Episode 21
Alex and Amanda ran after Shasha to stop her from spilling out what she heard.
Amanda stopped by a mall breathing heavily and Alexa’s well.
He kicked the wall angrily
Amanda:So that girl knows everything now?
Alex:It’s too dangerous…..
Amanda: Let’s go look for her and kill her or something
Alex:You have nothing upstairs other than killing right? Use your brain….if we kill her the evidence will point directly at me.i took her away from school what will I explain to her sister or Mrs Harshell
Amanda:Oh no…..what do we do now?
Somewhere in the Riko’s Factory
Actually Shasha ran back into the factory and she hid herself in the store room.
Shasha’s POV
Oh goodnesss…..mum…..sister am in for it..how will i escape this?
(Trying to catch her breathe) aurg you’re so silly Shasha what got you so scared?
I have to play it smart and cool…. Hold on he’s not in any position to harm me everyone knows we went out together so kidnapping or harming me is out of it….you gotta play it cool Shasha be cool calm down. Uuuhhh uhhh( breathing out her nervousness)
Outside
Alex and Amanda returned back to the factory
Alex:this is bad…I can’t believe we lost her
Then Shasha called his name happily and smiling broadly with shopping bags with her.
Alex and Amanda had a quizzical look on tbeir face.
Shasha:Hey bro….are you done?
Alex:what?
Shasha:you were having this emotional moment with your girlfriend and i didn’t wanna disturb you also the manager was calling you earlier to fill the form that was why I rushed over there
Alex:Uh….what?so…you didn’t ran away?
Shasha:Run?for what? That’s absurd( she trued to maintain the calmness in her tone but her action was betraying her)
Amanda:Oh….pretty girl so you are?
Shasha:Hi I’m Shasha his friend for now….I believe you’re his girlfriend….awwwn he has been single for long and now you’re with him…you look great together
Amanda:Really? Thanks
Alex:Uhm…Shasha can you oversea the delivery? I’ll be there soon
Shasha:Sure.
Shasha walked hurriedly back to the factory with her shaky legs.
Amanda:That was a close call
Alex:Yeah….I can’t even imagine the consequences….also you need to stop trying to meet up with me. She has seen us twice together it’s becoming more suspicious
Amanda:Didn’t you hear what she said?she believe I’m your girlfriend so let it remain like that okay? Nobody recognize me anyway not even Derek don’t you think it’s now okay to go public.
Alex: I’ll call…you.
Amanda tried to hug him but he stopped her and left her on the scene
Amanda’s POV
Sister is gone already….can’t you love me too?
Alex got to the car and met Shasha arranging the goods. He helped her with it and they start tbeur journey
Shasha:So where are they going to stay for their honeymoon?
Alex:Well…both of them refused to travel out of the country so I’m planning a more silent and serene location….maybe an island or a farm house.
Shasha:Hmmmm okay cool.
Home
Alex dropped Shasha home and he went away to start the preparation.
Harshell’s Mansion
Mid Night
June was sleeping and Derek was working on his laptop so late at night.
The curtains was left opened as well because no one is expecting the weather to change.
The sky rumbling and light flash dancing in the dark….drops of rain started falling heavily on the roof of the house and the wind rain is blowing the curtains away.
Derek stood up Immediately to close the windows and let down the curtains.
The sound of the thunderstorm woke June up and she couldn’t sleep again because she’s scared of lightening.
Derek:Are you okay?
June:yeah…..I guess
Derek:Seems you’re scared of lightening
June:Your imagination (she scoff at him) I’m just not feeling sleepy again
Derek: Uh uh?this is 1:17 and you’re saying you’re awake?
June looked over at the table and she noticed that he has not slept since last night working so hard for tbe company.
Derek:What are you staring at?
June:Nothing…..uhm…are you comfortable sleeping there? I don’t think that place is good
Derek:Woah…look at this cunning Bride….I’ve been sleeping on that couch for a month now you never cared……wait….you’re scared right? You want me to stay with you so lightening monster will not eat you up.
June:No I’m not scared
Derek:Then why?…..if you’re not scared and you don’t care…..don’t…tell me you’re horny?
June:Just go to sleep….dirty mind.
June threw her pillow at him and he caught it.
Derek:Green light here I come
Derek jumped on the bed and he quickly cover himself eith the duvet.
June:Hey what’re you doing?
Derek: Sleeping on my bed
June:What? Get out of the bed now
Derek:I’m sleeping o tbe bed not sleeping with you….just this night okay? I’m dying of neck pain.
A thunderous lightening spark again and June screamed out running into his embrace and holding him so tight.
Just soon realized that she is in Derek’s arm,she tried to withdraw herself but Derek hold her tighter.
June:Just any opportunity……thief
Derek:At least I stole your heart and no one else’s….please just 5 minutes please…..I’ve been craving for this hug for long.
Derek didn’t let go of her after 5 minutes but surprisingly June seems to be crying again. Derek asked her what the matter is without letting go of her.
June:You’re such a jerk….I hate you
Derek:I was a monster…..I know but I’m sorry please…I’m back to myself and to you.
June disengaged from the hug and she look directly into his eyes.
Derek:I never knew you have such beautiful eyes….. Thanks for sparing me the chance tonight.
June place her hands on his chest and pushed him back falling on the bed,she sat on him and pressed her soft lips on his. He was surprised with her attitude out of the blue but he’s always ready…our one man army,he hold her and turn her over causing him to get the upper hand here.
He help tuck her hairs behind her ear and he kissed her forehead,her two cheeks she let out a soft moan and that turned Derek on.
Derek got hold of her night dress holding the ropes to loosen it but June stopped him
“I’m not over it yet”
Derek:The honeymoon travel is next tomorrow….what about that?
June:You should sleep it will soon be morning
June pushed him away and she turned to tbe other side just then the heavy rain reduced it’s harshness and the tiny drops of rain could be heard even on the window.
Derek’s POV
What was that?….I thought she really wanted it…but she played me….(he chuckle) well glad to know we’re cool now….can’t wait to start living a happy married life with her.
Alex’s Mansion
It’s 2:17 in tbe morning but someone keep ringing the doorbell it turned out to be Amanda.
Alex:what the fuck…. didn’t you went home last night?
But she’s drunk already,she was coming from a club and she stopped ny Alex’s place.
Since it’s so late,Alex helped her in to spend the rest of hours left until morning.
Morning
Harshell’s Mansion
June opened her eyes only to see Derek looking intently at her snd smiling
Derek:Honey….let go to the bathroom together
June:Pardon?
Derek:Also……a day left to the honeymoon travel.
