Martin’s Pov:
“Don’t tell me you are being fvcking serious Martin” Lucas scoffed.
“Well am telling you that I am and you keep telling me that I shouldn’t tell you that am serious” I almost yelled.
“You almost choked your girlfriend to death?” Idris shook his head.
“The truth is that I don’t know what actually came into me” I replied.
“This case of yours is really serious so what are you going to do about this?” Lucas asked.
I scratched my head in confusion before yawning.
“I don’t know… Honestly I can’t tell what I want to do” I started.
“But why would you grab her collar and press her ne¢k like she did something” Idris asked.
“Yes Idris is right… What exactly did she do for you to grab her collar?” Lucas said.
I gulped nervously….
How do I tell them that I grabbed her collar because she wanted to help me get back at the new girl who insulted and slapped me I’m public?
What would they think of me?
Like how does that even sound in the ear?
They would think am an ingrate….
How do I explain this in the first place?
“Speak up Martin what led to the collar holding?” Lucas smacked me out of my thoughts with his loud voice.
“Why not speak let’s know who to help you out of this mess you got yourself into” Idris persuaded me.
“The thing is… She wanted to get back at the new girl for the humiliation” I cleared my throat noisily.
“Alright? So what else?” Lucas asked.
“That’s it…. That’s what happened” I gulped hard.
“Wait…. Don’t tell me you are being serious right now?” Idris scoffed.
“Am dead serious here” I said.
“What? So you almost ¢hoked her to death cos of the new girl?” Lucas gasped.
“That’s the problem!” I snapped.
“Oh my goodness…. This is freaking serious” They chorused.
“It really is” I said with my head bowed staring at the ground.
I couldn’t even raise my head cos I don want to see them glance at me like a lunatic.

Arya’s Pov:
The cab drove off immediately as I got into it.
I was so famished….
I wanted to grab a bite in the next restaurant but I don’t think it’s necessary.
We continued driving….
But then suddenly in the lonely road another car overtook ours and stopped right in front of ours.
“Is that driver a lunatic? Why can’t he drive properly?” I sighed.
I was still grumbling when the hoodlums in the car got down and rushed to me.
They pushed me out of the car and I fell on the hard floor.
“What do you want from me?” I cried out.
They did not even give me an ear.
They kept mute with their masks on their faces.
Before I knew what was happening they landed a sIap on my cheeks.

Dora’s Pov:
I rushed into the office with a magazine in my hand.
“Aliyah look…. Which of the wedding gown looks more nice?” I asked anxiously.
Aliyah who I was speaking to was staring at the ceiling fan absentmindedly.
“Aliyah? Aliyah??” I called but she didn’t even realize I was there.
She was holding a shirt in her hand.
But she wasn’t looking at the shirt cos she was looking at the ceiling fan.
What the he.ll is wrong with this friend of mine?
Why is she acting so weird in a way I don’t even understand no matter how hard I try to?
“Aliyah! Aliyahhhhh…..” I screamed as she shivered in fear.
“Ye….ye…yes… Why are you screaming? You startled me” She managed to speak up.
“What happened? Why were you absent minded? I’ve been screaming you know” I said as she scratched her head.
“It’s just that…. My daughter brought this home” She showed me the shirt.
It has a logo of her name.
“Isn’t that yours?” I arched my eye brows.
“The truth is that I…..” She tried to say as her phone rang aloud.
“Excuse me” She said as she turned to pick up her cell phone.

Aliyah’s Pov:
My cell phone rang aloud and I picked it up.
“Hello” I started.
“Please is this Mrs Aliyah Cruz?” A male voice asked.
“Yes please how may I help you?” I asked him.
“Am calling from St Andrews hospital” He started.
“Hospital?” I repeated.
“Yes ma’am…. Your daughter is lying here in unconscious with bruises all over her body” He said.
“What?”I freaked out……
