She was shocked and at same time she’s perplexed, hastily I scanned everywhere. They’re all confused as she is. I glanced at everyone but I couldn’t decipher what’s going on in their minds.
I’m still on my knees and I hope it works, I dipped my hand inside my pocket and drew the red box out. She widened her eyes in surprise.
“What are you doing kyle? She asked.
The hall has turned to grave yard no one is ready to break the silence, I stared at her eyes and took a deep breathe. Followed my instincts.
Tim chuckled silently and Owen tapped him on his shoulder.
“Hey what happened? Is he going to propose her? Owen asked happily.
“I don’t know. Aw go ahead baby.” Tim muttered.
“I’ve never see someone with amazing personality, but you’re different. The way you smile I found myself smiling too, a word from you makes my heart skip a beat. Being in love with you has be the best thing that ever happens to me, You’re the only girl I want. I was shocked, I never want this to happened. But she just turned me down. She rushed out of the stage I couldn’t run after her, what’s the point? She doesn’t love me.

“Yeah…yeah.” I whispered, can’t believe everything was just my imagination even though that’s what I’m planning to do. What if she turn me down, I don’t wanna think about it.
“It’s time.” Tim said and I glanced back while they nodded. Owen, Tim, Raymond , Scott and Harry moved forward and grabbed their microphones.
The lights were on Odette now, well we’ve planned everything and I hope it goes well.

We all walked out of the stage, still on the way when Nicky called.
“Odette wait up.” He yelled and everyone stopped. Luna let go of my hand.

“Hard to believe but I adore you all, next three years I’ll make sure to practice harder and win the next award.” He said jokily and everyone burst into delighted laughter.
“Good luck then.” Tim said as they embraced one and other.

“Odette why are you like this? Just go to him already.” Luna whispered in my ear and pushed me toward Kyle. I don’t know why am so nervous around him.
“Ermm…mm guys let’s go,”Luna shouted and they nodded before walking fast and left kyle and I behind.

“Hey don’t say anything for now, let’s enjoy the silence for now.” I said and he scoffed.
“What’s that for? I stopped walking and held him back.
“Let’s enjoy the hush atmosphere.” He said and smirked.

“I love you, like I really do love you.” He said while I wiped a tear that escaped my eyes. He took some steps toward me, I moved back until my back reached the wall. He placed his hand on wall preventing me from moving.
He leaned in, our face was inch apart. “Thank you.” He said.
“I love you too.” I said and drew him closer, I didn’t know what came over me. I wrapped my hands around his neck and tiptoes to meet up with his height, I kssed him passionately while he nibbled on my lower lip.
“Sorry, but I think you guys should get a room.” Kendra butted in and we quickly pulled away from each other.
Mitchell was standing beside her, there was a mysterious smirks on their face.
“Idi©t.” I muttered and scoffed.
“Gonna be waiting for you.” kyle said and pecked my cheek before walking away.
“Jeez! Odette you did it, I’m super elated right now. Isn’t this amazing Mitchell? Kendra asked and I rolled my eyes.
“Yes it is, I’m so happy.” Kendra moved toward me and whispered in my ear.

“Naughty kiddo.” I said and started walking.
“Odette how I wish you two can get married tomorrow, I really want to be an aunty. You know the feeling right? Mummy, aunty is coming tonight right? Aw Odette have you done it? Like did you use protection?
“Go away Kendra, you pervert.” I said pushed. I entered the dressing room and quickly changed my dress to simple strapless white gown.
“Good night Odette, see you tomorrow.” Kendra said without wasting time she walked out.
“Okay ladies, let’s go.” Darlene manager announced. Maids helped with our luggage while we walked behind them.
Darlene hasn’t say anything at all and I’m not ready to start a conversation with her either.
We are already at the parking lot. Kings band were about to enter their bus but a guard called Kyle name.
He turned back and a young lady rushed to him. They engulfed in a warm embrace,kyle pulled away and pecked her forehead.
“Hey Odette let’s go.” Corinne said and I hop in the bus.
“Who is that girl Kyle’s hugging? I asked myself. I didn’t see her face tho.
The car started moving and I rest my head on Melina’s shoulder, I was sitting in between Melina and Darlene.
“Is it true? Darlene asked.

“I guess.” I replied and closed my eyes.
