?Dian’s POV?
I gave him the clothes after he was done looking and close the door.
I picked up my phone from the nightstand and unlock it.
There was a missed video call from Tina.
Seeing her missed call put smile on my face.
I sat down on the couch beside my bed and call her back.
I grab my earpiece from the bed and put it on.
“Hey Dian! She said her voice playing smiles on my face.
Valentina have always been my best since childhood even till now.
We attend the same school when I was still in Canada.
“Hey Pretty” I said and winked at her.
“Stop it naughty head,now tell me how have you been? She asked
“Been good,top actress Tina East couldn’t bother to check up on me” I said feigning hurt.
With Tina I can go way too naughty,we share secrets together since childhood up till date.
She is a top actress,well known actress at that.
She practically doesn’t joke with me neither do I.
“Sorry bighead, got lots of things going on presently” she replied with a sorry face.
“Alright that aside,how have you been? I missed you it’s been years I last saw you”
“I’ll visit Korea soon,but not yet though” she replied.
“Okay pretty,I got to practice imma talk to ya later on” I said and she smiled nodding her head before hanging up.
I stood up from the couch and walk inside my piano room.
Picked up my writing book and wrote some Lines on it.
*When the late night comes,would you be their for me*
*when the sun rises in the morning,would you stay with me*
I dropped the book on top of my piano after writing those lines and sat down.
The concert is coming nearer damn a lot of practice and an additional stress.
I walk out of the room and walk downstairs
Asher was sitting on a couch scrolling through his phone.
“What ya up to? I asked
“Chatting with a fan of mine” he said and focused on his phone.
I sat down on an opposite couch and rest my head on it.
“Where is the assistant? I asked.
“Don’t know, maybe his room” he replied with a shrug.
I log into our group chat and send in a message.
*Downstairs in five minutes*
I put away my phone and closed my eyes waiting for the boys to come down.
Few minutes later they were all downstairs.
“What’s up? Min ho asked.
“Practice! I simply replied.
“Tonight? Jeez am tired as fk” Asher said.
“Why won’t you be tired? Who is the new chick right now? Barley asked.
“Damn just Kylie ” he replied.
“My skin model? Bobby asked
“Yea,she’s totally into me and it’s fking annoying because I wasn’t looking for a long term relationship” he semi yelled.
“Dude you’re in for it” Liam said laughing.
“Cut it off y’all,so practice starts tomorrow y’all should be aware of that and Asher? I called and he looked at me.
“This concert is d@mn important to us,I wouldn’t want you to misbehave” I said.
“Go it”
“The same thing applicable to everyone of us,let’s put our best into this” I said before standing up and headed back upstairs.
Aurora’s POV
I sat down on the kitchen counter after I was through with the laundries.
I was helping Mrs Russell out preparing lunch.
“Tell me Aurora,how did you know how to cook? She asked and I smiled to myself.
“My dad used to teach me,and it was great learning from him” I replied.
“Your father must be a great cook” she said with a smiling face.
Only if she knew the truth.
“Ma’am what about your family? I asked
“My husband is late though, and I have one daughter Megan she is studying in Busan” she retorted.
“Oh,am sorry for your husband’s death”
“It has been long Aurora, no offense taken” she said with an assuring smile.
The rest of the lunch making was silent as she prepared the lunch.
I have too many questions to ask her,how did she end up as a cook here?
How come the boys respect her and took her as their family?
The lunch was served and I packed it up inside a picnic basket and went to the boys respective rooms to deliver it.
After dropping the food in which Dian rejected his I went back downstairs to drop the basket and Dian’s food.
Mrs Russell was no longer in the kitchen,I dropped the basket and left the kitchen.
My mind was filled up with lots of thoughts.
I miss papa n Arielle,I miss them so much but I have to do this after two months I’ll resign from it.
I was lost in my thought not knowing when i bump into Barley.
“Can you stop being a pain in the a**? He semi yelled.
“Am sorry” I apologized.
“Save your apology for yourself, you always piss me off” he said and walk pass me.
I can’t seems to adjust to their kinda lifestyle, I still feel hurt when Barley criticize me.
I walk along the corridor to my room and Dian’s door was slightly opened.
I could hear his voice,I think he’s on the phone.
“Yea,I’ll be at my house in two hours bring the contract there” he said.
His house?
I tried to eavesdrop on him again but mistakenly pushed the door.
He turned swiftly to the door and started walking closer.
Sht am in a deep mess.
I started struggling with my key trying to open the door when his cold voice stopped me.
“Hey assistant”
I turned to face him and smiled nervously.
“Were you eavesdropping on me? His thick accent sending shivers down my spine.
Why can’t this eyes of mine stay put?
Now am in a serious deep soup.
“Erm, sir I wasn’t eavesdropping” I said.
He looked at me for some seconds and withdraw his eyes.
“I was….yes I was passing by and managed to hear you and not eavesdropping” I replied.
“I hate liars you know”
