“Really,,,a good life, how can you open that mouth of yours to say you can give Jesse a good life, when you were never a father to him, back then you Never wanted him right”. Janet yells as tears falls down her eyes.
“I was only 18 then Janet, and my dad wanted to make an heir to his wealth, and I didn’t want anything that will distract him from doing so”.
“Really,,,, Because you wanted to be an heir, you denied knowing me Daniel, and even when you knew I was pregnant for you, you still want ahead and got married, I was the only one who suffered so much in taking care of Jesse, and now you stand here telling me you want your son back,,,you have no son Daniel”.
“Yes I do Janet, all that happened 22 years ago, is all in the past Janet, I want my son back”.
Janet shakes her head in tears. “I will never give Jesse to you Daniel, I rather die than give Jesse to you”.
Daniel smirks and said. “I don’t need your opinion in getting my son back Janet”.
“What do you mean”. Janet asked sniffing in her tears
“What am trying to say is that, my son will choose to be with me, because his dad is rich, tell Janet is there anyone who would like to remain in poverty knowing they have a rich dad somewhere”.
“No you can’t do this to me, Jesse won’t choose you over me, he will never do that”. Janet yells crying.
“I guess with your actions, you aren’t sure if Jesse is going to choose you Janet, Because am capable of changing his life, and you can’t, Jesse won’t hesitate to choose me, have a nice day Janet, and you should also take heart, when my son choose me”. Daniel smirks, the body guard opens the door for him, and in few minutes, he drove off, and Janet falls to the floor crying.
“No that not true, Jesse will never leave me, he will never leave, that not true,,,,I tried my best in raising him,,,he will never leave me”. Janet Said between tears.
“Mom”. Jesse calls her in surprised when he sees her on the floor crying.
Janet looks at him. “Son”. She calls between tears, and Jesse bends towards her, holding the both sides of her cheeks.
“Mom is everything okay, why are you crying, I came here to help you sell your slippers, and see you crying, what happened mom”. Jesse asked with a worried face.
Janet looks at him, sobbing in tears. “Don’t ever leave me Jesse, please don’t leave me”.
“What are you saying am, am not going anywhere”. Jesse said looking confused.
“Promise me you won’t ever leave me no matter what happens, or no matter what wealth or material things that come your way, promise me Jesse, that you won’t leave me, I won’t be able to take it if you do”. Janet said crying.
Jesse looks at his mom, and he clearly didn’t understand what she was trying to say, and why was she crying telling him not to leave her, as if he was going somewhere, he sighs and cleans the tears in his mom eyes.
“I promise mom, I won’t ever leave you, you sacrifice so much for me, leaving you is the last thing I will ever think of, stop crying already”. Jesse cleaning her tears.
“Thank you so much son, thank you so much”. Janet said and hugs Jesse crying, Jesse patted her, wondering why she was crying.

” what brings you here Liam, I thought you never wanted to see or talk to me again.
“I have no option but to Dad”. Liam said
“So what do you want Liam, do you want more money, I can send it you your account, you don’t always have to show your face here, you know how my wife is always furious anytime she sees you”.
Liam chuckles and said. “That how you and Mom are, always trying to please the people in your life, forgetting that am also your son too,,,,but I have already gotten use to it, mom is in France, and you don’t always care if I exist, and I also don’t care if you both exist either, am only here talking to you because I need a favor from you”.
“And what could that be Liam”.
“I want you to help me to get into YG entertainment”.
“You want to be a k-pop star now”.
“No I don’t, is for someone, she is a talented dancer, and such talent shouldn’t be the one that will have to go to waste”..
“This is the first time am hearing you complimenting someone, who is she Liam, because am sure is a girl right”.
“Her name is Joanna Williams, get her into the lists of auditionals for YG entertainment”.
“Fine I will, since you said she is good, I believe she is, getting her to be one of the auditionals in YG entertainment is not a big deal for me”.
“Okay then, I Will leave now”.
“How about we go out for lunch, and talk more about this Joanna, if you are helping her out, it means you have a thing for her right”
“You don’t have to know, just do as I have said”. Liam said and stood up.
“Liam, you don’t always have to be so mean, am still your dad”.
Liam scoffs and said. “From what I remember, my parents died when I was 3 years old, so you aren’t my dad mr.kim, you are just some one you is always at my Beck and call,,,, don’t forget about what I ask from you”. Liam said coldly and leaves.
“Even if he is always so annoying and rude, am glad someone has been able to soften that heart of his”. Mr. Kim said as a smile appears on his face.

“What are we doing here Jesse”. Sharon asked looking around the place.
Jesse smiles and said. “So we can watch a movie together Sharon, I already got us our tickets”. Jesse said waving it in the air.
“What kind of movie are we going to watch then”. She asked smiling.
Jesse looks at her and said. “Horror movie”.
“What!!!!!, Why Jesse, am so scared of such movie, I rather go home then”. Sharon said and turns to leave, but Jesse pull her back wrapping his hands around her tiny waist, and smiles at her.
“I was only jocking, I never knew my girlfriend is so scared”. Jesse said laughing.
Sharon looks at him, she bits her lips and said. “You should be thankful you more taller than me, I will have hit you so hard in the head”.
Jesse pecks her on the lips and looks at her smiling.
“So am I forgiven”. He asked smiling.
Sharon looks at him and said. “Thank your stars that you are so cute jesse.”
“So you finally admit am cute”. Jesse said raising his eyebrows smiling.
Sharon chuckles with a smile and pinch his cheeks playfully. “Yes you are Jesse”. She said smiling, and Jesse chuckles with a smile.
“I will be right back Jesse, let me get some popcorn over there okay, then we can watch a movie together”. Sharon said and Jesse nods with a smile.
Few minutes after Sharon left, Jesse was peacefully waiting for Sharon, when a girl came out from no where and rush to him, holding by the arm.
“Jesse! Jesse!”. She called holding him smiling.
“What are you doing here”. He asked looking around to see if Sharon was coming, he tries to break free from her holding him, but she keep holding his arm so tight.
“So tell me Jesse are you here with someone, if you aren’t, then watch a movie with me”. She said smiling .
“Yes……I am, can you just go”. Jesse said.
“Come on Jesse, you don’t have to do this to me, am so glad the other girls aren’t here with you, so please watch a movie with me”.
“Am here with someone”. Jesse said and removes his hand from hers.
The girl laugh and said. I know you are lying Jesse, you don’t have a girlfriend,,you are so cute when you lie”. The girl said and pecks Jesse on the cheek.
The moment the girl pecks his cheek, Jesse hears something falls to the floor, he looks towards where the sound came from, popcorns where scattered on the floor, and then he see Sharon looking at him with so much anger and jealousy in her eyes.
*Am Dead*. Jesse said inwardly as he gulps down nothing looking at Sharon, who keeps looking at him in anger.
