Mrs Taylor entered the ward with the doctor to see the lady laying on the bed on her back, her hands on her stomach.
She walked closer to the bed and sat beside her. The lady turns to look at her and scrunched her brows.
“Who are you?” Was the first thing she asked.
“She’s the Good Samaritan that brought you and your friend to the hospital” The doctor answered for her.
“Ooh. Thanks but where is my friend?” She asked.
“She is fine..What’s your name dear?” Mrs Taylor asked changing the topic.
“Annie. Is camille alright? I hope nothing happened to her? Where is she? I need to see her.” Annie rushed her words.
“Oh your friend is Camille”
“Yes. She is. Where is she please?” Annie asked impatiently and tried to sit up but the doctor stopped her.
“You still need to rest. You aren’t stable yet”
“I will when I see Camille. Tell me, did something happen to her?” Annie asked at the verge of crying.
“Nothing happened to her. She’s in coma currently. We will try our possible best to bring her back to life” the doctor assured.
“Oh my God!” Annie sobs. “This is all my fault. If I haven’t made her follow me to the concert, all these wouldn’t have happened”
Mrs Taylor held her hand. “Common, don’t be like that. You don’t have to blame yourself. She would be fine. Just believe okay” she assured her.
“No, you don’t understand. If anything happens to Camille, I will never forgive myself” Annie said and wipes her tears.
“She will be fine, trust me” Mrs Taylor retorted squeezing her hands softly.
Annie tried to calm down but she just couldn’t. Her mind wasn’t at rest at all.
Hearing Camille is in come weigh her down big time. What’s she supposed to do?

Mrs Taylor sat opposite the doctor in his office as she had requested to see him.
Seeing Annie that way, she needed no soothsayer to tell her the bond between them is really strong.
“Is their anyway you can make her wake up fast. If it’s money, I’m going to pay” she told him.
“Mrs. Our job is to treat. We don’t have the power to wake them up magically”
“But there should be something you can do, please” She pleaded sounding desperate.
“I promise to try my best” The doctor said.
“Please do!”

(Saturday)
Chloe looked at herself one last time and smiled satisfactorily.
It’s finally the day of her date with Finn and she was nervous and happy at the same time.
“What if he asks her out?” Was the question all in her head the previous day.
She was dressed in a short velvet dress and she had put on light make up and let her hair fall making her look really out.
She sighed deeply and exit her house after carrying her purse.
She and Finn had agreed to meet up in a restaurant and Finn promised to take her to somewhere special immediately after dinner.
She entered her car and drove off. She stopped in front of the restaurant shortly and sighed deeply.
Why is she so nervous? The normal Chloe wouldn’t be this flustered just because a guy asked her out but she just couldn’t help it.
Saying a short prayer, she entered the restaurant and looked around in search of Finn.
She saw him seated beside on the chair at the window side, his full attention on his phone.
She walked up to him. “Hi” she breathes out.
He looked up and smiled making her stomach churn.
“Hello. You look beautiful “ he complimented and she smiled.
“Thank you” She said taking get seat.
“I’m sorry for coming late” she apologized after a brief silence.
“Oh, it’s fine and I wasn’t even aware you were late. Besides, a beautiful lady like you needs to take all the time she wants in dressing up”
Oh dmn! How come he’s so good with words! Chloe said nothing but just blushed, feeling like a 16 years old.
Finn called a waiter and he came over to their table.
“What would you like?” Finn asked, staring at her.
“I ..will take what you take “ Chloe said as her brain went off due to the way he was staring at her.
“Oh okay” Finn chuckled and she suddenly felt stupid.
Finn ordered chicken, lasagna etc
“What about desert?” The waiter asked.
“That would be…apple crisp, mash mellow..” Finn said
“And wine for me and …” he looked at Chloe.
“Same with me” she replied.
The waiter nodded and left.
“I’m quite surprised” she said.
“Uhm..why?”
“I was like expecting you to order for beer or something” she voiced out her thought.
“Nah. I don’t take Alcohol” He said.
“I’m impressed” she smiled.
“It’s not a big deal tho. Lots of men don’t take it too”
“I guess so. But I’m still impressed”
“Thanks” He said and silence sets in.
Chloe tapped her fingers on her lap nervously. Finn was about to talk but closed his mouth back when the waiter returned with their orders.
“Thank you” Finn said to the waiter and she could swear she saw like a eye signal between them but she ignored it.
They dig in and Chloe decided to start a conversation.
“So where are you taking me to?” She asked him.
“I told you it’s a surprise”
“Can’t you give me a hint, maybe? Am dying of curiosity” She Groaned.
“Take a chill pill will you?” He winked and she could feel her heart jump out of her chest.
“Sure..sure I will” she rolled her eyes.
They continued having little chit chats and Chloe started feeling a bit dizzy.
“Uhm..are you okay?” He asked.
“Yeah..yeah I am” she said and took another sip of the wine.
“You don’t look so good” he said, a concerned look on his face.
“I’m fine” she said even though her head is currently spinning.
“I..just need to take a rest” she said feeling really weak.
“Let’s get out of here” Finn told her and she nodded in agreement.
Finn called the waiter and dropped the bills on the table. The waiter gave him a knowingly look and he sighed and dip his hand in his pocket, bringing out some dollar bills and he gave it to him.
He helped Chloe outside. “Wait, that’s my car” Chloe said weakly pointing at her car but Finn was leading her to an entirely different direction.
He got to a car and opened the door.
“You have a car?” She asked.
“Yeah” He answered.
“Wow” She mumbled and he helped her to the back seat.
He closed the door and went over to the driver’s seat.
“Am just going to lay down for a bit” Chloe said and rested her head closing her eyes and immediately fell into a deep slumber.
“Mission 1 accomplished” Finn smirked and drove off.

Harry came out of the bathroom, his towel wrapped around his waist.
Chloe wasn’t back from her so called date and it’s getting late.
He wore a blue shirt and white knickers and sat on his bed. He brought out his phone and made to call her when a call came in from an unknown number.
He picked it and placed it on his ear. “Hello” He said.
“Hi…Do you need your sister alive or dead?” The voice asked.
“Who is this and why does this voice sound so familiar?” He asked.
“I don’t have an answer to your question and I will advice you to answer mine”
“I don’t even understand you”
“You will in a while. Need your sister alive? I will send you a location right now and I need you there right now. Come alone and if you don’t, if will be a decision you will regret for the rest of your life”
Before Harry could talk, the call dropped and He furrowed his brows in confusion.
His phone beeped and he checked to see it’s a notification from the number and in it is an address.
He was still lost when his phone beeped again and this time around, it was a video.
He opened it to see Chloe tied to a chair. A robe tied to her mouth and her hands and legs chained.
It was a short video. Sweat trickled down his spin and he hurriedly sprinted out of his house.
He need to save his sister!
