Lissa’s pov :
I got to the garden and sat down on the available bench.
I closed my eyes to let the pain flow through me. I was so hurt.
I shouldn’t feel like this right?
He never said he love me. He only said he enjoyed every bit of it.
I’m so stupid to get angry. I shouldn’t get angry. After all he’s not even my boyfriend.
I made to stand up but saw Delvan standing close.
“Hi” I said
“Hi, what are you doing here all alone?” he asked
“Nothing, I’m about leavimg” I stood up
I made to leave but he held me back.
“Sit” he said
I sat down and he sat beside me.
“Is it Aidan??” He asked
“What, you know Aidan??” I asked surprised
“It doesn’t matter if I know him or not. Is he the reason why you’re moody?” He asked again
“Well no. I just needed fresh air”
“I know he is. You love him”
“What??”
“Come on. Don’t pretend, your facial expression has said it all”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about” I answered
“Hmmmmmm, do you trust me???” He asked
“I really want to but”
“But what?” He asked
“I don’t know you much”
“Guess I need to gain your trust” he said and I nodded
“I have something to tell you” he said
“Go ahead”
He talked about my mysterious dream and what it meant. He told me he was sent my Aidan’s father, the god of fire to explain things to me. He said he is Aidan’s step brother and they came from Laviana. A magical world.
He told me a lot about Laviana and how Aidan needs me. He made me promise that I will not let Aidan know about the secrets. I was stunned by his words.
Is he for real???
“Are you for real??” I asked
“Of course. I will help you make Aidan profess his love for you but you must promise me, you won’t leave Aidan no matter what and you will make him happy always. He deserve happiness” he said
I could only nod my head. I was still surprise
“What about Mason, he’s got power too?” I asked
“Yes, their destiny is tied together just the way yours is tied with your friend Emily. You have to help him confess his love for you quickly. He needs to return back to Laviana” he said
“Promise Lissa, please promise” he added
“I promise, I will take care of him and help him get back to Laviana” I said, not sure if I could keep the promise
“Thanks Lissa, I need to leave now” he said
He made to stand up but sit immediately
“He is close by, I can feel it” he said
“Who?”
“Aidan” he said
“Come closer, sorry I will have to hurt you a little”
“What??”
“Just a little kss” he said
“No I can’t kss you” I answered
“Not a deep one. I just need to pass something to you, it will help you speak to me when you want to and then I want Aidan to show you how much he loves you”
“Ok, do it” I answered nervously
He came closer and whispered to my hearing
“Don’t look up, he’s here”
I nodded and he finally placed his l!ps on mine. I felt something on my lip, it passes through my mouth and immediately I felt a sharp pain.
I struggled to free myself but it seems I was stuck.
“Tell him to help you” he said in his mind
I could hear him vividly
“You have to do it. The pain won’t stop until you do”
“Help me” I screamed as I shed tears due to the pain
I felt someone drag Delvan away and immediately the pain seized. I raised my head to see Aidan. I stood up quickly and ran to his back.
He was so angry. His eyes were red. He punch Delvan on his face and he fell to the ground.
He was about punching him again but he stopped
“Delvan!!” He called shocked
Aidan’s pov :
Someone is so dead today
I was about punching him for the second time when I felt a strong aura. I stared at him for some seconds
Wait is this not Delvan
“Delvan!!!” I called
He looked at me and stood up from the ground
“Yes it’s me”
“What are you doing here” I asked
“Your dad sent me” he replied
“My dad sent you and you’re trying to take advantage of her?” I asked already angry
“Chill man, I’m not here to take your girl. I’m only here to pass some message” he replied
I sigh. He has always been my favourite sibling. Although we were of the same mother but different fathers.
I sigh. My eyes changed back to blue and all my anger vanished. He can easily subdue my anger. No wonder dad sent him to me
“Wait for me” I told him
I held Lissa hand, she was so sacred.
“Are you ok” I asked and she nodded
“Let’s go inside” I said
We entered into the hotel and i took her to her room. I made sure she was ok before leavimg. I went to the room I shared with Mason.
He was seated and in deep thought
“Mason” I cooed
He turned to look at me. He seem sad.
“Are you ok??” I asked
“Yes. I want to tell you something” he said
“What??” I replied and seat beside him
“I..i…” He stuttered
‘You what” I asked
“I just received news from Laviana, we will be leaving soon” he dropped the bomb
What???? Leaving???
I can’t leave, I can’t leave Lissa
“What happen, why do we have to leave??” I asked
“Your dad wants us back”
“I can’t leave Lissa”
“You can’t leave Lissa??” He asked
I nodded
“Why, I thought you don’t love her. Sorry you said you love her but you’re not in love with her?” He asked
“Well I don’t know what you’re talking about”
“What??, you want to deny??. Any way it doesn’t matter. What matters is that we are leaving”
“No we can’t, I need to spend more time with her. Mason, please you have to help me talk to dad. I need few more days. Please” I said
“Why should I help you” he said operating his phone
“Just help me”
“No, give me reason first”
“Because I love her”
“Well you said that before. That’s not a good reason” he said
“Hey. Just help me”
“No”
“Please” I begged
“Why should I help you?” He asked
“Because I’m in love with her and I haven’t tell her yet. I can’t leave without telling her”
“Who are you talking about?” He asked
“Hey what’s wrong with you, it’s Lissa of course”
“Well I want you to reframe your sentence”
“This’s not fair”
“Life itself is not fair, if you’re ready let me know. I’m off to bed” he said and made to stand up
“Ok. Wait” I said and he sat down
“I’m in love with Lissa and I haven’t tell her yet, I cant leave without telling her. So please Mason, help me talk to dad” I replied
He looked at me and pressed his phone. He began to laugh
“It’s not funny” I yelled
“Of course it is” he replied
I throwed a pillow at him and he dodged
He stood up from the couch he was sitting
“Well, first of all, I didn’t receive any news from dad, so we’re not leaving” he said
What??? We’re not leaving
“Are you for real??” I asked
“Of course, secondly, I already record all our conversations so you have from now untill tomorrow to tell her your feelings or i show her the voice note”
“Hey you can’t do that”
“Of course I can, it’s your choice” he said laughing
I couldn’t help but laugh too. I am so happy we’re not leaving yet.

I wanted to say something when Delvan mind linked me. I totally forgot I told him to wait for me
“Hey, I’m still here” he said
I turned to look at Mason. He was still laughing
“Delvan is here” I said
“I know, I saw him hugging Lissa after the meeting”
“What? You knew he was here??”
“Yes, he told me to keep it a secret”
“And you did??”
“I have no choice. He said he has an important message from dad but he need to finish up with something first”
I sigh
“Let’s go. He’s outside” I said and stood up
“No, I think it’s personal” he answered
Why do I smell conspiracy
I looked at him and he looked away
“I’m coming back for you” I said and left the room
I got back to the garden and he was seated nursing his wound. I walked closer and sat beside him
“Sorry, I didn’t know you’re the one. But what were you doing with her?” I asked
“Trying to make you jealous”
“What?? Trying to make me jealous by hurting her”
“Sorry I had too. I missed you”
“I missed you too” I replied
I sigh
“You wanted to see me?”
“Yes, I have a message for you but you have to do something first”
“What??”
“Tell Lisaa you love her”
“What are you kidding” I asked
“Of course not. I will be here for this night and will be leaving tomorrow. You have from now until tomorrow morning” he said and stood up
“Delvan, you’re joking right??”
“No I’m not little brother. It’s your choice” he said before leavimg
I watch him leave.
What???
Are they threatening me???
