GRAY’S HOUSE
Gray convinced Noel to follow him. Now that she is alive, he didn’t want her to leave his side again. They rang the doorbell. Lia opened the door and her jaw dropped.
“Noel! You… You…”
“Good to see you, Lia.” She smiled.
Lia was speechless as they walked in.
“I’ll be right back.” Gray said and went upstairs.
“Stop acting like you’ve seen a ghost.” Noel chuckled.
“I swear, I’m surprised.” Lia said.
“I know but I’m back. Come on, let’s go to the living room and I’ll answer all your questions.” Noel said.
They opened the door and entered. Miguel and Damien screamed.
“Ghost!”
“Hey! Boys! Calm down okay? I’m not a ghost. It’s really me.” Noel said.
“Stop trying to deceive us. Miss Lia, get away from her immediately, we’ll protect you.” Damien said.
“Are you here to take my brother with you huh?” Miguel asked.
Noel gasped. “Why would you even say that?” She asked.
“Because, I have seen in many movies where the lady dies then returns as a ghost to take the man she loves,” Miguel said and Noel laughed. “Miss Noel, I know that you love my brother so much but please, don’t take his soul with you.” Miguel pleaded.
“What if I say no.” Noel said and started walking towards them.
“Then, you’ll have to kll me first.” Miguel said.
Noel halted and burst into a fit of laughter. “These children are such good actors. Okay, enough of the joke, I’m really Noel and not a ghost.
You can confirm by h!tting me with that pillow over there. If I’m a ghost it will pass through me. Hurry!” She said.
“It’s worth a shot.” Damien said and picked up the pillow.
“Damien! What if she wants to trick is?” Miguel asked.
“Stop being a ¢rybaby.” Damien said. He threw the pillow at her and it didn’t pass through.
“Throw it again, let’s confirm this.” Miguel said.
Damien threw it again but it hit her instead. “It’s Miss Noel.” Damien said and came down. “How…” He trailed off.
“It’s a long story.” She said.
They ran and hugged her. “You ¢ràzy skirts! Do you know how much my brother suffered?” Miguel scolded and Noel laughed.
“I didn’t know you missed me so much, Miguel.” Noel said and he disengaged from the hug immediately.
“I didn’t miss you. I was only happy that you’re back and alive.” He said and smiled as his ears turned red.
“It’s the same thing.” Lia said and hugged Noel too.
“You have to tell us everything! I’m sure Quinn will be over the moon when she knows that you’re alive.” Damien said.
“She already knows.” Noel said.
“Really! Wow! I would really love to see that smile on her lips.” Damien said.
“Thank you guys for taking care of her. I owe you one.” Noel said.
“It’s no problem. I was like a big brother to her.” Miguel said, beating his chest proudly.
Damien just rolled his eyes and they laughed.
Gray came downstairs after taking his bath and met them in the living room. “You should go and shower too.” He whispered into her ears.
“Where?” She whispered back.
“My room.” He said and she poked his forehead.
“Pe.rvert!”
“Hey! Take it easy. Why are you getting naughty thoughts all of a sudden?” He asked and laughed. “Just go, Lia will help you with clothes.” He said.
“Sure, thanks.” She smiled and stood up then headed to his room. Gray looked at her and smiled before turning to see a pair of 6 eyes staring at him.
“What? Can’t a man love in peace when you guys are around?” He asked rhetorically.
“What kind of love?” Miguel winked.
“Don’t get any ideas.” Gray snapped at them and started going upstairs.
They exchanged glances and laughed.

GRAY’S OFFICE
“What do you mean by she escaped?” Gray yelled.
“I’m sorry, sir. We didn’t know how it happened. It seems like a police officer helped her, if not, the officers around her were much.” Detective Sam said.
“I don’t want to listen to that. Track her down even if you have to go to the end of the world, make sure Camille said is found and brought to book.” Gray ordered.
“We’re sorry, Mr Gerald. We’ll try our best.” Detective Sam said and Gray hung up.
“She escaped right?” Noel chuckled.
“Why are you smiling and happy that she escaped?” Gray asked.
“Don’t get me wrong, hubby. If she has escaped, that means she is coming after me again but this time, I will be prepared for her.” Noel said.
“What are you thinking?” Gray asked.
“Camille vowed that she would die if she doesn’t succeed in klling me. It seems that, the opportunity is going to come but this time, the tables are going to turn.” Noel said.
“I’ll support you all the way. I won’t let her harm you.” Gray said.
“Thanks.” She smiled.

Camille ran into the bush and found another abandoned house. She entered and sat down, breathing heavily.
“Arghhh! She is supposed to be de.ad. Why is she alive?” She screamed. “Does this that, all my hardwork was in vain?
No! No! No! I won’t let this happen!” She said and took her phone. She dialed a number and put it in her ear.
“Hello Scott, I have a mission for you.”
