~Ashley~
He looked different with the blond hair and green eyes. But the J.R i know has dark hair and dark brown eyes.
“I know you have a lot of questions right but I need you to help me with something”. He pleaded.
I stared at him still surprised. No wonder he had the same clothes he wore when he was J.R earlier. But I was still shocked.
“I need your help with Jessy”. He continued.
I stopped him. “Just hold up a minute, i need to process this”.
J.R is Jayden Roy but how? They had different color of hair and different eyes.
“I wear contact lens”. J.R said as if he read my mind.
“Who else knows about this?”. I asked curious. “Like your real self?”.
“My Dad, Adrian, Xander, Lily and Audrey”. He replied still leaning on the wall.
I stared at him. “So what do I call you? J.R? Jayden or Roy?”.
“Just call me Roy”. He answered.
So he was really Jayden Roy, perhaps thats what J.R stands for. Fck this is complicated.
“What do you mean by I should help you with Jessy?”.
“I want to show her my real self but I’m scared that she’s gonna react differently or something like that”. He said nervously.
“Of course she would. She is your girlfriend, why didn’t you tell her earlier?”.
“I couldn’t. My Dad wouldn’t let me”.
“Well whatever you want me to do, i’m not doing it”. I told him.
“Come on, Ashley, she’s your best friend. You are the only one who knows how to handle this”. He pleaded.
“It doesn’t mean I will do it”. I said adamantly.
“Ashley__”.
There was a knock on the restroom room.
“Come in”. J.R or Roy said.
The door opened and a waiter came in.
“Sir Roy, your father calls for you”. The waiter said.
Roy touched his forehead frustratingly and looked at me, his eyes pleading.
“You have to tell her yourself but I’ll try”.
He smiled faintly and left.
I walked back to the party and met Jessy sipping wine.
I tapped her lightly.
She turned back. “Hey!! Where were you?”.
“I just met someone unexpectedly”. I replied.
“Please tell me its Jayden Roy”. She squealed excitedly. “I love him so much”.
I didn’t say anything as I kept quiet. What is she going to do when she finds out her celebrity crush is her boyfriend? How will she react when she knows that J.R is actually Jayden Roy?
“Where is the celebrant anyways?”.
“Huh?”.
She looked around. “The party host. Where is he?”.
Then suddenly everywhere went dark and lights showed at the front of the large gold stairs. A strikingly middle aged man came was shown and the lights came back now.
I could see him clearly now, he was exactly the replica of Jayden Roy. The same blond hair and green eyes.
“Welcome people”. The middle aged man. “You all know me Diego Alvarez”.
Oh so he was the famous Diego Alvarez, a hit in the music industry.
He chuckled. “But we are not here for me, we are here to celebrate my son’s debut in the industry”.
There was a loud ovation following his sentence.
Jessy nudged me happily. “Its happening. Ashley”.
I sighed nervously glancing at Jessy.
“Well following his comeback, he has decided to reveal his identity which I know all of you have been anticipating”.
Immediately, Jayden Roy came up still wearing his mask. Its kinda weird how its J.R standing there.
His Dad left and Jayden Roy was left standing there.
“Before I start, i just wanna sing a song for my girl because she’s standing among you guys”.
A light gasp went through the mansion as they heard him say his girl. There were whispers everywhere.
Jessy nudged me. “Did you hear that? His girlfriend is right here. Who do you think she is?”.
She is you Jessamyn.
He began singing softly, no beat. Just him.
?You came to me .. With those eyes of yours?
?And your glasses .. You always put on?
?How I fell in love .. I don’t know?
?But I don’t want you to ever go?
?Stay with me to the darkest times?

His song was really emotional.
i felt someone behind, his hand slide around my waist and I smiled.
“You look really beautiful”. He whispered in my ear and it gave me cold chills.
I held his hand around my waist softly.
“I’ve missed hanging out with you”. He continued.
“Well thats not my problem. You’ve been busy with you know who”. I said a little bit angry about the whole Jayden Roy issue.
I felt him smile. “I guess you know?”.
“He told me. Needed my help”. I replied.
“Does she know?”. He whispered softly referring to Jessy who was busy staring at Jayden Roy singing.
“No she doesn’t. I couldn’t bring myself to say it”. I answered concerned for her.
He held me closer. “He just have to figure it out”.
I turned and he smiled at me, he dressed really cute. He wore a black all through and it made him look hot.
“Stop drooling. I’m all yours remember”.
I hugged him. “You are all mine”.
I heard a gasp through everyone, i pulled away and noticed Jayden Roy had removed his mask. There’s the J.R I know.
His father held him laughing. “Everyone meet my only child, Jayden Roy Alvarez”.
People started clapping applauding giving a standing ovation.
I looked at Jessy and noticed she was stunned still staring at him. Then she did something unexpectedly, she ran off.

I was surprised to see J.R? Standing there. He looked like a stranger to me as I watched him.
I couldn’t take it anymore. I turned back and ran off rushing past the securities at the main door.
I noticed a water fountain splattering at a side bringing out lights.
I sat by it taking a deep breath, all this is still too hard to get in.
“Jessy!!”.
I looked up and saw J.R running towards me. He finally reached me and stopped panting heavily.
“Securities said I’d find you here”. He said.
I stared at him but how could I not know he was the one?
“Baby”. He tried to touch me but I went backwards.
I laughed sadly. “So what should I call you now? Jayden Roy or J.R?”.
“Jessy please don’t be like that”.
I scoffed. “Oh really? I only find out now that my boyfriend is a major celebrity”.
“I tried to tell you. Fck!! I even asked Ashley to explain it”.
“Ashley knows?”. I asked surprised. “You told Ashley your secret but you didn’t tell me, your own girlfriend”.
“Well now I’m telling you”.
“Now you are telling me? Huh, i feel like i’ve been lied to like I was being used. I trusted J.R but i don’t think I’m going to trust Jayden Roy”.
“I’m still the same J.R, i promise I wont change”. He said softly.
“Why didn’t you tell me since?”. I asked him curious.
“I wanted you to get to know the real me”.
“The real you? The lying you?”. I asked staring at him.
He sighed. “I love you so much to lie to you”.
“But you could have at least told me or gave a hint”. I yelled.
“I didn’t want to muddy the water with my success neither did I want to shout it from the roof”.
Tears rolled down my eyes. “You couldn’t even trust me with just this one secret”.
“Jessy, I wanted to tell you but__”.
I cut him off. “But what? You are gonna give me a flimsy excuse again”.
“Jessy, I really like you. That song was for you and even the song i presented at the concert. The lyrics were all about you”. He explained.
“Or it was Andrea”. I said remembering what happened back then.
“Jessy please don’t bring Andrea into this”.
“You both kssed on stage!!”. I shouted tearfully.
“It was a fucking mistake, i didn’t expect it at all”.
I shook my head negatively. “I’m so sorry, J.R or Jayden, this is not gonna work out”.
“Jessy please don’t do it. I’m begging you, i really love you”. His green eyes pleaded.
“I’m sorry”. I whispered.
He knelt down slowly. “Baby, i’m on my knees. This shows how much I love you, please don’t do this not now”.
“This relationship is over”.
