Episode 75.
The next day the cops arrived at Pius house and he came out to see them,
“What’s going on officers? Pius asked.
“Where’s your wife? An officer asked.
“She’s in cooking, he replied.
“She’s under arrest, a cop said.
“Arrest? Wait what happened? Pius asked.
“Her brother finally confessed, she killed the late Cynthia, the cop replied and Pius eyes bulged out.
“Are you serious? Pius asked and immediately ran in while the Officers followed him to know what he wanted doing.
Achen innocently came out from the kitchen cleaning her hands when Pius stormed in and pinned her on the wall..
“How dare you mur.derer! He shouted and attempted to hit her, but the cops held him and freed Achen from him..
“What did I do! Achen shouted.
“You’re under arrest for the murdering of Cynthia Mukasa, a cop replied putting handcuff in her hand.
“What! Pius is this your doing? What prove do You have I didn’t do anything! Achen shouted.
“Your brother said so himself so shut up, a cop said and Achen mouth flew open and she attempted to run to Pius but the cops held her.
“Let’s go! They shouted on her.
“No please its a lie, I didn’t do it, please believe me I didn’t, Achen shouted and Princess who heard the noise came out.
“Mommy! Mommy! Princess shouted but Pius carried her when she wanted running to her.
“Princess! Princess mommy loves you so much and I didn’t do it I swear! Achen shouted as she was dragged out.
“Mommy! Where are they taking mommy to, Princess cried and Pius hugged her and took her to the room………….

The next day Christiana was seen dressing Regina ready to leave and Ochen walked in with James,
“Welcome man, Mukasa greeted first shaking hands with them..
“Uncle good morning, Regina shouted.
“Good morning sweet, James said drawing her cheeks while Ochen slowly drew near and pecked her.
“Uncle is the dress fine? Regina asked Ochen..
“Uhmmm let me see, Ochen said taking her from Christiana.
“Its not fine, but pretty just like you, Ochen replied and dressed her well.
“Thank you, Regina said and he carried her and looked at Christiana who was quiet not knowing what to feel when she saw Ochen.
“Ready? Ochen asked her and she nodded.
“I’ll help with the bags then, James said and took a traveling bag.
“Honey let’s meet your mom outside, Mukasa said and carried Regina from Ochen and left the room too leaving them alone.
“Ermmm take care of yourself, and thanks for everything, Christy said folding her hands and Ochen nodded.
“If that’s what you want, he said and she slowly bent and took the bag left.
“Goodbye, Christiana said and slowly left too while Ochen breathed in closing his eyes and followed behind.
James was surprised to see them out so fast and he rolled his eyes disappointed.
“Daddy will you come with us to the park? Regina asked.
“Do you want daddy to come? Mukasa asked.
“Yessssssss, Regina replied and his phone began to ring.
“Hello, he picked up.
“What! Its Achen? Mukasa asked again to the caller.
“Okay I’ll be there, Mukasa said and dropped the call.
“What’s wrong? Christiana asked.
“Its about Cynthia case, the cops found out she’s the murderer, Mukasa replied.
“You mean that her best friend? What the h’ll! Christiana shouted.
“I’m asked to come to the station now, Mukasa said.
“Don’t worry you can go, we will make sure they leave the park safe, James said.
“Thank you, sorry baby I won’t be coming hope you understand, Mukasa said to Regina and she nodded.
“Thanks love, but I promise to visit you alright, Mukasa said and pecked her.
“Bye daddy, Regina said waving in as they got into the car and drove off……….

They arrived at the park and luckily for them, they got to fill the seat left.
“Bye uncle, and please visit okay, grandma is a very good cook, Regina said and they laughed.
“Sure as a foodie I’ll love to visit always because of grandma, James said.
“Bye dear, we will visit from time to time and take care of mommy alright, Ochen said.
“Okay i will, bye, Regina said waving at them.
“Thanks Ochen, thanks James, Christiana said but they only nodded and saw them took off.
Ochen faced down and James looked at him,
“Did you tell her what you feel for her? James asked and he nodded.
“And? James asked.
“And she said nothing and she insisted to go and never to come back, Ochen replied.
“Is that it? James asked.
“James please leave me alone, I need to go see my brother, Ochen said and got into the car while James shook his head and got in too……….

