“Your face look familiar,perhaps have we met before? Kyle asked,his gaze were on kendra.
“Of course not. How can you come across someone like me” I said sarcastically.
“Really? Nope you’re the lady. You ran away with her..he emphasized on the last word trying to recall the event. I’m not going to tell the truth.
“You with Kennedy right? I think I’m lost…Kennedy are you the one that I saw in the bush singing beautifully? He narrowed his eyes waiting for Kennedy answers.
Kennedy rolled her eyes and folded her hands.
“Nooo… Bush? Ew!
“Kyle what are you talking about? Harry asked.
“Ah! There was a lady that has similar voice as Kennedys but I don’t know who she was. Yesterday I ran after her just because I wanted to know who she is but then she showed up…” He pointed at me while I kept a straight face. “In short,then ran away.” He sighed.
“Well actually I’m the lady you’re talking about. I ran away because I couldn’t stand your presence.” Harry raised his left brow.
“Darn it Kennedy.” I cursed under my breath. She rolled her eyes and straightened her mini skirt.
“What do you mean? But you’re here now. You shouldn’t be here if you can’t stand his presence.” Harry smirked while a smile appeared on my pretty face. Let’s see how she’s going to win.
“Yeah I’m with the lady…she’s the one with the most amazing voice. Kennedy here can’t sing,her voice is terrible that you can’t even stand it. She’s a liar,a bloody liar.” I blurted out. I can’t help Kennedy because I wanted to save my selfish sister. All she cares about was just herself,she doesn’t care to hurt anyone.
“What are you saying…
“Kendra. That’s my name. Kyle stop looking for her because she’s not going to sing,don’t even try to come near her,she might hurt you.” Did I actually say all that. Seriously I don’t what to disclose anything about Odette and I can’t help Kennedy too. She betrayed me so I have to do the same.
“Is she a m©nster? Harry asked and I glared at him.
“H.ell no! She’s not a monster…there is no point talking to you. Kyle,I’m your big fans, who ever you sings with believe everyone is going accept it because we all love you. Look for another lady and give up on her.” I said and walked out without waiting for his respond. Kennedy followed,she grabbed me by my arm and dragged me with her. She raised her hand to slap me but stop half way.
“Why don’t you do it. Hit me…” I hit her che$t.
“Kendra! How dare you? How dare you turn the table around. How cruel are you? How could you do this to your own sister. You chose that low life thing over me. Look at me Kendra once Odette get the chance to rid of mom she won’t hesitate to send us out. She is just using you for her selfish interest. She’s weird and crazy,she’s a monster. Go in there now and tell them I’m the one that sang the song and leave the rest to me. Please Kendra,just this one. Please help your poor sister.” I watch as she sheds crocodile tears. I burst into delighted laughter when I saw her face expression.
“This is hilarious ken,look at you…can’t believe that you can come to and ask for help. What a crazy world. Oops! Sister I’m just a terrible person. I can’t help you.” I said abs tried to walk away but her voice stopped me.
“Do you not think Odette is already in trouble? Well…well…well…I’m gonna tell mom that she has been sneaking out from the mansion…
“Do you have any evidence against Odette? So sad,you know mom can’t do anything to Odette. She’s strong enough to save herself so back off ken. You’re nothing but a stinking loser.” I smirked.
“You fool! She yelled.
“You b@stard! I yelled back.
“What? She flinched back.
“Read my lips. Stay away from Odette if you don’t wanna get hurt. She’s not going to take it easy on you.” I said and walked away.
Even I know I’m useless but at least I just save Kennedy from Odette wrath. If she get to know what Kennedy was trying to do she won’t hesitate to hurt her and I can’t stand anyone getting hurt. Odette can’t control her temper. She’s helpless.
Kennedy won’t understand how much I care for her but I hope she do soon. I just want us to reunited again but mom is making everything hard for me. She’s poison Kennedy heart…I have to do something and put an end to every mystery.

I angrily picked my phone and dialed Darlene’s contact. She picked at once.
? Darlene I need your help,please I want to see you. ?
? what do you want this time? ? she asked.
? someone has already disclosed the truth about the voice. Even she promised to help kyle find the lady. ?
? the rarest voice is what matter to him. I don’t think I can help you Kennedy. ?

? sure,deal. I’m gonna send the address now. ? I hung up and sent the address. I board a cab to the place. I alighted from the cab and walked inside the restaurant. I met Darlene at the VIP section. She put on a mask,well she’s a celebrity that’s what I expected tho.
“Hi Darlene…
“Just go straight to the point. Don’t keep me waiting.” She interrupted.
“Well all I want you to do. Know is to claim the voice. If you say that you’re the lady that kyle has been searching for,he’s going to believe you because you voice isn’t bad. I’m going to find the secret between ode…the lady and kyle and tell you how to play the game. Don’t worry I’ll be by your side.” I said with a smirk on my face.
“What? How can I do that?
“Leave that to me.” I laughed.
“Ah! Okay.” She mumbled before walking out.
This is just the beginning,I will make sure I get what I want that is the only way to win.

I’ve already dressed up,just about to step out from the mansion then I heard her voice.
“Odette…” I heard her faint voice.
“Oh flower, how many time have I told you never to call my name when I’m busy. People may think I’m crazy because I’m the only one that hear your voice.
“Pardon my manners Odette but I have to tell you something. I’ve been trying to keep it but he’s always trying to get close to you. and if he doesn’t…oh! It’s a bad idea.” She said with a choked voice.
“What do you mean? Are you here for another joke? I don’t now who you are talking about.”
“Stop pretending Odette,I’m a witch not just a wtch but a great Queen. I know everything that happens around you. Try everything you can to stay away from him. If you get closer to him you’ll get fond feeling for him and there is no way to separate you two but there a secret I’ve been hiding from you. It’s not the right time to tell you but I have to say it now or else I may not get the chance to say it…
“What are you saying? I hate him.”
“That’s because you don’t know him. One of you will die at end. Please Odette that’s the only way to stop the curse and what the prophecy said. Please Odette….
