HEALTH BENEFITS OF LEMON GRASS

RINGWORM
Boil a few strand of lemon grass leaves for 10minutes use it to compress the affected areas

DETOXICANT
Prepare a lemon grass tea with ginger and one stick of Cinnamon together everyday for five days

PAIN
Apply lemon grass oil on the affected place twice a day

Boil a few strand of lemon grass with a fennel seed in a cup of water for 10minutes strain and drink after eating
