“Okay” Alexa said.
“Do you know how to cast the spell with the calf of perliana?” Alexa asked, turning to Bryan.
“Yup!” Bryan replied and took the calf from Alexa’s hand.
“You guys should hold my hands” Bryan instructed as Alexa held his left hand while Erica held his right hand.
“Are we good?” Bryan asked.
“Yeah” Alexa and Erica chorused.
Bryan placed the calf on the ground and began to mumble the spell with his mouth.
Suddenly, bunch of lihtening struck and everywhere became dark.
Almost immediately, the darkness turned into light as they discovered that they were no longer in Altlancia but on Earth.
“Wow!” Erica muttered, staring around.
“Is this how Earth is? It’s beautiful” Erica beamed.
Alexa couldn’t move her mouth because she was happy that she has finally returned to her land. To bring back freedom.
She looked around the compound and discovered it was The old man’s house.
Pablo…
Her eyes beamed in happiness.
…
She could remember vividly when she was 15 years, That is two years back.
Whenever Miss Fiona dealt with her, Pablo was the only one to run to. When everyone mocked her, she’ll cry in Pablo’s shoulders.
Her mom was always with King Ethan so she was scared to vist her.
She continue running to Pablo until Miss Fiona found out and reported to the chiefs.
They gave him a law that if he ever accepts Alexa into his home, they’ll treat him just like Alexa and they’ll later kill him.
Pablo was scared of Their threatens so he stop accepting Alexa into her home.

Bryan chuckled and turned to Alexa; “Do you know this place?” Bryan asked, narrowing his brows.
“Yes. This is one of the compound in my village” Alexa replied Bryan lips curved up into a smile.
“Wow! It seems the Calf read your mind” Bryan uttered and picked the calf on the floor.
“So, were are we heading to?” Bryan asked.
Pablo who was sitting on the couch in his bedroom heard some unfamiliar voice and dice backyard and dicided to check up on who was there.
He got to the backyard and his jaws dropped when she spotted Alexa and two other poeple.
His main corcern was on Alexa.
“Alexa” Pablo called.
Alexa turned to the side she heard her name and she discovered it was Pablo.
“Pablo!” she called and started running towards him, opening her arms.
Pablo also opened his arms and they hugged eachother tightly.
“I Miss you so much Pablo. It’s been a long time we saw eachother” Alexa uttered as they disengaged from the hug.
“Yeah. It’s been a long time. I heard you were dead” Pablo stated and Alexa arched her brows.
“Really?” Alexa inquired.
“Yeah. I heard the priest sent you to Atlancia and we all thought you were dead ” Pablo stated.
“Well, i travelled to Atlancia and i returned safely” Alexa said and giggled.
“Hmm…. In my life, this is actually the first time i saw someone who returned to Atlancia safely”
“The Priest will be so happy to see you”
“Huh, what are you saying? Don’t you know that priest wanted me to die? He left me all alone in the bush without not map or clock and he told me to my face that i should enjoy my death” Alexa said.
“If i set my eyes on him, i’ll break his bones into pieces” Alexa growled angrily.
“The priest you know before you left is not the same priest now. He has changed to a beast and won’t hesitate to kill you if he set his eyes on you” Pablo stated and Alexa hissed.
“What do you mean by that?” Alexa asked.
“I’ll gist you about that later on but first you need to come in, freshen up, eat something then in cool evening, we can discuss that” Pablo stated and turned to Bryan and Erica.
“Who are they?” Pablo asked.
“That is Bryan – my lover and that is Little Erica. Bryan’s sister. They’re here to help me fight for justice” Alexa stated.
“Oh My God. Look at their dressing. If i’m not mistaken, they’re from Atlancia” Pablo exclaimed.
“Yes. They’re from Atlancia” Alexa replied.
“OMG…They’re gonna be killed” Pablo exclaimed in fright.
“They can’t kill me. I’m a strong dude” Bryan boasted.
“C’mmon. Let’s get inside. As adage says ‘even the wall have ears’ so let’s go in” Pablo ushered as Erica, Bryan and Alexa followed Pablo into his house.

(At the dinning table)
“Gosh! Aunt Alexa, how do you guys manage to eat this? I’ve not seen this kind of food in my life” Erica said in an irritating tone.
“Test it Erica, it’s amazing.” Bryan complimented as Erica dug the spoon into the plate and brought some of the eggs out.
“What’s thie name of this food?” Erica asked.
“It’s Pasta and Eggs” Alexa replied and continue eating.
“Alexa, can you tell me how you met this prince charming and this beautiful princess over here?” Pablo asked and Alexa smiled.
“Well. It started when i met….”

….That was how i met them” Alexa narrated and Pablo exhaled deeply.
“I Can see cleary that you’re truly a smart girl and you know how to handle issues. Life has been going well with you over there” Pablo pointed out.
“Yes Papa” Alexa replied, beaming with smiles.
“But life hasn’t been going well with us here” Pablo stated and Alexa turned his eyeballs on him.
“How has life not been going well with you guys here?” Alexa asked in a confused look.
“After you left, we bacame a slave in our land”
“The priest appointed Mr. Williams as the new king and new laws were set in our land.”
“We can’t go out anytime and we must obey all those laws or you’ll be killed.”
“We dare not complain or it will worsen the situation. Infact, the only thing is that we still eat but if you refuse to send food anytime it is requested in the palace, consider yourself a deadmeat.” Pablo explained and Alexa flinched in shock.
“This is really pathetic. What about my mom and dad, are they safe?” Alexa asked worriedly and Pablo exhaled deeply.
“I Heard the priest is sxua.lly mole$ting your mom and your Dad..” he paused for a second.
“He’s dead” Pablo droppped the bombshell and Alexa cringled.
“You’re joking, right?” Alexa said as his nose wrinkled.
“I’m not joking. He died after the day you left and rumors have it that it he was poisoned by The Priest” Pablo blasted and Alexa Felt her heart shattered into pieces.
“My Father” her voice was weak and quake because the news hit her hard in her heart.
“My father is dead” Alexa cried and ran out of the dinning, bursting into tears.
“Alexa!” Bryan called and ran after her.
Same as Erica.
They came out of the house and met Alexa crying close to a tree.
They walked close to her and started consoling her.
“Please Heartbeat, stop crying. Crying won’t bring him back. He’s gone already” Bryan stated but Alexa increased her pace.
“Don’t tell me to stop crying. You know that was the main reason i went to Atlancia. I risked my life to get the calf of perliana and now they’re telling me he’s dead. He’s gone for good. Noooo!” she whimpered as tears streamed down her cheeks.
“I Understand how you feel but you need to calm down, please” Erica consoled.
“I Know what to do” Alexa stood up and cleaned her tears.
“I’m going to that palace right now to kill the priest. He has done enough evil and now is the time for him to join the dead” Alexa stated and tried walking to the gate but Bryan blocked her way.
“What the fk are you trying to do? Do you wanna get yourself killed? Pablo said the man is dangerous, get that into your head” Bryan scolded.
“Please and please, just excuse me please. I’ve made up my mind already. It’s either i die or he dies” Alexa said walked past Bryan, heading to the palace.
