Author’s pov :
“What!!!!” He exclaimed
“Are they for real. They are Mr Anderson’s daughters?” He thought
He could see the shock on Mason face too. He knew a lot was running through his mind.
They stood up to welcome them. The girls went straight to their seat while their dad climbed up the stage
“Thank you everyone. You may have your seat” mr Anderson said
Everyone sat down. Aidan couldn’t help but wonder. They are really his daughters.
Mr Anderson said few things before stepping down. Everyone is now free to mingle
He walked up to his beautiful daughters and decided to introduced them to some of his senior partners.
After the introduction, he lead them to Aidan table to introduced them to each other.
They got there and was shocked to see the two friends.
“What??? He’s Aidan Ivan?” Lissa thought
This must be a dream
“Hi Aidan, meet my daughters Lissa and Emily” he introduced pointing at each person with her name
“Hi” Aidan cooed
“Nice meeting you both” Mason said
All the girls did was stare, they couldn’t overcome the shock
Who will believe, they have met each other in a causal way??
“Lissa!, Emily” their dad called
They adjusted themselves before shaking them
“Do you know each other?” He asked
He was suspicious of their characters
“No, yes” they answered together
He furrowed his eyebrows
“Which should I believe?” He asked
“Well” Aidan cleared his throat
“We’ve met once or twice but i never knew she was your daughter” he said pointing at Lisa
“Have met her too on one or two occasions but I never knew she was your daughter” Mason said pointing at Emily
“That’s a nice thing to hear”
“Aidan, Mason, since you four know each other and I’m sure you guys had a good relationship because I know my daughters. If you didn’t they would have spoken. I want to hand them over to you. I will be very busy and they will need someone to talk to. So I’m handing over everything concerning the contract to them. You four should take care of the contract and conference” he said
“Huh?” They all said
“Well I guess I should leave them with you”
He turned to look at Lissa and Emily
“My babies make sure you enjoy yourselves and don’t make trouble” he said and finally left the four surprised people
“We should have a drink then” Mason said after a long silent
They all sat down, having no choice but to make the best out of the remaining time.
Violeta finally joined them. Although Lissa was furious especially when Violeta kept pressing her b0dy on his (Aidan) b0dy. She tried her possible best to enjoy her day.
She did confess it was one of her best nights and everybody agreed.
It was time to sleep. They stood up to leave.
“You will have to excuse me” Aidan said holding Viol’s hand
Lissa could feel her anger building up but she tried her possible best to stay calm.
“Good night everyone” he greeted and left with Violeta
Lissa wanted to break down. Why do she feel so hurt?
He’s not even her boyfriend, and she felt cheated
“We should go. I will see you off to your rooms” Mason said
“No thanks” Lissa said and walked away angrily
“Is she jealous?” Mason asked
“She likes him a lot” she answered
“Yes I know and I can see it” he said
“I wish I could help”
“What if there is something we could do?” He said
“Are you serious?” She asked
“Of course, i’ve got a plan” he said
“Tell me” she said eager to hear what he has to say
“No, not tonight, I will tell you tomorrow. You need to get some sleep”
“Yea” she said sadly
He walked her to her room. They stand staring at each other and he finally crashed his l!ps on hers.
He kssed her so p@ssionately. She felt butterflies in her tummy.
He withdraw from her and she blushed looking away
“Good night” she said shyly
“Good night” he answered
She entered her room and he left for his.
She saw Lissa crying
“Hey stop that” she said
“He doesn’t even love me” Lissa cried
“You wouldn’t know” she answered
“I know he don’t. Didn’t you see it? He love that girl”
“Well he might like her but that doesn’t mean he loves her”
“He loves her but he hates me” she yelled
“Hey he doesn’t hate you. I think he’s just pretending. He wants to know how much you love him”
“Really?”
“Yes I am very sure of that, so stop crying”
“I won’t cry no more. I won’t”
She cleaned her face with the handkerchief Emily gave her
“I can’t believe my friend is crying for love” Emily teased
“Stop” she said hitting her playfully
Lissa herself was surprised she cried for someone who is not her boyfriend
She never dated any guy and he happens to be her first love.
“Let’s go take our bath”
They left for the bathroom and came out few minutes later. They changed into their night wares before lying side by side to each other
“Good night Emily” Lissa cooed
“Good night my little princess” she answered
“I’m not a little princess”
“You might not be a little princess but you are my princess”
“I love you”
“I love you too”
They finally closed their eyes to sleep. The night was cold. They soon drifted to the dreamland

Mason got to the room and saw Aidan seated on the couch smiling
“I got one of my powers back” he said
“Are you serious?” He asked happily
“Yes do you want to see?” He asked
“Of course I want too” he answered
Mason sat down beside him
He showed him his power. It was the ability to make fireworks. Although it is the least of his power. He was happy to have it back.
“Try yours” he said
Mason tried making little fireworks and it worked
“It worked, it fking work” he yelled
“Yes man. Our powers are returning one after the other”
“I think it’s a great sign. You’re finally falling in love” he said
Aidan nodded
“Loving Violeta is really returning our powers”
“Yes but what about Lissa she seems to like you?” he asked
“Well I love her but I’m not just in love with her” he confessed
“What? You love her but you’re not in love with her?” He asked confused
“Yes”
“Well that’s strange” he said
“Everything is strange man. Let’s just forget about it. I’m so happy my powers are returning”
“I’m happy too”
“Let me go take my bath”
Aidan left for the bathroom and came out some minutes later. He wore his night cloth and lay on the bed
Mason also went to take his bath and wore his cloth. He lie down beside Aidan
“Today was fun” he said and Aidam nodded in agreement
“I enjoyed every bit of it”
“I did too” Aidan answered in a yawn
“Good night Aidan”
“Good night Mason”
They finally drifted to sleep. It was indeed a awesome night for the five of them
