“Are you trying to negotiate with me , Stanley asked perplexed.
“No it’s not what you think ,let my family go , take me instead it’s me you have a problem with , please leave my wife and children alone ,they are completely clueless .
“I can’t ken ,this rats are your bIood and I don’t want any of them alive ,I would have done that years ago but ,I restrained myself because they were just little kids,but now they are grown and they understand what their father did to me , what’s stopping me from ending their lives .
“You know what I will give you the chance to pick which one dies first ,if you don’t I will have my men rape them to death instead , won’t you love that , Stanley laughed mockingly.
Ariel and Kathrine whimpered hugging each other ,two men surrounding them , Adriana stood beside Jerald not wanting to leave his side that was her price for the good plan.
Jerald on the other hand felt so uncomfortable just staying close to ,his mind filled with worry for Ariel watching her cry ,so scared his heart ached painfully ,what about his kids ,they weren’t safe as well he hoped they don’t do anything to them ,he might not be able to survive that ,he would have charged against the evil man ,but then he also had men watching him.
Kimberly went on her knees again,she just couldn’t watch her children get hurt ,she tried her possible best to help ,but it proved abortive .
“Kim crying and begging won’t do you any good , don’t worry we will have our own children ,just relax let me make them history , Stanley chuckled but for a short while ,his face turned hard and evil ,he rose his gun to where Ariel and Kathrine cuddled each other .
“Pick one ,he stated with authority ,ken didn’t budge .
“Take me instead ,I am ready please spare the children ,ken pleaded.
Stanley placed his hands on his chin pretending to think ,he turned sharply to Jerald’s direction and saw how restless the boy looks staring at one particular twin ,the one he blinded , that must be the one everyone cherish.
“I think I know who’s going to die first , Stanley said going back to his normal position.
Pointing the g.un towards Ariel’s direction he cocked it and turned “any last words .
“Noooooo Kimberly screamed , holding unto Stanley’s leg.
“Please ,please ,please ,I beg of you ,Kim wailed non stop ,he got annoyed and signaled a man to pick her up and keep her in far distance.
“You can’t do this ken yelled angrily,due to the fact that the police would burst in ,in a second ,but that was a big mistake because Stanley immediately pulled the trigger and a loud shot was heard .
The police burst the door open and unarmed all of Stanley’s men , Stanley and Adriana.
“Kathrine !
Ariel yelled , seeing her sister fall to the ground gasping for air ,she took the shot ,she got shot for Ariel .
After so many years of fruitless search ,pain and sorrow ,she couldn’t let just anyone take the live of her sister ,it was better for her to die than for Ariel to get harmed .
A tear slipped down her ,as she smiled coughing out bIood ,”I love you Ariel , Kathrine said before blacking out.
Landon came in immediately to get the shock of his life ,he staggered backwards, Kathrine on the floor in a pool of her own bIood,he stood numb not knowing what to do.
Ken picked Kathrine up rushing out of the house with Kimberly following behind .
Jerald had to hold unto Ariel who looked like she had seen a ghost ,”kat…thy ….kath…..rine , she’s ble… bleeding , Ariel stuttered choking on her tears .
Jerald hugged her tightly , trying his best to comfort her ,”let’s go your sister needs you now more than ever ,he said helping her up as they both left with some police men still around.
*Please kath stay with me “Ariel thought placing her hands on the door of OR (operating Room).
