“Oh Nicky, I thought they’d have left u in that jail locked up forever” I said and hugged her tightly even in Alfredo’s presence.
I’ve really missed her so much and I’m glad she’s back home safe and unharmed.
“Not too tightly” Nicky said in my ear and I let go of her.
“Brother!” I said and went to Alfredo and gave him a tight hug after so many years.
“We’d be together again” he said and tapped my back.

“Wat about me? Am I not ur sweet elder sister anymore?” Jade said and I giggled.
“Yes u are, even though I’m kinda mad at u for sending Nicky to jail”
“Me?” She said.

“No I didn’t, it was mum”
“Don’t deny it and speaking of mum, where’s she and dad and Noah too”
“They’re not around. Mum would soon be back so for the time being go in there and freshen up”

“Are u okay?” He asked.
“I jxt felt the baby’s kick right now”

“Yes…. And it hurts badly” I said and he touched my tummy.
“Its jxt gonna be a little pain and u are meant to be asleep now. And make sure u follow the timetable I gave u”
“I can’t, u don’t expect me to sleep at 7 in the evening everyday and also take a nap for 4 hours in a day and I can’t be staying indoors”
“But in ur condition u don’t need stress”
“No one is stressing me. I’m doing perfectly okay” I said and he stared at me in a very sweet way that I could feel butterflies in my tummy.
“I’m the professional here, learn from me. As ur husband I’m also meant to do the work of a doctor too”

“That’s wat I believe” he said and smiled crazily. He’s really romantically funny in an awkward way.
