Episode 5
Lucia sat in front of her dressing mirror.. Working on her face as she applied cleanser to her face
Pascal was lying on the bed, busy on his laptop…… Lucia watched him carefully from the mirror.. So he didn’t have dinner and he thinks it’s cool,
Where could he have gone tonight?
Who did he meet up with?
Where did they meet up?
How long were they together?
What did they do together?
These questions ponder on Lucia’s mind as she stare at her husband’s figure on the bed
It is of no use asking him directly
He would just come up with stories to cover his tracks
His late habits is becoming rather too frequent, that can’t be a coincidence.
Something’s up
And she’s going to find out what exactly her husband is up to lately…
May be it’s time to call Bobby again.
Bobby is her private detective for Pascal
She thinks she would be needing his services again
His number should still be on her phone
But first she decided to hear from Pascal first
“Pascal……. ”
“Pascal ”
“Yes”
“This Wednesday is the children’s open forum at school ”
“OK ”
“Do You have time to attend it”
Pascal raised his eyes from his laptop
“Why? Did they ask for the entire family?”
“No but one of us has to attend ”
“And since when did that one of us become me”
“You sound like I’m the only one ordained to go there always…. I mean they are your kids too”
“You know I have to work, so stop being dramatic ”
“I’m not being dramatic…. I have work too and I have to go to the market on that day ”
“You are not going to spend the whole day at the market….. Are you?”
“No but I might not be able to meet up…. I have a lot to buy and stock up ”
“Then go some other day ”
“Why do I always have to be the one to compromise? Can’t you make sacrifices for your kids too?”
“I work for someone Lucia.. You own your business.. That is the difference ”
“Ohh pls… ” Lucia wave him off
“Lydia was at the shop today…. She left the office early… To sort out some things and I’m sure they are pretty things but she was still excused…. So tell me why you can’t ask for such at your own office ”
“Lydia was here today?” he asked softly
“Yes… At the shop…. They allowed her to leave during work hours ”
“How’s she?”
“Who…. Lydia….. She’s fine….. I am trying to tell you that… ”
“I know what you are trying to say…. And it is pointless and stupid so stop disturbing me as you can see I’m trying to work ”
“But ”
“Pls… Lucia don’t push it, I’m already stressed as you can see. Don’t add up to my problems”
“I’m not the reason you returned home so late today… God knows where you were”
Lucia whispered loud enough for him to hear but he just ignored her

Later same night after Pascal went to bed
Lucia picked up his phone from the nightstand and tried to go through it
But she couldn’t get through because his phone was coded
His password used to be 277564DY which was his first car plate number but that was no longer the code
Lucia tried his birth date, Brian and Princess birth dates and even her own even though she was pretty certain he won’t use hers but none of it worked….
Even running through all their middle names didn’t help…
What could have been his password? She thought to herself
Why would he have to code his phone with a new and uneasy password if he didn’t have something to hide?
Pascal is up to something and she must find out before it gets too far
Though she had not exactly caught him cheating before but she could never leave anything to slip by. Pascal is really smart.. He is really good at hiding things and she’s very sensitive…….
So when he is at it…. He had better just end it before it even start because he knows that his wife is not a naive person that allows the slightest of things to pass by unnoticed
She decided to call Bobby
It is time to keep tabs on pascal
She had angrily fired Bobby when he was somewhere else when he should be watching her husband
Since she fired him, she couldn’t find anyone else to replace him and hasn’t any reason to monitor his movement lately or better still she has been handling things on her own end
Like firing the maid
And stopping the kid’s school bus because of the lady that keeps flirting with her husband anytime she comes to pick the kids
She stepped into the balcony and dialed bobby’s number
He didn’t pick the first time so she dialed again
“Hello Bobby… ”
“Hello madam… Longest time ”
“You didn’t want to pick my call before abi ”
“That’s not it ohhh.. I just heard it ring ”
“Yeah Whatever.. Where are you?”
“Still where you left me oh”
“I figured, a lazy man like you couldn’t exactly soar higher when he can’t even get simple jobs done ”
“Hahaha ”
“Anyway I think it is time for you to resume duty Bob…. What do you think?”
“I think it is a fantastic idea madam ”
“But hou know what I don’t want ”
” yes Madam ”
“And you understand what to do”
“Crystal clear… Madam ”
“Good… You’ll resume tomorrow ”
“Alright madam… Thank you for yet another opportunity “.
