Kim’s Pov;
My jaw dropped in shock and awe.
Did Martin just raised his voice at me?
Like he screamed at me just because of that stupid new girl?
Am I kind of dreaming or something?
I stared at him in astonishment with my mouth still wide open.
Why the he.ll is everyone siding with that girl?
I can’t believe this…. Even Martin too is not angry with her after she sIapped his cheek so hard.
Is this really happening?
The Martin i know will never let this go freely without taking any actions.
And now because it’s the new girl who slapped him,,,, he suddenly wants to let it go.
The person I went to defend is actually ok with the insult he received.
Now I got humiliated on the process of standing up for him.
“What? What did you just say Martin?” I asked again to make sure that I wasn’t actually dreaming or something.
“You heard me…. I just said you should let this Kim” He repeated backing me.
“Are you being real here Martin? No I don’t get it…. Why in heaven’s name would you even say that?” I was becoming so angry.
“I just don’t want to get into any trouble” He said after about ten minutes of silence.
“What do you mean by you don’t want any trouble Martin? Who is she to give us trouble?” I sounded so furious.
“I just want to let this whole issue slide and pretend like nothing happened” He said as I shook my head in disbelief.
“Unbelievable…. This is so not you Martin…. Do you even know I went to confront that girl for sIapping you?” I said.
“What?” He freaked out.
“Yes I honestly did that and….” I was explaining to him.
“What the…. Why would you even do that?” He grabbed my collar as I ¢hoked immediately.
I coughed breathlessly before he let go of me gulping hard.
“Martin?” I screamed in dismay as he tried to touch me but I pushed him away.
“You’re a mon$ter” was all I could scream before rushing out.
I rushed out with tears rolling down my cheeks.
I couldn’t get my head to wrap around what just happened a few seconds ago.
Martin held my collar?
Is this even believable?
I will have to get rid of that girl it’s all her fault.

Martin’s Pov:
I didn’t even know what came over me….
What the he.ll is wrong with me cos I can’t believe I just held Kim’s collar.
I didn’t even know why I got so upset when she told me she confronted the new girl Arya.
Shouldn’t I kss her and hug her for trying to stand up for me.
I tried to follow her but something in me just stopped me.
So I withdrew myself and sat heavily on the desk.
I don’t know but I really don’t want anyone to harass the new girl on this case again.
Don’t you think am silly?
I mean who does that in the whole wide world?
I got insulted yet I don’t want her to embarrassed.
What the he.ll is wrong with me?
I kicked the table and chairs in front of me in tantrum.
I must have been possessed don’t you think?

Arya’s Pov:
The school hours was over and it was raining heavily.
I was impatiently waiting for my mommy to come pick me up.
Oh God!
It’s already 2 hours late and mommy is not here yet.
Just then my cell phone beeped and I quickly brought it out from my pocket.
It was from my Mommy.
“I can’t come to pick you up baby…. The traffic is bad and the rain is too heavy and I don’t want to keep you waiting” I read as I sighed.
Now i need to get a cab.
Of all the days why this rainy day?
Thank goodness I have a spare umbrella….
I turned it on and walked under the rain until I got a cab and hopped in.

Kimberly’s Pov:
From my car I pointed at the cab she hopped into for him.
“That’s the cars plate number” I said as we took a picture.
“She’s the one right?” He smirked.
“Yes… You really have to follow her up so that you won’t miss her cos this might be our last chance cos her mom normally drives her home” I said.
“You have absolutely nothing to worry about just consider it down” He said as I smirked.
I handed some currency to him before he got down from the car.
I smiled mischievously.
“We shall see” I grinned wickedly……..
