Royce was waiting patiently for Joyce to come home,
“Royce go to sleep, you are going to school tomorrow” Vicky said
“No grandma, I will wait for Mom” Royce insisted

He couldn’t complete his words when Joyce walked in drunk
A smile crept up on his face as he saw his mother
Vicky shook her head seeing how drunk Joyce was”
“Mom”! He called running to drunk Joyce and hugged her
“Don’t touch me! Joyce snapped and pushed him away from her body and he fell on his knees
“Ouch! He winced in pain holding his knees which was bruised as the result of the hard push
Royce burst into tears
Vicky eyes grew wide in shock as Joyce pushed Royce
“Royce?! Vicky called running to him
” Ah! A gasped escape her mouth as she saw Royce wounded knee
“Joyce why are you so heartless like this? Vicky asked furiously helping Royce up
“Not today old hag” I don’t have your time” Joyce said tipsy as she staggered
“Watch how you talk to me Joyce” Vicky warned
“Oh shut up old woman, stop bickering and get lost with the worthless son of mine
“How dare you!! Vicky shouted and landed a sI.ap on Joyce’s face.
Joyce mouth went wide open and she holds her face in pain, the sI.ap seems to awake the dvil in her
“Did you just raised your hand at me? Joyce asked furiously
“Yes I did and I don’t mind sI.apping you again”
“You fkin old wtch! Joyce seethed his teeth in anger and grabbed Vicky’s hair
Ouch” Vicky whimpered in pain
SI.ap!! The sounds echoes the big leaving room as Joyce hand made a contact with Vicky’s face
I’ll make you regret ever sI.apping me” she said dangerously and dragged Vicky towards the kitchen
“Mom please stop” Royce begged in tears only for him to be ki¢ked on stomach by Joyce which sent him flying to the door passing out imediately..

“Yes, Luther replied

“I want my dad to stop pestering me about getting married which am not ready to” Luther replied

“Continue dreaming” Velveeta scoffed

“No, find another lady to act as your fiance”
“I don’t want to, moreso I have shown your picture to my brother in law” Luther lied
“What!! Velveeta shouted in shock
“Why did you have to show my picture to your brother in law? And who is this brother in law you are talking about?
“He is someone you might know, he is very popular business man in Australia” Luther asked and Velveeta heart skipped a beat
“Aus….. Aus…. Australia? Velveeta stuttered and Luther nodded
“Who is he? Velveeta asked hoping it’s not the person she has on mind
