Three days later….
AUTHOR’S POV
Asher moved around his room in frustration as Mateo’s number isn’t going through.
He have been trying to reach him for the past three days now. He have also tried to search for Camille but all to no avail. He went to Annie’s house but it was deserted. The door was locked and the neighbors told him they haven’t seen neither of the ladies.
He couldn’t go to work. His mind wasn’t at rest. If anything happens to Camille, he’s going to blame himself forever.
He tried Mateo’s number again. It started ringing but He wasn’t picking. It stopped ringing and when he tried again, it was switched off. Guess he switched it off.
“I swear to God. I’m going to kill Mateo if I see him” Asher said to himself in frustration.
He opened his wardrobe and brought out a shirt and trouser. He put it on in haste and putting his phone in his pocket, he exit the house in search of Camille.
He called his mom the previous day but she wasn’t ready to have a proper talk with him until he gets back with Camille.
He didn’t know how to tell his mom his wife is missing and he didn’t bother to.
He kept assuring himself he’s going to find her.

Scarlett entered Mr Campbell’s mansion with a dull face.
Mr Campbell was in the living room watching a soap opera.
He looked up at her and smiled. Scarlett didn’t return the smile but sat beside him.
“You look worried. What’s wrong?” He asked her.
“I don’t know..honestly I don’t. A lot seem off these past few days.”
“I don’t get. What?” He asked furrowing his brows.
“I feel like am been monitored”
“Why? How?”
“I can feel it like someone is following me. I tried to ignore it but it seems impossible..I just have this feeling am been monitored.” Scarlett voiced out.
“If that’s the case, I would order two guards to follow you around”
“Okay, better because it’s starting to scare us. I mean how wedding is near and lots of people definitely do not want us together and I am suspecting that strange woman at the first wedding” Scarlett retorted.
“Just get your mind off it okay..Nothing will go wrong this time around. I will make sure of that” Mr Campbell assured.
“I really hope so. Can’t wait to get married to you” Scarlett cooed and moved closer to him placing her head on his chest.
“Me too baby. Me too” he smiled.

Just in: Owen Wilson finally caught by the police. He would be taken to court in few days for domestic violence. If you witness domestic violence or you are a victim, don’t hesitate to call the police and make the culprit be brought to book.

Harry and Chloe both signed satisfactorily after watching the news.
He have finally been caught. Chloe sighed hoping Asher would be brought to book too but it have been three days and neither Annie nor Camille’s number is reachable.
She is tired of trying but she won’t relent. She didn’t feel the need to tell Harry besides, Camille didn’t really want an Audience.
“I hope some men learn and stop hitting woman” Harry said.
Chloe had gone to his office to show him the news as the excitement she was feeling couldn’t make her call or text. Her coming to the office is also a bonus. She will get to see a certain someone.
“I know right but some won’t still learn but karma will eventually catch up with them” Chloe said as anger swelled up in her.
“Exactly” Harry nodded.
“Anyways, Scarlett texted me” Chloe said and Harry immediately wore bored look
“I’m going to kill that whore. She invited me to the stupid wedding knowing I won’t come. Have blocked her. To he.ll with her” Chloe scoffed.
“Thank goodness she didn’t text me..I will ignore her anyways but am glad she didn’t” Harry retorted.
“She will still text you trust me. She knows nothing than sleeping with old men and being stupid”
Harry said nothing and just nodded. “I’m going now. See you in the night” she waved and he waved back.
“Hey” Finn blocked her way as she was about to leave the company.
“Oh hey hi” She said, her heart skipping a bit.
“I was like wondering if you are free this weekend so that we can like, hang out.” He said and Chloe’s brain suddenly went numb.
“A friendly date” he added and She opened her eyes feeling disappointed.
“Oh okay. Just tell me the location..”
“Will text you” He said and she nodded and left.
For the past few days, she has been trying to understand what the tingling feeling she gets when Finn is close to her means.
He was quite the chatty type. They do text till late in the night without getting tired.
She enjoy been around him, no doubt about it and it’s driving her crazy.
A date huh? She decided to go shopping for new clothes later for the date. Who knows maybe something surprisedly might happen.

Mr Taylor drove to the hospital immediately after leaving the hospital.
She goes to the hospital to check on them but still wasn’t allowed to see them. In the doctor’s words, they are still in a critical situation and no one is allowed to see them.
Some nurses greeted her when she entered. She was recognized already and some nurses thought the ladies are her children.
She asked to see the doctor but was told he is treating a patient and told her to stay in the waiting room.
Mrs Taylor nodded and went to take her seat. She taps her fingers on her lap as she awaits the doctor.
She stood up when he finally showed up.
“Hi” she breathes out.
The doctor have an half-smile plastered on his face.
“How are they?” She asked him.
“One of them is awake!” He informed and her heart leaped.
“Thank goodness! Can I see her?” She requested.
“Sure” he replied and led her to the ward.
