YOLANDA’S HOSPITAL**
Kenneth turned to them with his heart thumping really hard.
“Doctor… How’s,,, how’s my daughter” Audrey stammered.
“Thankfully, it was a slow poison so we succeeded in flushing off the poison from her body before it had gotten to her heart..
Unfortunately the poison destroyed some members of her system but luckily we have those parts here so we can effectuate a transplant..
The sad part is that we couldn’t save the baby, the poison already destroyed the foetus..” The doctor.
“Baby?” Kenneth’s eyes widened.
“Yes sir. The patient was a week pregnant” The doctor said..
Audrey began crying again.. This time out of joy, at least her daughter is safe.
Kenneth just stood on his spot with wide eyes.. Baby? She was pregnant? He was going to be a father but not anymore..
“As for the damaged skin, we’ll see what to do later but for now let’s just hope the transplant goes well because it’s starting soon” The doctor said.
“Excuse me” He bowed and left to go and get ready.
“Thank heavens!!” Ashley exclaimed and hugged Evan.
Kenneth heaved out a sigh and smiled slightly. At least she’s out of danger, that’s all what matters for now.

POLICE STATION**
“Here,, I’ve brought her to you as promised” Brittany threw Ruby forward
She fell flat on the floor, feeling too weak to stand up. Both her eyes were already gone and to add to it, Brittany whipped her just as much as she did to Savannah or maybe more.
“Was she like this when you caught her?” Matteo said, looking really surprised..
“Let’s just say it was an accident” Brittany winked.
Matteo chuckled.
“You know you can get into serious trouble coz of this?” Matteo said.
“Yeah but.. I couldn’t help it” Brittany said
“Also, she’s working with Xavier and also Aidan now has a hand in his father’s business. They’re currently at the villa..” Brittany said.
“Wow! We’re going there this instant..” Matteo said and brought out his phone to make a phone call.
Once he was done, he faced Brittany.
“Thanks.. This is a really important information. I’d have given you a hug but you’re engaged” Matteo smirked.
“And you’re married” Brittany smirked too.
They both laughed.
“I’ll leave you to handle them. Bye” She waved and left then joined Reagan in the car.
“Let’s go to the hospital” She said and Reagan nodded before driving off.
They got to the hospital and went to where the others were.
“Love!!” Nicholas rushed to her and hugged her.
“Are you okay?” He asked and Brittany nodded with a smile.
“Ruby has gotten what she deserves” She said and Nicholas smiled then kssed her forehead.
“How’s Savannah?” Brittany asked
“Hopefully she’ll be fine, she’s currently under operation” Nicholas said
Brittany nodded and broke the hug. She went to Kenneth who was with Ashley.
“Hey..” She said and rubbed his back.
“Don’t worry, everything will fall back in place… Savannah has always proven to be a stubborn and strong woman” Brittany said.
Kenneth smiled slightly and nodded. He hugged her..
“Thanks for everything” He said.
Brittany smiled and hugged him back..
