~Ashley~
Jessy shrugs. “How was class?”.
“Detention”. I say simply.
She squeals. “I have detention too”.
I raised eyebrows. “For what? You are a straight A student”.
“I was caught sleeping in Mr. Bradford class”.
I laughed. “Typical Jessy”.
“Ashley”. That irritating voice Kathryn.
I turn to see her with Axel.
What do they want now?
“What?”. I ask.
Kathryn giggles kssing Axel. “Nothing”.
I rolled my eyes. “You can have Axel. I don’t go for cheap things”.
She growls storming off with Axel.
“Way to put them off”. Jessy said.
“I can’t believe i actually thought Kathryn was a good friend”.
“I warned you”.
I face Jessy. “How did you find out Axel was cheating on me?”.
“Well you know how i always work part time to help fund my fees”.
I nodded. “Yeah?”.
“Well I work in this huge cool restaurant”.
I furrowed my eyebrows. “What restaurant?”.
She sighs. “Golden Spade”.
“How does that have to do with Axel?”.
“While working during the summer holidays, i saw Axel and Kathryn at the restaurant. On a date”. She explained.
I became surprised. “Axel has been playing me that long?”.
“I’m so sorry I couldn’t warn you on time”. She hugs me .
I smile sadly. “You tried your best”.
“Anyways, I have something to cheer you up”. She giggled excitedly.
“You know we are missing a class right now”.
“Shush”. She brings out flashy tickets from her bag.
I took them from her. “What are these?”.
“Tickets to Jaden Roy’s concert this weekend”. She shouted happily.
“That’s great”. I said happy for you.
“And you are going with me”. She adds enthusiastically.
I shook my head negatively. “I’m heading to class”.
“Come on. Please. For me”. She pleaded sweetly.
“Fine. I’m going to the concert with you”. I agreed. “But with VIP tickets”.
“How?”.
“Either from Adrian or my Dad”.
She squealed. “Now we can go to class”.

~Sophie~
Coming into cafeteria for recess, I sighted Adrian with one of his friends, J.R.
I walked over to them placing a kss on Adrian’s cheek. “Babe”.
“Sweets. Lets go grab lunch”. He said.
“Yeah .. Sure. Call up Xander”. I said.
“He’s on his way”. J.R replied.
“I didn’t ask you”. I said scornfully.
Suddenly Ashley came over with a girl wearing glasses.
Damn! Her glasses were fashionable.
“Ian. I badly need something”. She said pleading.
“Anything Sis”.
“Do you by any chance have VIP tickets to Jaden Roy’s show?”.
“He has and they are for both of us”.
J.R’s ears perked up. “You like Jaden Roy?”. He asked Ashley.
“Do you have tickets?”. Ashley asks back.
He nods in return. “Yeah sure but_”.
Ashley interrupts him. “Great. Meet you after school by the parking lot”.
“Hey guys”. Xander said showing up.
I sucked in my breath.
Xander is just so breath-taking.
“Since we are all here, then lets go”. Adrian said.
I raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean by ‘lets all go”.
I faced Ashley and her friend. “Well we are four and a fifth party is not welcome”.
Adrian raised his eyebrows while Xander just breathed.
Ashley shrugged turning to Adrian. “Well looks like I have an enemy here”. She walked away with her friend.
“What was that?”. Adrian asks harshly.
“Come on Babe. Lets go”. I took his palm heading for cafeteria.

“That was rude”. Jessy commented as we walked into the cafeteria.
I shrug. “Just ignore Sophie. She’s nothing”.
She giggled. “I can’t believe we are getting VIP tickets to Jaden Roy’s concert”.
I groaned. “Can you stop talking about it?”.
“He’s my celebrity crush. The youngest richest musician at age 18”.
I rolled my eyes. “I don’t need to know the details”.
“How are we sure that J.R is gonna gives us tickets?”. Jessy asked calmly.
“His Dad is the owner of the music industry where Jaden Roy is signed into”. I explained.
We entered the main cafeteria for grade 12. We went over to an empty table sitting down.
I dropped my bag. “I’m gonna get some lunch. You coming?”.
“No, you go ahead. I’ll wait back here”.
“You are not gonna eat?”. I asked.
“I brought food from home”.
“Okay if you say so”. I eyed her warily. “But i’m gonna buy for both of us just incase”.
She smiled at me reassuringly motioning for me to go.
I made my way to the line to get food. There were just few people in front of me.
“Well, who do we have here?”.
I turned around and saw Axel with his group of friends.
Why was he suddenly talking to me? Not even two hours ago, he wanted nothing to do with me.
“Well it looks like a very eager creature begging for attention because he doesn’t get some at home or in school and me”.
His friends started laughing. “Ooh. Burn”.
What a bunch of immature children.
“You’ve got quite a mouth on you. Babe”. Axel said.
Again with the ‘Babe’ issue.
I ignored him and turned to the lady behind the counter.
“I’d like to get two large Pizzas dripping with cheese. Add a few pieces of pepperoni and some olives”.
She goes away for a minute and comes back with two box of Pizza.
“Can i also get pudding?”.
She nods and brings pudding within few seconds.
“That will be 200 dollars”. She said politely.
I took out my card giving her. She slides it against a machine and hands it back.
I went to my seat sitting down with Jessy.
“Hey Babe”.
G0sh!! He even followed me.
I know he’s trying to get me back so that he can play me all over again.
I ignored him putting down the the plate with the Pizzas and opened the pudding. I passed a plate of Pizza to Jessy.
“Aren’t you gonna hit me with comebacks?”.
I licked off the pudding from the top wrapper thing.
“I don’t need any more comebacks”. I told him.
He gave me a confused look and opened his mouth to say something.
Before he could speak, i dumped the pudding over his head earning a gasp from Jessy.
He shrieked and the whole cafeteria attention was on us.
The pudding ran down his hair and over his face. A drop ran down the middle of his forehead.
I smirked. “Serves him right”.
