy you need to see mommy face when I won her, Princess said and Pius laughed.
“When did you start being naughty Princess? Achen said.
“Mommy shall we play again? Princess asked.
“No way, I’ll go set the table for dad to eat, she replied.
“Alright baby come win me too in the game, Pius said and took Princess away while Achen looked at him.
“I’ll pretend to be cool, but pray so hard I won’t get to know your secret tomorrow, Achen said in her heart………..

That evening Christiana was outside thinking hard and Bale came out and stood beside her which she didn’t notice.
“You must be so deep in thought, he said cutting her off her thought and she bowed her head.
“Was It long you stood here? She asked.
“Nope just now, so what or who are thinking of? He asked and she heaved.
“My daughter, she replied.
“Talking about her, you haven’t found her yet? He asked and she nodded.
“And her father? He asked.
“None of them, I don’t even know if they are still in this planet, she replied.
“What’s his name? He asked.
“Mukasa, that’s all I know, she replied.
“Uhmmm do you still have hope to find her after 5 years? He asked.
“I won’t stop having faith that I’ll see my daughter, I know she is just somewhere and I hope she’s fine wherever she is, she replied and he touched her.
“Is alright, I’m sure your daughter can’t wait to see you too. So how did you see the school? He asked taking her away from the mood and she smiled.
“Fine and good. The teachers are friendly especially my head teacher, she’s so accommodating, and the kids are lovely. Is just that there was a girl that was registered today in the B class, she cried all through the day and I really pity her, Christy replied.
“Kids are like that, but she’ll be fine soon, he said.
“I hope so but there was this deep sadness in her eyes, I felt its just more than crying because of the change of school, I feel she’s lonely and not happy, Christy said and Bale smiled.
“How do you know that when you just met her? He asked.
“I don’t know, I just felt it, she replied.
“Common let’s go inside, the girl will be fine soon you’ll see, she was only crying for her ex school and friends over there thats all, he said leading her in.
“Alright sir if you say so, Christy said following him in………….
