“I’m gonna miss you guy.” Emma said with a hug as K patted him on his back.
“Same here bro. Thanks for keeping my company for the number of days you came ‘visiting'”
“Lol….you’re welcome. I should be the one thanking you, actually. As soon as I get home, I’d work on seeing to it that my mom comes back to the hale and hearty woman I’ve always known her to be.” He said as K had curved lips.
“I trust you. With the determination you have, and all I’ve taught you, God will surely answer your prayers, and the whole of your family will see the hand of God.”
“AMEN. Let me be on my way now, my flight would take off in no time.”
“You sure you don’t want me to see you off?”
“Nah. Today’s Monday so you should be at work very early. Besides, we’re already at the road so you’ve seen me off na.” Emma said
“Alright now, take care of yourself and greet your family for me okay?”
“Sure, of course.”
“How do I start afresh in my walk with God?” Mrs. Nwankwo thought to herself in her free period as she calmly paced around the kitchen.
She was grateful to God she was still able to know what was happening through her dreams and wants more.
“How I wish I listened to Adaeze then, my life would’ve been better than this.” She said in regrets as she waved the thoughts almost immediately.
To her, what has happened has happened; the next thing is to discover the way out.
“I remember one saying spiritual growth requires efforts, consistency, discipline and perseverance.
I’d start from there.” She thought conclusively.
“It’s true sef, I should check up on Kingsley to see how he’s doing. Possibly the dream was about him.”

Few hours later, Emma was finally home.
He knew Mondays to be extremely busy days for his family, so he didn’t bother calling them to come pick him up from the airport.
“Glad I came home safely.” He said as soon as he walked into his father’s house with the spare key in his possession.
Without a second thought, he rushed to check on his mom.
“You’ll be fine mom, I promise.” He whispered as he gently squeezed her hands.
“I hope the doctor has been checking up on her lately.” He thought as he made his way out to take his bath.
“The long awaited day is here. By the time I’m back from this journey, I’d be three times powerful than I am now, and that boy Kingsley would be in trouble.”
Kingsley was focusing on the day’s business that was about to come to an end as it was already evening, when a call came in.
“Mama calling me by this time? What could the problem be?” He thought to himself as he picked up the phone.
? Hello, good evening Mama.
? Good evening my son, how are you doing today?
? I’m fine Mama. Is anything the problem?
? *Smiles* I was expecting that question, since I don’t usually call on Mondays because I’m usually always very busy.
? Exactly Ma.
? Well, I just called to check up on you, because I don’t know whether the dream I had was about you.
? A dream? What dream Mama.
? Honestly, I still do not understand it till now. But all I saw was danger. I saw a lion trying to attack us and we all started running until we entered a forest and hid in various safe and unsafe places.
? A lion you say?
? Yes. It was fierce looking.” She replied as K thought a little.
“The Spirit really is one.” He thought amazed.
? Hello, are you there my son?
? Yes Mama. Sorry for the silence. All we need do is to cancel the dream and be in prayers, because I had a similar dream not long ago.
? A similar dream?
? Yes Mama.
? Then that means it’s a serious case. Alright my son, we’d be in prayers.
I just called to check up on you.
? Yes, thank you Ma. Have a nice day Ma and greet everyone for me.

One week later
Emma needed to resume office as soon as possible. Dad had given him a week off last week on the condition that there’d be no more days off for sometime.
It’s already 5:50am and Emma is seen all dressed for work.
After prayers for the day, he headed off to see his mother.
“Mom just hang in there for me okay. I’m getting myself equipped with the word of God and prayers coupled with fastings for two weeks before I begin fighting on your behalf in intercession.
It remains one more week and then I’d begin to pray offensive prayers for your sake.
Though I’m slightly scared of what I might face, but I’m determined to see you out of this situation.
Just hang in there for me okay?” He said as he gave her a peck and thereafter left for work.
“Usman what did you say is wrong with the car?” Emma asked for the umpteenth time, as he was getting frustrated.
“Oga I no sabi again o. The car is okay, I no know why the car no wan gree start o.” Usman their gateman and mechanic, responded.
“6:30am. I’m running late already.” He soliloquized as he ordered Usman to repark the car and lock the gate while he opted for a cab.
In about 5 mins, he was able to board a bus instead.
“Finally! I can feel the power already.” Mazi Mbakwe said with a satisfactory smile on his face as he sat down quietly in the bus he had boarded.
The new power he had possessed was able to cause accidents on the road and he planned doing just that at certain junctions.
“Can’t you watched your steps.” He scolded as a young looking man stepped on him.
“I’m sorry Sir. It wasn’t intentional.” He said as he sat beside him.
“It’s like I’d test my power on you; that’d teach you a lesson.” Mazi Mbakwe thought as he stared angrily at him throughout the ride.
His anger made him forget his initial plan of causing accidents and focused his mind on how to deal with the young man.
“I’d come down here please.” He said. It was obvious from his speech that he wasn’t used to the public transport system.
“He’s even speaking oyibo English. That means he may not even be bred here, thus know nothing about the spiritual. Surely this young man is in trouble today.” Mazi thought with a smile.
Immediately he got down, he followed.
Mazi waited till he was abit distant before he began his evil imagination..
“What’s happening? I just opened the ground under this young man and he crossed over it?” He thought confused as he gave it another try.
The same thing happened.
When he tried it for the third time and wasn’t successful, he rushed to meet up with him.
“Young man, who are you?” Mazi asked with a tap on his back.
“Oh, my name is Emman…..”
“That is not what I’m asking you. Who are you? What kind of power do you have and how did you obtain it?” He asked with no breathing space as Emmanuel stood still, staring at the fairly old man in pure confusion.
