Noah’s Pov:
I quickly shut the system and closed my eyes.
Geez! What the hell was i doing??
Noah!!
I hit my head and laughed.
I can’t believe I almost fell to the temptation of having a peep at her. Thank goodness I didn’t do it.
Although…it was kinda tempting.
I smiled and leaned back on my chair and after a little while, decided to open the system again.
I opened it slowly, step by step and boom! It showed up
But she was already done dressing and was sitting on the bed, working on a book.
Hmm.
I watched her for a little while. I wonder what she’s doing.
I finally shut the system and went to lie on the bed to sleep

Rex’s Pov:
“D@mn it!!” I cursed and kicked the wall.
“What the h*ell is wrong with you? I gave you a simple task, yet you couldn’t even do it?” I yelled to those jobless people un front of me.
“It was really difficult, sir. The securities were too tight and forcing our way around her would’ve caused a fight which we weren’t ready for. We’re sorry” the leader among them apologized, making me more angry.
D@mn it! I really needed to see that lady! Why couldn’t they carry out the job?
“We promise to put in more effort next time” he further said and I glared at him.
“No” I huffed.
“I want you to do something else for.me.
“My brother – I want you to beat him up. Can you do that?” I asked and they looked at each other, surprised.
“You…you mean Mr Noah?” Another asked.
“Yes – Noah. I want you to attack him and give him the beating of his life. I just need him to feel a little of the pains he’s caused me. Can you do that?” I asked angrily and they nodded.

Next_morning.

Maxine’s Pov:
I woke up the next morning, feeling a little excited. Although, I couldn’t tell why.
I reached for the remote and turned on the TV in the room.
Oh my geeeeee
My face was all over the news
I mean…the veiled face, tho. But it was me!
They were talking about my performance the previous night!
?And once again, the crazy dancer’s left a lot of people speechless with her incredible performance from last night. According to many, none of the contestants danced perfectly like her as there was something strange and magical in her dance steps” the reporter announced.
I covered my mouth with my palms to prevent myself from screaming.
Oh, my God! Its unbelievable!
I checked other channels and the same thing was going on.
?The big question is: Who’s the Crazy Dancer?” The reporter on one of the channels asked and my cheeks turned red.
Geez! I wonder what the reactions would be when I finally reveal my face
Hm.
I checked for more news to see if the lucky contestants had been announced but negative.
They were yet to announce those that made it to the next stage and it made me really nervous.
Well, with the news going on around me, I could possibly be among, right?
Hmm.
I smiled.
I decided to leave the bed to do something else and as soon as I stood up, my eyes caught the window and I flinched at what I saw.
Huh?
I drew closer to have a look and confirmed it was true.
There were policemen standing outside with Noah – and my uncle was among.
Whaaaat??

Noah’s Pov:
I was trying to get a coffee from the kitchen when one of the maids showed up and told me some men wanted to see me.
“They’re waiting outside, sir” she added and left and I wondered who they could be.
I sipped from my coffee and kept it on the kitchen, then went ahead to meet the men afterwards and…oh!
What a surprise!
Maxine’s uncle and some police men.
I paused by the door but finally shook my head and moved closer to them.
“Good morning, Mr Noah” one of them greeted but I didn’t reply immediately
I scrutinized them and stared keenly at the mischievous uncle.
“Good morning, officer. How may I help you?” I asked with my hand in my trouser pocket and he brought out his I.D.
“I’m officer Carl. And you’ve been accused of the illegal abduction of the young niece of Mr Richard here. We’re here to take her away and you’ll have to come with us to the station” he said levelly and I scoffed.
Seriously?
I exhaled deeply and took a step closer.
“Officers”, I called, looking at the uncle instead.
“Before you take Maxine away, you’ll have to kill me”.
