CHAPTER 38
The door swung open, Alex, his dad and Manuel walked in. Thank God.
“Manuel….” Alex call out.
“I’m on it” he replied, he rushed to Nicky, he was carrying a box.
“Andra come on, he will handle it” Alex said to me.
“I’m not gonna leave her here” I cried out. “What’s going on and where the h*ll is that br*te” i asked.
“Caspian didn’t do this, as a matter of fact he’s also in danger” the alpha stated.
“So who did?”
“Lenny” Alex replied.
“Whaaaat!” I screamed out. “But I thought she was locked up in the dungeon” I asked.
“Caspian released her when they attacked the pack earlier, now he’s on our side, Lenny is angry with him and she made Caspian’s men turn to her side” he explained.
“But why, why is she attacking?” I asked.
“Remember when I told you that a Lycan can’t fall in love with someone that is not her mate, well it turns out it’s not true, also remember when I told you that my sister could have broken the bond between her and her human mate and choose someone else?
Well it turns out that Lenny did it, she chose Caspian as her mate but unfortunately for her, Caspian’s mate is Nicky, When Lenny found out, she got angry and attacked Caspian and Nicky.” Alex detailed.
Oh my God, sht just got real.
“Where is she now?” I asked.
“We don’t know yet, they were as fast as wind” he replied.
“And Caspian?”
“She took him with her”
I turned to Nicky, Manuel has already patched her up, He’s pretty fast, he bandaged her neck and hand. That Lenny has got to pay.
“I don’t think they have left the pack, we put on emergency lock down when Caspian attacked earlier, you can come in but no going out, and i’m pretty sure it’s still locked, so if she wants to leave, the security cameras will detect her” the alpha stated.
“How is she?” I asked Manuel as I stared at Nicky.
“She’ll be fine” he replied, he gently placed her on the bed, she closed her eyes and slept off.
Alex’s phone beeped, he checked it “they found them at the deck” he announced.
“I told you” his father replied.
They both ran to the door.
“Wait I want to go with you” I stated and ran to them.
Alex took my hand and we ran off.

When we got to the deck, we saw Lenny on a yacht, her men were with her, while Alex’s guards were pointing guns at her.
She was holding Caspian on the neck, she pointed a gun at him and warned them not to shoot otherwise he dies.
“Lenny what do you want” Caspian breathed out.
“How dare you! Caspian how dare you” she screamed at him, tears rolled down her cheeks. “I helped you get what you wanted, and you think you can just dump me, how many times have confessed my love for you ?” She cried out.
“And how many times did I tell you that I have a mate huh?” Caspian asked.
“I thought you were joking, how was I supposed to know that you would stoop so low of mating a mermaid, I was expecting you to break the bond Caspian but no, you just tossed me out like I didn’t matter to you” she screamed in pain.
“Lenny please let him go, it’s not his fault” the alpha pleaded.
“No it’s his fault, he made me turn to his side, I lost the trust my people had for me but I didn’t care because I thought I was doing it for someone who loved me, now I’ve lost my pack and I’ve lost him too, no I won’t accept it, I won’t lose everything, instead we will both die Caspian” she cried out.
“Lenny you have 5 seconds to let him go” Alex threatened.
“Otherwise what will happen? I’m not scared of you Darius” she snarled at Alex.
“Big mistake Lenny” Caspian chuckled out.
“Last chance Lenny, let him go” Alex warned but Lenny refused.
Suddenly she began shaking her head vigorously as if she wanted to remove something from her head.
Her grip released from Caspian. A guard rushed and dragged him out.
“Darius stop it” Lenny screamed. How is he even doing that.
Lenny managed to transform to her wolf, she rushed Alex, he transformed too and grabbed her neck. She struggled but his grip was tight. In a blink of an eye, he ripped her head off her body.
“Eeewww” I whined.
“That was nasty mehn” Caspian chuckled out.
Alex transformed back to human.
“Her blood is on your head, you can’t turn a woman on and leave her hanging” he said to Caspian, he took my hand and we walked out.
“Wait what about these guys?” Caspian asked.
“I’m sure they’ve learned their lessons” Alex replied, he stopped and turned back to Caspian. “By the way, you need to see Nicky”
The smile on Caspian’s face disappeared and was replaced by fear and worry.
“Where is she” he asked as he ran past us in a Milli second.

We got to the room, he rushed to her and held her hand.
She opened her eyes and smiled at him.
“Are you OK?” She asked.
“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry” he cried out.
“It’s OK” she caressed his face.
“Umh dad, we were talking about something important before this happened” Alex reminded his father.
“There’s no need to talk about it any more, everything has been canceled, everyone can keep their wolf, no one is becoming a human in this pack, not in my reign” he smiled out.
“Not in my reign either” Alex added.
“Yeeeeeeeeeeepppppppppeeeeeeeeee” we heard shouts of joy from outside.
“How did everyone hear you from here?” I asked them.
“We are lycans” Alex, Caspian and Manuel replied In unison and we laughed.
Crazy lycans.
