MAYA’S POV
I couldn’t suppress the laughter as my mouth gave ways. I was laughing madly.
?”Maya this is no joke”, the person said.
The laughter left me as I recognized the voice. It was Lee.
?”Lee? “, I asked.
?”Yes Maya is me. The doctor finished the test now although he will run another test in the next 5days to confirm”.
Now I was feeling hot. The hoodie I wore was wet. God, this can’t be true.
It was just a small ki¢k, or was it?, I asked internally.
He must be kidding me.
?”Haha, Let please am not in for a joke. The ki¢k wasn’t that h… ard”, I stretched the hard.
?”Am not joking Maya but he dosent even know yet. I asked the doctor not to tell him after he confirmed ”
?”How is it my problem? He asked for it and I gave it to him”, I stated even though I pity him.
?”You don’t get, His mother is one ¢razy person and when she finds out, you are gone “,
I kept quiet. What he said was true. I heard rumors that the woman was ev’l. I just wonder if is true.
?”So? “, I asked still trying to play hard.
Who are my even deceiving. Am scared. Am just a boy girl.
?”What that means is you should be visiting Randy to check on him until the doctor confirms.
You may think this is planned but it seems that Randy likes you and his the only one to save you from his mother “.
?”I get. Thanks, I will visit tomorrow “, I said as he ended the call.
Maya what have you gotten yourself into. I don’t think this is a prank.
He said Randy likes me. Uh that j.erk only wants my body. I better start going.
God, I made him imp®tent. Hope the doctor confirms it to be false, I just hate that guy.
I walked home depressed.
What if is true? What are we gonna do?, my inner spirit asked.
“Maybe beg him or, sht I hate him”, I breathed as I entered the house.
That night wasn’t lifely as I wasn’t in the mood to joke. Dante in the other hand respected my mood..
If he was rich, he would have sued Randy for disturbing me but we are just poor beggars.
This wasn’t my fault, or was it? He tried framing me as a thief.
I slept off thinking about the next day. He better don’t try anything funny unless he will be double imp®tent.
The next day saw me inside the masnion I left days back angry.
I saw Lee standing beside the je.rk but my heart immediately sank when I saw he was on a wheelchair.
He was busy with his phone but I think he felt my presence as he raised his face.
Good God, why is him so cute.
“Look who showed up. You came to beg right? Speak am listening “, he said as he went back to his phone.
Only if he knew what I did to him, he won’t still be joking with me.

RANDY’S POV
She was here. What a funny girl.
She better pray that I don’t get well soon coz am not quitting yet.
I returned my gaze to my phone pretending to be busy but I wanted to hear her plea.
She came to plea, which I know.
Seconds passed into minutes and she didn’t speak.
I dropped my phone and looked up into her eyes.
Her face was down. She’s just pretending I know. Maybe she’s thinking of another ki¢k to give me.
“Or you want me to fk you? “I asked.
I got her this time as her expression changed to angry. She was now looking into my eyes like I hurt her.
Please am still suffering from the kick of yesterday, I prayed internally as she started walking towards me in anger.
“Maya? “, I heard Lee call but in a question like.
