CHAPTER FIFTY EIGHT
Sister Yuri.
Mom and I were seated on the couch in the living room, having a discussion concerning her business and stuff when Tonia suddenly entered. We payed attention to her, mom stood up in shock so did I, she looked weak….
“What happened to you Tonia?.” Mom asked as she moved towards her.
She walked slowly to a couch and sat down. “Miguel……” She cried.
“What happened to him?. I thought you said you were going to meet him so what’s wrong?.” I said.
“Yeah.., I went to the hotel he told me to come to and you guys won’t believe who I met there.”
“Who?.”
“Jessica.”
“What?!.” We exclaimed in unison.
“How come?. I thought she was arrested????! How’s that possible?!.”
“Am serious. I was almost killed by her mom. Turned out, Miguel and Jessica have been working together. They planned on ending my life mom, you won’t believe she almost shot me, I narrowly escaped all thanks to God.”
“Oh my goodness!.” Mom half yelled while I gasped in shock.
“I can’t believe this happened to you!. We have to call Scott and inform him bout Jessica!.” I said.
“Yes, he have to do something concerning this!.” Agreed mom as she grabbed her phone on the table next to her. She dialed Scott’s number, he didn’t pick up at first but on the third dial.
“Mom.” He said in a very calm voice.
“Scott…, my dear. Where are you?.”
“At home.” He sighed. “Is there any problem mom?.”
“Am afraid there is Scott.” She said.
“What do you mean?.” He asked sharply.
Mom passed the phone over to Tonia, she took it and voiced out. “Bro, I almost got killed by Jessica.”
“What?!. How?!. Where?.”
“A long story bro but she had been working with the guy I thought was the one meant for me.” She sniffed. Oh Tonia, she must be so hurt!. I pity her though.
“I thought she was arrested!.” He exclaimed.
“Same here bro.”
“Oh sht!. Not that bch again!. What the fk is happening!.” He stated angrily.
“What do you mean…” Mom took back her smart phone.
“Mom..Riley got abducted.”
“What?!!!!!.” We panicked.
“Oh no!. Not Riley….!. How?!. What happened?!.”
“We have to call the corps concerning this!.” Said Tonia.
“No!. Please don’t!.” He pleaded.
“Why?.” Asked mom who seemed the most shocked.
“There’s no need for that mom. I need you all to just stay put and safe. It’s too dangerous out there for the Wilsons now. And concerning Riley, I gat it under control. Trust me.”
“Oh gosh!. Please be careful son and hurry please!. I don’t want anything bad to happen to Riley.”
“Nothing will happen to her. She’s my wife, nothing must happen to her or they’re gonna get it from me!.” He said.

I disconnected the call and faced the two of them. “So, what’s the plan?.” I asked Lisa, Ryan’s girlfriend.
Ryan had to call her over to my place since he thought she could be of help and she was once a victim according to him.
“Well…there’s this uncompleted place he and his men took me to when I was also abducted. Am thinking it might be the same building they took Riley to.”
“Really huh.” I asked.
“Yeah..” She nodded. “But….”
“What?.”
“What babe?”
“I don’t know the location, I got knocked out by ’em on that day.”
“Fk!.” I muttered angrily.
“What are we gonna do now?.” Ryan asked as we all became mute.
Dmn!. Jacob’s gonna get it from me if he dare lay his filthy hands on Riley!. God, am so going to kill him!.
“I think I have an idea.” Said Lisa as we turned to face her.
“Yeah?.”
“Y’all remember the party?.” She questioned.
“Who won’t remember it.” I said. I can’t believe that jerk tried to poison me..!
“What am trying to point out is the celebrant. Jacob has to know him too too well, and by too well I mean in bad ways.”
“So you’re saying, that guy knows about what happened in his party.” I said.
“Maybe……but I’m sure Jacob hangs out with dangerous people so who knows if that man is also like the d’vil himself.”
“Interesting…., then if he is as you’ve stated. He should know where Riley is.” Ryan uttered.
“Exactly.”
“Now…..?.”
“Now, we need to find him..!.”
“Yeah.”

“Good day ma’am, please we seek the presence of the owner of this house.” I said politely at the grey haired old woman. She must be his mother…
“Yes ma’am, he bears the name Samuel.” Added Ryan.
“Samuel??.” She repeated with a confused look on her face.
“Yes ma’am.”
“Well, am sorry fellas. I am the owner of this mansion and no one bearing that name lives here.” She said.
What??. What the hell is she talking about?!. Am sure this is the mansion Jacob’s friend threw a party. Ryan glimpsed at me confusedly as he smiled at the old woman. “Uhm, he threw a party here..”
“Oh, you mean that man?. Well, he only rented this place but like I’ve said, I am the real owner of this mansion.”
“He rented here?.” I asked to be sure cause I couldn’t believe my ears.
“Yes dear.” She said with a small smile. “Or…are you also here to rent this place?.” She asked.
“Oh…no ma’am. Thanks for your time, we’ll take our leave now.” Ryan told her.
“Alright then.” She smiled, got back inside and closed the door.
We walked towards where Ryan parked his car as we got in. “I gat to call him.” He said, dialing Scott’s phone number and he picked up instantly.

