She left me in the sitting room rushing to her bedroom to get her phone I guess why she expected me to go to my room.
How do I locate there? I mean Charlotte’s room.
Okay! I need to calm down!
I began climbing the stairs up ! This house is so big goodness!
It looks like heaven !
I paused as I stared around the rooms upstairs! Which of them is her room?
” Welcome ma’am, we are so excited to have you back ”
I almost freaked out hearing the voice out of the blue moon.
What the h.ell?
I guess she’s one of their maids ! But why is she talking to me in a friendly manner?
Is Charlotte friends with all the maids?
How do I cope pretending to be who I am not?
It’s really going to be very tough!
I smiled at her, that’s the only thing I could do.
I don’t have any friends! My job is the only friend I have and so, I don’t know what else to say to her.
” You must be tired ma’am, your Mum asked me to give you a m@ssage before taking your bath ”

But! Yeah! Perfect!
” Oh, okay! Let’s go to my room then ”
She nodded excitedly and took the right! Thank goodness!
I am definitely taking note of everything, I don’t want to get lost in here. It will bring suspicion.

She paused smiling widely at me while opening the door!
She paced way for me to enter first which I did.
Wow! This room is gorgeously decorated! I am sure Charlotte have a great taste for fashions!
Her pictures were paste all over the room but it’s fine though!
I still find it difficult to believe how someone will look just like me, how? I don’t just get it.
” You can lie on your back ma’am ” she said!
Did I need a massage?
” Uhhm, I think my oil got finished. Go ask Mum for hers ” I convinced. The way I called Mum now amazes me.
Not that I have any option! I have to learn!
” Yes ma’am ” she bowed and left the room.
Phew…
I pray she doesn’t have too.

Geez! I can’t breathe! Who’s this crazy guy hugging me like he wants to kill me?
” Goodness sis, I almost died of living without you. What happened? Where were you?” He asked!
G0sh! Mr Gabriel’s hug was more matured!

Mrs Gabriel mentioned him earlier!
It seems he’s very close to Charlotte!
What do I tell them now?
” It doesn’t matter Neo, the thing now is that she’s back and safe. Let her beer ” Mr Gabriel shipped in!

” Okay Dad but you know how we do it char , I am not letting it go that easily”

I stared at him smiling like a fool!
I don’t know what to say!
The aroma of the meals hit my nose and my eyes darted to the dinning which made everyone chuckled!
” Let’s go eat already, my baby is hungry” Mum said holding my hand.
Neo dropped her hand throwing his hands on my shoulder!
This is awkward!

Are we having some house party here? Even fifty people won’t be able to finish all this foods!

” Eat to your fill char ” Mum said.
I was just glancing at all the plates! This alone is enough to hey me filled up.
This is too much!
I took a plate of brownies, stirred up paratha, beef, potatoes and carrots.
I know it’s embarrassing how I packed all this meals but you know I have to fking enjoy myself before the time is over.
I have never in my life eaten this type of mouth watering food before!
Forget they say money can’t buy happiness but money is a good life and a good life means living your life to the fullest with all the wealth in the world!
Eating rich meals is one of them!
After almost an hour, we were done with dinner!
No one can tell how happy I am right now! I just wish this never ends but it will.
Boss will kill me if I don’t return back to them. That’s my only fear!
” I will take you to b.ed then you sleep while I watch over you”
Huh?
” B.. but Mum?” I spoke up for the first time. How will she be watching over me while I sleep? Is this how much she loves Charlotte?
” No buts Charlotte, I don’t want anything happening to you again. I won’t be able to bear the pain ” she said.
This really is making me feel guilty! Just in a night, they gave me a reason to love them .
I am being treated like a queen in my empire! Is anything more than that?
How do I find myself stealing from the people that love me this much?
Where is Charlotte? Is she safe for them? Was she kidnapped by Ice pick?
I think the only thing I am going to do to repay their kindness is to bring back their daughter, ask for some money and run away from Seattle .

