LIAM’S BEDROOM.
Liam got to his bedroom and the first thing he felt was a pain.
His head was empty at that moment and he couldn’t think well.
So far, this was how he felt to have no wife, it was, but himself and his cold shadows.
The house felt odd without her, Her disturbance and her loud giggles.
No more annoying wife to knock on his door and give him food suggestion.
She wasn’t here to behave cutely and end up getting him on his nerves.
And most of all, Her adorable and beautiful body that couldn’t beat any other woman he had seen so far.
The woman was gone.
He propped on his bed and sighed heavily. He wasn’t hating the new change but he was hating the fact that she left to go meet someone else.
He wouldn’t be foolish enough to ignore whoever the person was.
Now talking about being single again, He would finally be free enough and do things he wanted without thinking of a wife.
He was glad, at least for the mean time that he could become a playboy.
A knock was heard at the door and he fell back on the bed tiredly.
” Arg. Mitchell!.” He cursed and she opened the door before he could let her in.
” Why did she suddenly leave?” She asked, stepping in.
He immediately darkened his gaze at her.
” Where are your manners, Mitchell. You just walked in without hearing a response from me. What if i wasn’t with clothes on.” He said.
” Well…that would be twice better.” She primped and sat next to him on the bed.
Liam jaw dropped the moment he heard her. Did she say that in her right senses?.
At that point in time, he knew that with Mitchell here with him, he was a complete finished man.
” Do you know you are owing me some pvnishment?” He asked, raising his brows.
Mitchell turned to face him as she tied her hair in a bun.
” Yeah. Pvnish me now. We are alone.” She said, biting her lip for his next response.
Liam didn’t know what to say any longer. He threw down his jaw and gap at her. He was more than speechless.
Long lost was the girl who feared him and betrayed him, this was a new Mitchell. This girl was worse than may.
Mitchell laughed out loud with how adorable he was when she made him speechless.
She couldn’t wish for any other thing in the world than his good looking face.
” Please. Can you please Just leave my room, I need to think.” He told her.
” But you haven’t told me why you sent May out.” She said and he heaved a sigh.
” Fine. I didn’t send her away. She chose to leave.” He said
” And why?” She moved closer, resting her hand on his soft dark hair to play with the curly strands.
” I think she likes someone else and the idiot keeps influencing her everyday. Good, she left. Happy him!” He said, folding his hands.
Mitchell cupped his cheeks and made him turn to face her.
” It’s okay. I’m sure you don’t like her, so you should be happy that she left. You have me now.” She said and Liam stung a look at her.
He dropped her hands carelessly and turned away from her.
” We are leaving to Emperor’s company tomorrow. I hope you know that.”
” It’s quite dangerous. You know the kind of person they are, right.” Mitchell told him.
” Do you wish for them to attack me first?” He asked turning to face her.
” And how are you planning to fight them if you go on a visit.” Mitchell asked folding her arms.
” I’m not planning to fight them, silly. I want to warn them for the last time before i return back with a bulldozer.” He said and Mitchell scoffed.
” i feel scared for you, Liam. I don’t like all this sort of problems and i hope you don’t die in the process.” She said.
Liam scoffed and turned to face her.
” You know you caused this yourself in the first place, Mitchell. You shouldn’t have agreed to help them.”
“But I’m in love with ray and I’ve decided to help him. What do you expect?” she yelled.
Liam stood up and put on his robe around his body.
” Please leave now. I wanna go to bed” He said and Mitchell stood up, striding out of his room.

EMPEROR’S RESIDENCE
Inside Emperor’s exquisite Suite, a Semicircular sofa was placed in the livingroom.
Emperor was going through a cigar wearing a brown woollen robe and his hair was packed in an asian bun.
He looked at Ray who was putting on a tired expression on his face.
” Ever since i spoke to Mitchell on the phone, she failed to pick my call.” Ray said.
” And she found the Password?” Emperor asked.
” Exactly. I thought she would meet me at her home but i waited for her all night, she didn’t return.” He said.
Emperor sat up and sipped a liquor.
” This seems really fishy. Try calling her again” He said and Ray did as he was told.
He called Mitchell’s number and it rang loudly but it wasn’t responding.
” I don’t think she’s ignoring me. Something might had happened in her place of work.” Ray said.
He hoped that this wasn’t Liam’s handiwork. If truly Liam had caught her while she was making the call, he would have returned to call them back.
Emperor brought out his phone.
” I’ll call May, Liam’s wife.” He said.
” Liam’s wife?. You know he has a wife?. How did you get her number.” Ray asked, feeling disturbed.
” She works for me now. Tho, It’s a long story anyways. You’ll get to understand it soon” He smiled and his phone picked in the first ring.
” Hello. May.”
” Hello. Good evening.” Her voice sounded in the background.
” Please May. I’m so sorry for calling you at this inappropriate time. I need your help with something”
” Ok?”
” Um. Before that…Why is there lots of noise in the background?”
” I’m inside a Cab, actually.” She replied.
” Oh. Ok. About my request, Did Liam say anything about mitchell while he was at home. Or did you notice anything strange about him?” He asked.
” Um. I don’t actually saw anything weird about him. But i know Liam brought Mitchell home.” She said and Emperor looked at ray.
” Ok. He brought her home, Huh.” He said and scoffed. ” Thanks, I’ll see you at office tomorrow.”
” Yeah, bye.”
And like that, he cut the call quickly.
” It seems like Liam found out about it and he wouldn’t take it very lightly with her”
” Oh sht!” Ray threw a pillow to the floor and grabbed his hair. ” We were almost close to getting our hands on all his wealth. Why does this Liam have to be this cunny!” He yelled.
Emperor stood up and began to step around the room.
” This only means one thing, Ray. He’s after us and we need to act fast.”
” What are we supposed to do now?” Ray stood up.
” Don’t worry. With his wife at my side, I have good plans under my fingertips.” He smirked and Ray grinned at him as well.

MAY’S.
May cut the call and wondered why Emperor was asking about Mitchell this late night.
She wondered if Mitchell was any way related to him or if she had plans on coming to Liam’s home.
She remembered when Liam said he won’t let her go until he was saved.
There were so many questions running through her head at that moment and sadly, she couldn’t find answers to any of them.
Now, she was in a cab, going to nowhere in particular. The taxi dropped at the last junction and she stepped out in the cold.
She forgot to take something to cover up her body and now she shivering like a trembling patient.
As she strolled down the road, she collided with someone by the shoulder.
She was able to recognise the familiar person by her colorful dye hair and earphones around her ear.
” Omg. Sunny!” She screamed looking overwhelmed.
” May!.” Sunny said. She looked down at her and wondered why May was looking like a wanderer.
” What are you doing out here without good clothes on?. Why are you with your bags?” She asked and May found it hard to reply.
Sunny quickly flagged down a cab and they both got in quickly.
” What happened, Tell me?” Sunny asked as soon as they got into the cab.
” I’ll tell you when i get to your home. Okay. It pretty a long story” May replied and sunny gave a rough sigh.
Poor may.
Outside the cab.
A car began to drive out and follow the cab may and sunny had gotten in without their awareness
” Boss. I found who she’s planning on staying with. It’s only a girl but i don’t know her by name.”
” Good. That’s all i wanted to know. She should thank her God it wasn’t a male that I supposed. ” The caller said and cut the call instantly.