I breathe out restlessly, pacing around my room when a call entered my phone. Of course my blood boiled with outrange immediately I viewed the caller. I answered it as his stupid voice came in loudly.
“What the fk is taking you so long Scott?!.” He asked, sounding mad.
I clenched my teeth furiously, controlling the anger in me as I responded. “Am trying to get you what you want Jay.” I lied.
He chuckled. “Do you wanna see her dead??. If no, then stop making me feel impatient!. Am sure you don’t want any bad stuff to happen to her and by that, am pretty sure you know what I’m taking bout.” He stated.
“Don’t you dare Jacob!.”
“Then hand over every single thing that belongs to you. I give you one more day Scott, try to fk up and I’ll make sure you’ll see her head delivered to ya.” He hung up on me.
“Fk!.” I yelled. That bastard!.
My phone rang, again. Ryan…, I picked it, hoping to hear some good news.
“Yeah?. What’s up?.”
“Jay….he lied bro.” He said.
“What do you mean?.”
“His friend….we just found out the mansion doesn’t belong to him. He rented it.”
“So….so that means…”
“Yeah. Jacob planned the party with that dude. He definitely knows everything.” Ryan uttered low.
I scoffed. “That punk!. He’s smart!.”. “So what now?.”
“We have to trace him..”
“And how are we going to do that?.” I asked.
“I have someone who’ll do that for me, keep your mind at rest bro. Everything will be fine.” He answered.
“Thanks a lot, both of you.”
“You’re welcome. I’ll call you later.” He disconnects.

I opened my eyes, feeling a bit drowsy. I looked around and noticed how everywhere seemed odd. Where am I again?. I thought I was in an uncompleted building…..how did I get here?.
I kept wondering as I looked around this strange room I’m in. I tried getting up from the bed I laid on but then, I realized my hands are chained to the bed. What the heck?. I struggled to free myself but ended up hurting my wrists.
Suddenly, the door bursted open revealing a Blondie in black leather jacket and jean. I felt chills all over my body as she threw me a d’vilish smirk.
“Jessica.” I mouthed out angrily, I felt scared but didn’t show it.
She closed the door and cat walked towards me. “Well, well, well..long time no see, snitch.” She chuckled and sat on the bed.
“Don’t you ever call me a snitch!.” I threw at her.
“You still have the guts to talk back huh!?.” She scoffed. “Well, don’t you worry b*tch cause I’m gonna make sure you end up being a dead meat.”
“Trust me.” She added.
“Why are you doing this?. Haven’t you done enough?.”
“Why??. You stole my man from me!. You snitch!. He was supposed to be with me not you!. You’re just a nobody!. A poor waitress before you signed that stupid contract!.” She yelled at me.
“You’re wrong Jessica!. He never loved you, he was just using you to satisfy himself. He’s mine and he’ll never be your man, bch.” I responded with a side smirk.
How dare her call me a nobody!?.
“How dare you!?.” She suddenly grabbed my chin as her eyes pierced into mine, I could see so much range and hatred in her eyes.
“ENOUGH JESSICA!.” A voice stated making her leave my chin.
I gazed at the door, Jacob….the devil himself. Jessica scoffed angrily at me as both of ’em walked out of the door.
The tears I was holding back fell freely down my cheeks. Gosh!. When did my life become this?. I’m just so tired of everything!. I thought of what I told her, that Scott’s mine. I knew deep down, I was fooling myself.
How sure am I that he feels the same way i’m feeling for him??.

“Why did you stop me from ripping off her filthy face!?.” She half yelled at me immediately we got away from the room we kept her.
“I don’t give a fk bout that, so how was it?.” I said.
“How was what?.” She rolled her eyes.
“Your encounter with his sister, Tonia.”
She looked away and replied. “She escaped.”
“What the h’ll do you mean she escaped?. I thought you said you’re gonna kill her?.”
“I almost had her killed but…”
“Jessy, you gat to act smart!.” I scolded.
“What??!.”
“You just wasted an opportunity!. Now that bch has gotten away from our trap!.”
“Calm down Jay, there’s always another way.” She said.
“Whatever!.” I scoffed.
“So…” She began with a calm voice. “Why did you bring her here?.”
“No one’s gonna suspect she’s there, changed plans.” I said.