Next morning…….
” Good morning Mum ” I greeted coming down from the stairs dressed up in one of Charlotte’s clothes!
It’s perfect like it’s for me! Well. We have the same body shape !
” Morning angel, hope you slept well?” She asked
Of course! It’s my best night ever! Sl.eeping close to someone who take you as a daughter!
I had nothing to worry about! I slept like a baby while she played with my hair till I slept off!
” It was fantabulous Mum ” I said plainly.
” Of course but don’t tell me you are prepared for work Charlotte, quit it already. I almost lost you because you wouldn’t listen to me ”
She said worriedly! From the way she sounds, Charlotte loves her job dearly .
But why will she work when her father can provide her with anything she wants?
If I am the one I will sleep all day every fre.aking day!
But for now, I think I have to play along!
” I will be fine Mum, nothing is going to happen again. I will have to start working today, you don’t want me to get fired right?” I asked with a puppy eyes while she sighed.
” I knew you were never going to give up but I won’t let you go alone this time around, you are going with your chauffeur and three guards or no work. Period!”
Really? I am very certain nothing is gonna happen to me. No fre.aking person can kidnap me!
But it’s fine though! I don’t even know where she works, with them with me, I will get to the place!

He released himself from the hug staring excitedly at me while I stare in confusion!
Everyone was happy to have me back except some ladies over there who were throwing daggers at me!
Does it looks like I care? If Charlotte is soft to them, I will beat them without turning back!
” Charlotte?” He called again!
” W..who are you?” I asked sincerely! I don’t know his name and the role he play in Charlotte’s life.
His head snapped up to mine in a surprised expression.
” Seriously? You don’t know me?” He asked unbelievably and I shook my head.
” It’s Noah ”
I began laughing loudly taken him aback!
” You need to have seen your face Noah ” I said laughing loudly.
I need to play along!
He sighed in relief seeing I was joking!
” It’s one of your pranks char, you scared me ”
” Sorry ”
” It’s fine, I am glad you are back. Let me walk you to your office ”
Just perfect! I needed that!

No! Wait! He just called me Charlotte oh my goodness!

” Charlotte ” he called as he take the well packaged coc@ine inside his nose.
This is scary!
” Y…yes ” I stammered,I don’t know how else to answer and I don’t want to keep quiet because he warned me about that.
I will do just anything to get out of here and I am glad he’s seeing I am not the one he wanted to kidnap .
It’s a step you know!
” Maybe I should say this for the first time, I am fking sorry for hitting you but not sorry for keeping you here anyways. You are going to be of a great help and use to me so yes, I don’t regret having you here ”
That’s it? What help can I render him when I am held hostage?
And he freaking said he’s sorry for real! Amusing! So amusing!
” You have access to anything you want, just ask me and I will provide for you”
” You are free to go anywhere within the house but do not try to escape, I repeat. Do not try to escape unless you want to say hi to the dev!l in h.ell” he said sternly which sends sh!vers through my body.
I still have a lot to do in life, I don’t want to die now. And I have come to believe it’s fate, I ain’t planning on running away but I wish to leave one day.
” Understood?”
” Y…yes ”
” Good, be a good girl and I am sure you will love here ” he said and I nodded while a smile appeared on his face before replacing it with a scary look.

” Take care and have fun Charlotte ” he stood up, gave me a glance and left.
I sighed I’m relief lying back on my bed! I hope Yvonne comes soonest to take this boredom away.

” Wake up Charlotte, it’s time to prepare breakfast ”
I sleepily rubbed my eyes sitting tiredly on the b.ed!
Amelia ? What did she mean it’s time to prepare breakfast?
” I need more sleep Amelia ” I murmured making my way to sleep again but her next word hit me .
” Ice pick asked you to be preparing all his meals char , you can’t sleep now or he will be mad ”
Huh? Ice pick?
I practically jumped from the bed landing my bu.tts on the floor.
” H.. how?” I found myself asking. Did he taste the meal I prepared yesterday?
” Well, I think he love the food you prepared yesterday so he asked me to let you know that you will be in charge of preparing all his meals and of course, I will be supervising ”

He love my cooking?
