“Wait, what’s going on? The cops asked their colleagues which they told them everything.
“And you think Mukasa did that? I’m not sure of that, Pius said.
“Mukasa did that, he took her away from me, who else will do that if not him? Christiana asked.
“All I know Mukasa can’t do that, we are talking about a paid th ugs or kidn appers with gvn, do you think Mukasa gat such amount of money to do that? Pius asked.
“Yea that’s right, we need to investigate on this because I also want to believe that he may be innocent of this allegation, the cop who was in the hospital said and Christiana slowly sat on the ground crying and Bale called again.
“Hello where are you? He asked when he got to Mukasa place but didn’t see them.
“In the hospital, but he’s not there, I don’t know what to do anymore Bale, she cried.
“I’m coming there, don’t go anywhere without me, Bale said and dropped the call while the cops were talking with themselves about the matter and Pius went to Christiana.
“I’m sorry, but I want to ask, what makes you see Mukasa as the suspect? He asked.
“Because he snatched her away from me when she was born and ran away with her for years. I didn’t even know what my daughter looks like, and now I’ve found her for just 2 days she’s taken again, who won’t see him as the suspect? She asked back and Pius heaved.
“I understand, but then let’s not jump into conclusion now when we are not even sure if its him. And again, who else knows you were traveling with your daughter? Because i think a known person did this, don’t you think so? He asked.
“Only Bale knew I was to travel, she replied.
“And? He asked further.
“And my mom, that’s all, she replied and looked at him more confused.
“Any Mukasa wasn’t aware either, what if he’s totally innocent? Please he’s going through a lot already and doing such a thing to his daughter will be so abstract when he doesn’t even have the money to fund the act, he said and the cops approached them.
“We have to still look for Mukasa and ask him some few questions, but we will still look for the men who took your daughter, A cop said.
“Please is there anything I can do to help? I need to see my daughter, Christy said and her phone began to ring which it was her mom calling.
She ignored it knowing how Jendyose will be in shock if she get to know the news, immediately Bale walked in and she saw him and stood up from where she sat and went to him..
He hugged her immediately and she winced in pain when he touched the wound on her arm,
“Sorry, he said looking at it well and she sniffed.
“So what did the cops say? Have they found her yet? He asked.
“No and we can’t find Mukasa either, he’s the suspect here and he’s missing making my suspicions true, she replied and kept her head on his shoulder crying.
“its okay, nothing will happen to her okay, she will be fine, he said consoling her………

In the evening Bale drove Christiana back home after parading the whole day with no trace of Mukasa nor Regina of course.
Christiana thanked him and weakly went in to have her rest while Bale looked at her and made a call to the guys when everywhere was clear.
“Yes, how is she? Bale asked.
“Ohhh she’s asleep, they replied.
“Okay, I think i have a problem, I’ll be coming over there now, Bale said.
“Alright, the guys replied and dropped the call.
Ochen was having a bad feeling and decided to leave the house that evening without James knowing.
He drove to Bale place to see if Christiana is alright but saw him drove out in a hurry,
“I know that face of yours Bale, you have something under your sleeves, Ochen said and followed him behind.
Bale drove into a building with a gate and Ochen took note of the number,
“What’s he doing here? He asked himself and called up James.
“Yes Ochen where are you? James asked.
“In a place I don’t know what Bale is doing there, he replied.
“So you went following him again? James asked.
“I sense something is wrong and I can feel it but I can’t figure it out, Ochen replied.
“You know what, come home first okay I’m tired with work, James said.
“Alright alright, Ochen said and drove back..
Bale went in and had a drink with them,
“So what is the problem? One of them asked.
“The father of the girl is the suspect, Bale replied.
“So? Are you not happy? Another asked.
“If Mukasa is found he may expose me because I kind of discussed it with him but he refused, so I did it my own way, Bale said.
“So what do you want us to do? They asked.
“Find him and get him, else everything will be blow up, do you understand? Bale asked and they smiled.
“As long as there is cash, that’s a small thing, They said and Bale nodded.
“Tomorrow you’ll receive an alert for the payment and this is where he stays, he said and dropped the address for them.
“Alright, so is this all? They asked.
“Ermmm yep and if there’s anything else I’ll call you guys on phone, I need to go home now the young lady is broken, Bale said.
“And what about the Parrot? The guy asked.
“Regina is her name, Bale said.
“Whatever, so what about her? They asked.
“I’ll come up with something later okay, just take care of her i have to go, Bale said and left…….

After Mukasa left the hospital after his worst nightmare came through, he staggered into a church and laid down there.
He had no desire to go back home and the pastor met him there in the evening when he came for prayers.
They had to talk and Mukasa told him everything that has happened,
“So you see pastor, I see no need to go home there I just want to stay here, Mukasa said when he was done and the pastor heaved.
“I understand and you can stay here if you want, if this place will give you comfort and peace of mind then I’ll let you be. But i actually came here for prayers, if you want you can join me, the pastor said.
“I can’t remember the last time i did that, Mukasa said.
“Don’t worry, come with me, come sit down here, the pastor said holding him up from where he sat………..

Ochen went back home and paced around worried, and James met with him,
“What’s the problem? He asked.
“I think there is a problem i can see it on Bale face when I saw him drove off, Ochen said and called Christiana phone and after 3 rings Christiana picked up.
“Yes Ochen, she said and sniffed and Ochen noticed the voice.
“What’s wrong? Were you crying or something? He asked and she tried controlling herself..
“Regina was taken away from me, Ochen I don’t know what to do, she said and broke down crying while Ochen looked at James shocked………
