Emily’s pov :
I really miss the good old days too. But ever since my parent died, everything changed. I could still remember that night, the argument, the gunshot.
Everything, everything so fresh in my mind! ?
I lost hope, I lost myself. And that day Lissa lost a friend, she lost me. She tried her best in making me happy, she succeeds only for two months! And then she stopped trying. For the first two months after my parent’s death, Lissa has been caring and understanding.
“Emily you can use the Jacuzzi, I will use the shower,” Lissa said. I smiled. Well, that’s the new Lissa.
Before my parent’s death and two months after we always shared the Jacuzzi either at her place or mine.
But when the mysterious dream started, I lost my friend, no more fun, Nothing!!
All I wanted was her to shout at me, I wanted her to tell me to snap out of it, that they are not coming back, that I need to move on but no all she does is endure. And gradually I created a world of my own, a world of mourning?
“You are crying” she whispered. But all I did was to ignore her. What’s the point. What did she want me to do??
“Emily, please stop,” she said but I ignore. My mind was far away, my mind went back to that night. That faithful day that took away my life, my joy, my happiness. ?
?Flashback? :
Every Friday is a day I always look forward too. There is always shopping after school, family hangout, and movies at night.
Although my parent is always very busy which makes me spend all the weekdays with Lissa and her parent, my parent makes sure Friday nights are always awesome.
It’s another Friday, and I could not stop smiling and looking forward to it.
“You are drooling again” she giggled. I rolled my eye at Lissa.
“Am not drooling, you know am just happy it’s another Friday” I replied and she smiled.
“I wish I could come but you know I have to travel with mum and dad” she whined. I laughed and hit her playfully.
“I will keep the chocolate cake for you” her face lightened up. Lissa and chocolate cake! ?
“Is that a promise?” she pouted her lips.
“Of course it’s a promise. I cross my heart” I said and made the sign of the cross.
“I trust you,” she said
“Emily darling” she gave me puppy eyes, holding her tummy. She’s definitely up to something.
“I know you are hungry, let’s go get something to eat”I held her hand and drag her to the school’s cafeteria.
I took hamburger and Jojo drink while Lissa almost ordered for all the food. Funny right? My bestie is a heavy eater who has refused to add weight. ?
The rest of the day was boring, I guess that’s because I was eager to go home and now finally it’s time to go home.
“Goodbye sweetie” I quickly hugged Lissa and ran to my car.
“Bye bestie” Lissa yelled after me and I waved her
I entered my car and drove off.
?End of flashback?
“Emily, Emily…….. ” I heard. I lift up my head to see Lissa starring at me.
“How long have you been starring”
“Long enough to know we are running late” she groaned before walking out
I quickly took my bath and went to get ready for school.

Author’s pov :
Everybody was seated, waiting for the blue goddess’s arrival. Who will be the new goodness of love? , everyone pondered. Some ladies could be seen waiting patiently and hoping to be chosen. Others were arguing on who will be the chosen one??
It’s been a whole blue moon(100 years) since the goddess of love was chosen and now that she is dead, a new goddess needs to be chosen by the blue goddess.
while waiting for the goddess, there were different performances that took place, gracing the occasion.
The pink fairies were the first to Perform their dance using their magic. They dance so beautifully as they pick their steps with everyone’s face beaming with a smile.
Next came the fire clan, showing fireworks, and creating lightning.
The sea angels who were known to be the most beautiful and dangerous because of their ability to entice and destroy also did their performance enticing young men. I guess
The last to perform was the blue maidens ?. They were called blue maidens because of their blue color. They sing and dance to welcome the blue goddess.
The goddess appeared in the sky ?and everywhere became quiet with just the sound of the flute played by the blue maidens.
Finally, it was time!!!
The blue goddess held a pot and made an enchantment. And when the face of the new goodness of love was about to appear, there was lightning ?? and the pot fell!!!.
Mason’s pov :
I watched in awe as the pink fairies performed. G0sh everywhere looks pink just like their names. ?
Next came the fire clan, and I could see Aidan beaming with a smile. Yeah! He loves fire?
“Can I hold u?”I grab his hand when I saw the lightning. why should I love fire and lightning?? ??
When the sea angels began their performance, Aidan’ss mood change.
Can’t he just pretend for once, ha!!! ?
“You could pick a wife from there Aidan,” I said but he ignored me
“Their leader will make a good wife for you” he gave me the I will kill you look but I don’t give a damn, am bent on making him talk
“Or you go for the blue maidens,” I said when they were performing.
“They’ve got great curves you know”
“Or maybe the new goddess of love will be ok”
“Aidan, am talking to you” Aidan growled
“Can you stop that, you’re not even a werewolf” he clutched his hand
“You see Aidan, today is termed love day so you need to love”
“Maybe I should get one of the sea angels for you” I made to stand up when I heard the sound of lightning. I jumped.
not again!!!
I could see the shock on Aidan’s face, did he just do that. G0sh as he forgot his anger controls lightening.
“Who did that” I heard the goddess said.
I am doom, no Aidan is doom, no we are doom!!!
“We are in trouble” I whispered.
“I repeat who did that!!!!”
