The school was over and Bale came around to pick Christiana up,
“Ermmm a minute please, I need to say hi to a girl here, Christy said to him.
“Okay, Bale said and Christiana left to the next class and saw Regina sitting down.
“Regina see you tomorrow okay, Christy said.
“Its weekend tomorrow, Regina said and Christy remembered.
“See you on Monday then, can I drop you off? Christy asked.
“No thank you, bye, Regina said and Bale came nearer to see who she was talking to.
“Bye, Christy said and left with Bale.
“Are you okay? You don’t look happy to me, he said.
“I’m fine, just that I’m sad about that little girl, I don’t know why I’m having so much deep affection for her, she replied.
“But why is that? He asked.
“I don’t know and I can’t explain either, its too deep and it makes me want to cry, she replied sadly and Bale nodded and concentrated on the road but he suspected something.
“Are we going to wait till eternity for your dad to surface again today? Regina teacher angrily asked and she stood up..
“Sorry ma, I forgot daddy told me he won’t be picking me up today, Regina said and her teacher eyes bulged out.
“What! He told you that still you made me wait here when I have things to do? You’re such a wicked useless kid! She shouted on Regina and left and Regina slowly followed behind.
“I don’t even know the way home, she silently said and took the path she used in reaching the school.
Mukasa was at home drunk and he heard his neighbor children voices outside. He checked the time and remembered Regina,
“Sht! He shouted and staggered to get up but he fell and laid down there and slept off.
Regina wandered on the street and lost her way,
“Where is this place? She asked herself looking around scared and ran to a woman she saw standing by,
“Please help me madam I lost my way, Regina said.
“You lost your way? The woman asked and saw her school uniform.
“Your school is very far away from here, how did you get here? She asked.
“I think I used a wrong road to get here, Regina replied.
“Is okay, where do you live? I’ll take you back home, the woman said and Regina quickly told her where she stays and she stopped a cab immediately…..

Christiana was Still feeling uncomfortable as she remembered the way Regina cried and the words her teacher said to her.
“You’re too young Regina to go through all of that, I need to help you, Christiana said thinking of what to do and Bale saw her.
“What is it about that girl that troubles and affect her this way? I need to find out myself because i won’t accept anything in her past to go near her again, not even her lost Bastard child, he said in his heart and approached her with a smile.
‘Still pacing around worried? He asked touching her and Christy sat down.
“Can you help me with materials please? Something I can use in teaching a pupil over there in school, she said.
“You’re not a teacher, why do you want to take the responsibility when I paid people to do that, he said.
“I know but its different this time, a pupil is very backward and I need to help so she can cope with her classmates, she replied.
“That same girl? He asked and she nodded.
“Christiana can you give yourself some break, you’re getting too worried about her like she is related to you, he said and she stood up touching her forehead.
“I just want to help the poor kid, I pity her so much please help me out, i won’t rest or find peace until i get to see that girl smile and be happy, she said and Bale heaved.
“Fine, on Monday I’ll give you the necessary materials from the office to teach her, he said.
“Thank you so much, she happily said.
“So can we stop talking about her now? I was thinking, can we go out? He asked.
“Go out? She asked.
“Yea, its Friday and there’s a lot of fun today, i want you to come with me, he said.
‘I’m sorry I am not used to all of that, you can go without me please, she said.
“Common Christy drop all of that and come with me this evening, keep me company please, he pleaded and she slowly nodded.
“Thank you so much, he said and pecked her………….

Achen watched her daughter having her nap, she Left the room and made a call,
“Hello Achen, how are you doing? A male voice came on phone.
“Fine i guess, she replied.
“What’s wrong with you? Did that Pius of a guy do something to you? He asked when he noticed the tone of her voice.
“I was right all along, he was cheating on me.
Maybe I would have taken it cool if it were to be with a stranger, but no it was with my very best friend, she replied.
“Are we talking about Cynthia here? He asked.
“Yes the bch, she replied and he smirked.
“That ba$tard, were they really thinking at all? He asked.
“Look this has been going on for a very long time but I kept looking outside to prove my suspicion wrong when it was just before me, do you know how hurt I am right now when i do call the very person $tabbing me telling her my problems? She asked.
“Calm down sister, no one messes with you this way and go free, what are you going to do now? He asked.
“I feel like $t.rangling Pius, she replied.
“You do no such thing, I want you to put your best behavior with him, don’t let him suspect anything from you, he said.
“What! After all he did to me? How will i stand him when i feel like smashing his head right now! She shouted.
“Calm down will you, don’t forget he’s the father to your child, he said.
“And i can take care of my baby! She shouted.
“Sure you can but it’ll be foolish of you to do that to him when you are to deal with the Cynthia of a sIut. She is the one that wants to destroy your family and she’s using your husband just because hers isn’t working.
If you go ahead to hurt or leave your husband, you’ll just make her the winner, deal with Cynthia first and I will settle the score with Pius! He said and Achen dropped the call.
“He’s right, she destroyed her family now she’s coming after mine, get ready Cynthia for I’ll be coming for you! She shouted breathing hard………..

Cynthia picked up her daughter from school and got her something to eat,
“Mommy what’s wrong with your face? Kate asked.
“Nothing darling, eat up, she said.
“Mommy what about daddy? Did he come today? Kate asked.
“Yes he did, but he hurried back to work, she replied.
“But mommy, i just remembered something. isn’t daddy the husband to aunty Achen? is Princess my sister now? Kate asked and Cynthia looked at her.
“Who told you that? Your daddy is not Achen husband, maybe they only look alike, she replied.
“But he has his family, when will i meet them? Kate asked.
“Kate please eat your food and spare me the questions, She said and attempted to go to her room.
“But daddy Mukasa loves me more, when will i go back to him? Kate asked and Cynthia stopped and looked at her,
“Will you shut up and finish that food! She shouted on her and stormed inside…………

The woman safely returned Regina home,
“Thank you madam, sorry my daddy isn’t at home to thank you too, she said.
“No problem, make sure you don’t lost your way again, the woman said and left and Regina got inside to see her father sleeping on the floor.
She looked around and saw bottles scattered all over,
“Daddy, she called out shaking him.
“Get away and leave me alone! He shouted on her and she stood up and left to the kitchen to see there was no food in the house……………