Achen was taken to the station where she kept crying she didn’t ki ll Cynthia,
“Please i can’t ki ll and I’ve never attempted to, I didn’t do it, Achen said.
“Is that so? Did you point a gun at the late Cynthia? A cop asked and Achen was quiet.
“Answer me! The cop shouted and she nodded repeatedly.
“But you said you’ve never attempted to ki ll, what do you call that? The cop asked and tears streamed out of her face the more.
“I only wanted to make her scared that’s all, she replied.
“With a gvn? With your brother gvn? The cop asked.
“Please I’m sorry, Achen pleaded.
“What were you thinking when you took your brother gvn to do such an act? that wasn’t enough you used him to get Cynthia for you so you’ll ki ll her, who gave you the right to take a life? A cop asked and she shook her head.
“In as much as she deserves to die for destroying my home, i didn’t ki.lled her with my own hands, I didn’t do this! She shouted.
“Then who did? Your brother? The cop asked and she was quiet.
“What did you do to my brother that made him gave a lie against me? I’m sure you’re cooking this lies up just to get words from me because my brother will never say that! She shouted and the cops laughed.
“Is that so? Your brother was just tired covering your ass up and he decided to safe himself when he couldn’t help it anymore. Play the recording, a cop said and the recording was played for Achen and constantly she felt a terrible headache.
“No no no that’s not true! She shouted and fainted……….

Achen opened her eyes slowly and the first person she saw blur was her husband looking at her,
“Pius, she slowly whispered.
“Get up if you’re done, he said and she got to see clearly.
She saw Akello with his wife, few cops, Pius, Catherine, Mukasa and a strange lady seated looking at her,
“What’s going on here? She asked confused sitting up but noticed she was still handcuffed.
“We decided to do a little gathering, take this as our simple court hearing concerning the case of Cynthia. So will you be the first to start talking or do you want to hear it from your brother first? A cop asked and Achen looked at her brother who was facing down.
“Brother what happened? I can’t believe this, Achen said and he looked at her.
“I’m so sorry, but i have to do this, Akello said.
“Wait Achen what were you thinking? That my husband will go to jail because of your foolishness? Just imagine you pretended to visit us that fateful day this happened, my husband and kids was not a home and i innocently went in to prepare something for you to eat, then you sneaked into the room and stole the gun from us. I came out later and you left saying you just wanted to say hello to us and you’ll come back prepared to see us with Princess, I didn’t know what you did not until my husband came home and saw his gun was missing. He had to rush to meet you and to stop you from whatever you were planning, then you put him in this mess. This is all your fault and you alone should suffer it not my husband! Akello wife shouted and Achen closed her eyes tight.
“But I didn’t do it, Achen said.
“I am late Cynthia neighbor and i can clearly remember on the day she died i saw you with so much anger coming out of her house and you muttered something i heard very clearly from you when I peeped from the window; i will deal with you Cynthia, I swear you’ll pay for this with your life, the strange lady who sat there said and Achen lips was shaking when she remembered she said that.
“And I saw you pointing a gun at my mommy, Catherine added and Pius held her and Achen broke down crying.
“No please I didn’t kill Cynthia, please don’t let me lose the baby I’m carrying i beg you! Achen cried out.
“What do you mean by that? Pius asked.
“I’m pregnant Pius, if I should suffer not my baby please, help me out of this I didn’t do it, Achen replied and tearfully looked at her brother who weakly looked at his wife but she gave him that no look.
“So who should pay for your crimes? My husband huh? Akello wife asked and Akello left the room immediately…………..
