I just watched with so much anger and sadness as our marriage vows were being done.
It all looked like a nightmare to me but come on, whom was I deceiving?
Everything was happening right in my eyes and it made me so uncomfortable and sad????
“You have to kss the bride, it’s all part of the wedding celebration” said the priest.
“Nope, I’m not kssing her” Alfredo said and I glared at him not like I wanted to kss him all anything.
“Let the wedding continue” I heard Mr Dickson say.
“Okay!” Replied the priest.
And the rest of the wedding rites took place, but mind you…
We’ve already exchanged the ring, which was a million dollars diamond ring.
Everything was finally concluded and alas! I was married to my worst nightmare.
I was married to a Mon$ter and my life just began in a sad way??

I watched from where I sat in front as the two couples did their marriage rites and I wished I was the one on that suit and getting married to Nicky.
That would really have been a dream come true.
Well, there’s nothing I could do anymore. I’ve lost her for good!
My only wishes is that their marriage is a Happily ever after one like in fairy tales.
And all I wish for them is a nice and fruitful wedding years ahead.

I went here and there making sure everyone got wat they wanted.
Foods and drinks were made surplus and in large quantities and amount.
It was an evening party after the wedding. It was only for friends and family.
It was crowded too but not like the wedding ceremony.
Everyone was happy but not the groom nor bride, in fact everything was just like a forced marriage.
The only person I pity a lot is Nicky.
That girl really deserves to be happy, she’s a joy giver just like her name implies, Joy.

“Thanks so much for honouring my invitation” I said to Francis my Fiancé.
“Its nothing bae,anything for you” he said and tucked my hair behind my ears.
“Thanks” and I pecked him.
“But sweetie, don’t you think something is not right between the couples?” He asked.
“Yeah! Its obvious they don’t like each other”
“Then why marry?”
“Its a long story,I’ll explain later”
“OK, so let’s talk about ours”
“You mean our wedding ceremony?”
“Of course! It would be the talk of the town. I’ll make is a grade ceremony” he bragged slightly and I giggled.
“Yeah! I can’t wait for that…”
“Sorry to interrupt, but miss Jade, your dad wants to see you” said one of the servants.
“Oh! Tell him, I’m coming”
“Sure,I’ll deliver your message” and she left.
“Honey, I’ll be back shortly”
“Kk. I’ll wait” he said and took a glass of whiskey from the table we were sitting on.

“Woah! I’m having a great time here” I said to my friends and they smiled.
“Me too,I don’t care if the groom and bride ain’t happy all I care about is that I’m enjoying myself” said Holly.
“Me too” added Lisa and she took a huge bite from her chicken laps and onion rings.
“Yeah” I added and lit a cigarette.
Yeah! I smoke. I’ve tried so hard to quit smoking but its already a part of me so I don’t mind smoking in public, its not a big deal.
Even though I’m still a teen and there’s definitely things I shouldn’t be doing and smoking is one of it.
Then my phone rang…

“So will you tell Jakes you have a boyfriend now?” Lisa asked.
“A what?” I replied reluctantly.
“A boyfriend of course!” She said again.
“Jakes is my boyfriend”
“And what about Andrea?” Asked Holly.
“I don’t know yet. I’ll think about that”
“Really? after sleeping with him!” Said Holly and I could tell she was jealous.
“Yeah duh!” I said and rolled my eyes at her.

I wonder why my parents locked the both of us inside this room.
Its really annoying and frustrating. She’s just sitting on the bed doing nothing.
It really angered me seeing her smiling at her phone like she was talking to someone, a guy and that really got me jealous and angry.
She’s mine now, not like I like her or something.
I’m just over protective when it comes to something that are mine.
She’s now my property and I won’t like it of I see her talking with any guy even though I don’t care about her.
“Hey, give me that phone” I said to her and she looked up in a surprised way.
“Huh?”
“You ain’t deaf are you? I said give me the phone!” I said strictly and she proved adamant.
“I don’t like repeating myself. Your phone!”
“Sorry,I can’t. You’re not my boss”
“Yes I am. In fact you’re fired!”
“I’m not one of your workers. You can’t fire me”
“Your phone or you’d get fired from earth” I said and she laughed.
“And what’s funny Bird face”
“My name is Nicky and you can’t fire me from earth, you’re not God! Mr Grumpy Mon$ter” She said.
“Yeah what ever, Jezebel”
“Devil” she said.
“Wtch”

“Demon!”
“Satan’s twin” she added
“Enough of the names” I said sternly.
“I thought you won’t stop, Mr Grumpy Mon$ter”
“Jezebel!” I fired back.
