CHAPTER TWENTY EIGHT

“One more thing, you guys should take good care of Riley okay?.” Declared Mom as a maid helped in dropping her luggage in the car booth.
“We will absolutely take good care of her, don’t worry mom.” Tonia smirked facing me.
“Right sister in law?.” She nudged my shoulder.
“Yeah.” I forced out a reply.
Mom moved close to me and pulled me in a brief hug. “Take care dear, do not stress yourself much. Do according to what the doctor said, okay?.”
“Alright mom.” I nodded.
She pecked my cheek, waved at us as she got into her Mercedes Benz. Her driver pokes the engine as he drove out of the magnificent compound I kind of admire.
“C’mon Riley, let’s get in.” Sister Yuri tells holding my wrist.
“Yeah we should.” Said Tonia curly throwing me a dirty look. Well I know, she doesn’t have to pretend anymore since mom is gone…so I wasn’t that surprised.
Sister Yuri sighed, obviously tired of her attitude. Together, we went inside leaving Tonia who stayed behind.
“We really have to be extra careful now Riley.” Sister Yuri said.
“Now that mom isn’t here, Tonia would definitely want to provoke you. Please kindly ignore her, and remember you’re carrying a child so don’t stress yourself.”
“Okay sister Yuri.”
“Please call me just Yuri.” She smiled.
“But..”.
“It’s okay.” She touched my shoulder.
Gosh….how nice of her!.
“So uhm let’s hang out today, am less busy so why don’t we just have fun?.” She asked as we were heading to my room.
“Hum..Scott…he would be mad.” I retorted.
“No he won’t, it’s just us anyways.”
“He was very angry at me when mom and i went for shopping.”
“Seriously?!.” She gasped.
“Yes.”
“Okay…that’s really unacceptable, you know. You ain’t a slave!. You did him a favor and he should at least respect that!. But anyways, I don’t care what he is gonna do or say, he dares not to hurt you, let’s have fun.”
I sighed. “Okay.”
Yeah….she’s right. “I’ll go change, be right back.”
“Hmm mm.” I nodded.

I gave Jessy a call after mom left. She was super happy when she heard the news about mom’s absence. I was watching Tv when the door bell rang. I stood up to open it, she’s putting on a sexy dress as usual, the kind that shows all what her momma gave her.
“Hey bae!.” I hugged her, opening the door wide for her to enter.
“How you doing?.” She asked.
“Am good, especially now that the witch is finally away. Like seriously, do you know how I had been waiting for this great opportunity!.”
She laughed as she stepped inside. She glanced around and faced me with a look which signified one thing, disdain.
“So…where is that bch?.” She queried.
“Out with my lousy elder sister.”
“I see. She is still pregnant huh.”
“Yeah.”
“I thought you did all what I told ya that day.”
“Of course but she got stopped by my sister, it was as if that wtch knows we wanted to get rid of her baby.”
“Anyways, there’s always another way.” She smirked, heading to the staircase.
I followed her. “Is my brother aware you’re here and will be spending the night?.”
“No.”
“Well, that’s a good start, isn’t it?.”
“Yeah, it is babe.”

“Take your time dear.” Tonia smiled as we got to her brother’s bedroom. I nodded and entered, glanced around with a grin on my pretty face.
Gosh, it has been a while I have stepped my feet into this room. I inhaled the room fragrance and sighed, very satisfying!. I walked towards his bed as i dropped my bag on the couch.
I pulled off my clothes leaving my underwear on. “Yeah, this is life!.” I smirked.
That bch, am gonna show her Scott’s queen is here and ready to kick her out of Scott’s life!. It is true our plans to destroy her child failed but am Jessica Smith, am always prepared for plan B.
Am very sure when Scott gets back, he’d be mad since he has a terrible hot temper. Well, that isn’t an issue cause am gonna apologize with something very important to him, his weakness,women!. Yup am very much aware of that!.

I recalled what that little brat said as i stood up, oh yeah she’s right!. I should definitely take my precious time here. I headed towards his closet and opened it.
So many expensive clothes, I caught a glimpse of a white blazer, i took it and put it on.
I rushed to the mirror and stood in front of it. “Not bad huh.” I sniggered looking at my beautiful reflection in the mirror.
Oh…., I really can’t stop myself from imagining how it’s gonna be if Scott and I are married!. It would be the happiest day of my life. No worries though, cause am going to make that happen!.
“What’s next?.” I thought.
Yeah.., I should take a nap instead of waiting for their returns. I slumped down unto the soft bed, and it felt like paradise!.

Today was fun, I feel so exhausted. Sister Yuri, she’s trying her best to put a smile on my face and am so grateful for that.
Just as we stepped out from the car, Scott drove into the compound. I felt super scared. Oh no, he is back!. He is going to know i went out of this house!. I have violated one of his goddmned rules!. To do whatever he tells me to do and now I hung out with sister Yuri when he didn’t give me a permission to.
Sister Yuri tapped my shoulder as she looked at me, signifying i should be calm. It seemed she already noticed how scared i am. She grabbed my wrist and together, we walked to Scott who just parked his car in the parking lot.
“Hey bro, how was work today?.” She asked.
“Good.” He responded as he walked past us. Before he walked away, he glimpsed at me with that exact look am familiar with. An emotionless face, how am i supposed to know if he’s mad at me?. Gosh…he is making my heart race with fear!.
“Nothing is gonna happen okay?.” Sister Yuri reassured.
“Okay.” I nodded.

I kept praying silently as i trailed behind him till we got to our bedroom. He twisted the door knob but it didn’t open.
He face me with that mean look again. “Open the door.” He said coldly.
“I didn’t lock it.” I responded sincerely cause I am very sure I left it unlocked when i walked out of the room, the key is inserted in the keyhole inside.
He repeated it but still, it’s locked.
“Don’t play games with me b*tch!.” He said through gritted teeth as I flinched.
As I was about to answer, the door creaked open. Scott averted his gaze from mine to the door immediately it opened.
What the h’ll?. I thought I didn’t lock it, wait a sec….someone opened it from the inside…
I became shock when a blondie appeared from the door side, with a smirk on her red lips. “Hey baby, you’re back.” She said.
Huh?.
