“Dad” Kulture half yelled making us break the kss
I turned to see her and Chris starring at us
Chris face held no emotion but Kulture eyes is already filling up with tears
They both left while Dave ran his hand through his hair
“I’m sorry Benita it was a mistake” he said making my jaw dropped
i watch him walk away while I fight the tears threatening to fall
How can he call the kss a mistake…I thought he felt something for me
just like I did.
I found Chris standing alone and I went to him
“Are you okay” he asked and I nodded
“so your not mad at me”I asked him
“no sis,I’m always proud of you”he replied hugging my side ,,,this is why I love my brother
“they left”he said and I knew exactly what he was talking about
“I just hope she understands”I muttered and he only nodded
maybe the kss was actually a mistake …I should have resisted …now I’m the cause of a family problem
they were leaving peacefully before I came.

The whole place was quite as I prepared breakfast
I was done minutes later and set them on the dining
I asked the other worker there to go call them down for breakfast before I left
To be honest I don’t think I’m ready to face any of them after the other day
what am I even saying…it happened last night.
I hailed a cab back to my apartment because it’s weekend and work free day
Chris and I had fun even though my mind still keeps going back to Dave and his daughter
I just hope he sought things out with her.

Dressing up and heading out of the apartment, I kept cleaning my plam because they were sweaty
I was beyond nervous.
Actually I’m more nervous than the first day I came for an interview.
The car stopped at the entrance of the building and I made my way in with a shaky legs
I felt a sharp pain in my head but I quickly waved it off
maybe I’m just stressed out
i greeted some of my co-workers and made my way into my own office
I sat down and began working
when it was time for Dave’s coffee,I prepared it and took it to him
I knocked on the door and his deep voice asked me to come in.
“Good morning sir”I greeted but he didn’t even look up
“your coffee sir”I said dropping it
“leave “he said and I walked out
come to think of it why is he even mad at me
He was the one who kssed me, I’m the one who is supposed to be mad .

Someone knocked on my door and I asked the person to come in.
“Hi Sam”I greeted smiling,Sam is another of my co worker
By the way he keeps starring at me weirdly anytime I pass his office to go make Dave coffee
“Hey,,,so I was wondering if you wanna hang out with us tonight”he asked
Well…I’m shocked
“Not only me ,,other workers will be there too”he added
“okay that will be great”I replied and his face lit up
“thanks Benita ,you won’t regret it “he half yelled walking out of my office happily
I told y’all his weird
Dave walked in immediately and he doesn’t looks happy
“What was he doing in your office”he asked angrily while I starred at him blankly
Okay why is he so angry???
