“I know, I’ve been a coward, I left them just like that, but I live with guilt for the rest of my life. I wanted to apologize to the little girl, but I couldn’t dare to look at her straight to the eyes. I am the reason why she lost her parents, I am the reason why she has to grow up without them. But I still tried to make it up to her, by giving her an adoptive parent, Helena, but I know it wasn’t enough.”
Tears fill Kira’s eyes as she reads the journal, she doesn’t know what to feel. Her Auntie Helena adopted her because the old master son told her to?
Does she also know what he did? Kira couldn’t help but ask. She closed the journal again. She couldn’t dare to finish reading the journal.
She feels like her heart is going to burst due to pain and hatred.

Tim parked his car in the garage, he opened the door and got off the car. He headed inside the house and saw the servant, “Where is the missus?” He asked.
Becca looked at Tim, “The Missus is in the master’s bedroom, Young Master.” she replied.
Tim headed upstairs and went to the master’s bedroom. He knocked on the door and opened it. “Sweetheart?” He called Kira when he saw her sitting on the bed.
Kira turned her head to the door’s direction, with her blank expression.
Tim knitted his brows when he saw Kira’s blank expression, he entered the bedroom and walked closer to her, “Why?” he asked.
Kira did not reply, he just stared at him.
Tim realized that Kira’s eyes are swollen..
“D-Did you cry?” He asked.
Kira tightened her grip to the journal. Tim’s gaze unintentionally fell to Kira’s hand he was stunned. His heart thumped so hard and his face turned pale as he saw the journal.
“W-Where…”
“W-Where did you get that?” He asked with his shocked expression.
“You mean, this?” Kira asked coldly back as she lifted the journal.
“Somebody sent this to me.” She said emotionlessly.
“K-Kira, give that to me,” Tim said.
“Why?” Kira asked, still in her blank expression.
“Are you afraid that I might find out something through this?”
“K-Kira…” Tim blurted out!
This is the moment that he is afraid of!
“Why do you looked bothered, Tim?” Kira asked sarcastically.
“Do you know about this?”
“Do you know about your father’s journal?” Kira’s voice trembled.
Tim stayed silent as his face got even paler.
“Give me some an answer, Tim!” Kira raised his voice.
“Do you know what your father did fifteen years ago?”
Tim gulped, Kira has already known about it, there’s no use to deny everything!
“I’m sorry…” Tim said as he lowered his head.
Kira felt like she lost all her strength upon hearing Tim. His apology only means that he knows everything about the journal.
“Why?!” Kira asked in a raised voice and tears started to fall again.
“Why did you hide it from me?!”
Tim looked up to Kira, “Kira…” he blurted out as he took a step towards her.
“No!”
” Don’t come any closer to me!” Kira yelled.
“K-Kira, let me explain—”
“What are you going to explain? Are you going to explain how you fooled me? Did you enjoy listening to my story about that accident?. Your father was the reason why I lost my parents, how could you act like you know nothing about it?!”
“This!” Tim finally spoke.
“This the main reason why I hide it from you.” He added.
“Because I know that… You will react like this,” He said in a low voice.
“And what would you expect to be my reaction? Now, I know why your father wants me to inherit half of his wealth and it is because of his guilt. Why?. Did he think that his wealth can change everything?. Did he think his wealth can take away the pain of losing my parents because of him?. How could he leave us in that state?. He should have at least called for help!”
“Perhaps…” Kira’s shoulder shook as she cries, “Perhaps they are still alive until now.” She added.
“Kira, I’m sorry, I’m sorry for what my father did,” Tim said in a faint voice.
“Did you also feel guilty?, that’s why you choose to marry me?” Kira asked as she looked at Tim.
“No!” Tim instantly replied, ” No Kira, I did not marry you because of guilt. I already said I married you because I love you,” Tim said.
“Why did you hide it from me then?” Kira asked in resentment.
“I… I tried to tell you, but I don’t have enough courage to do it,” Tim said.
“Kira, I didn’t plan to hide this forever, it’s just that… That, I am just not ready to confess everything to you,” He explained.
Kira closed her eyes tightly. Her heart is aching thinking that she married the son of the person who killed her parents.
“You took advantage of me, Tim,” Kira spoke again.
“You used Auntie Helena’s illness to make me marry you, it is only now that I realized that you are a selfish person!”
Tim felt like someone clutched his heart as he heard Kira.
“Kira, I’m sorry if I’ve been too selfish, all I want is to make you happy,” Tim said.
” But you’ve never been honest to me,” she replied, her face was wet because of the tears.
“Kira…” Tim attempted to approached Kira but Kira was quick to rebuke him.
“Don’t come closer!” Kira said with authority, she then took her scooter’s key and look back to Tim, ” Don’t you dare to follow me!” She said and then she stormed out of the room.
“Kira!” Tim called Kira.
“Kira where are you going?” He asked as he followed her downstairs, but Kira seems to hear nothing.
On the way out, Kira met Helena, “Dear, what happened?” She asked Kira, but Kira ignored her as she heads to the front door.
“Kira!”
Helena saw Tim followed Kira, “What happened, Tim?” she asked Tim.
Tim stopped in front of Helena, and he looked at her, “Kira already knows everything.” He said.
“What?!” Helena blurted out, “How?”
Tim opened his mouth to answer Helena’s question but he suddenly heard the scooter’s engine.
“Kira!” Tim called as he runs to the garage and drove away, she did not mind Tim calling her.
As Kira got out of the Villa’s gate, she did not notice the car parked a few meters away.
Inside the car, Jan was sitting in the driver’s seat. He patted Storm when he saw Kira got out of the Villa’s gate.
“Hey, did you see that?” Jan asked Storm.
“Of course!” Storm replied.
“This is our chance to get her!” Fire spoke.
“Hey! What are you doing? Why are you not turning on the engine?!” Storm sternly asked Jan.
“W-What?!” Jan looked at Storm with his rattled expression.
“Aish!” Storm almost cur$ed!
“Go and follow her!” he ordered.
“We have to get her!” He yelled.
“Y-Yes!” Jan instantly turned on the engine with his trembling hands and drove the car away.
Kira was crying while driving her scooter, her tears blinded her, so, she decided to pull over her car, her shoulders shook as she cried harder.
“She stopped,” Jan said.
“You stop and wait for her,” Fire replied.
“Shouldn’t we take her already?” Storm suggested.
“No, we can’t take her here, it’s too crowded, we will catch the attention of passersby.” Fire replied.
Jan just listened to Storm and Fire’s conversation.
‘What are you doing Jan?’.
‘You shouldn’t be doing this!’
‘You’re a decent man!’ He said to himself.
Jan is now questioning himself if he did the right thing on taking Mr. Fuente’s side.
Kira drove her scooter again. She did not notice the car that was tailing her. She didn’t know how, but she just found herself in the cemetery. She walked inside and headed straight to her parent’s grave. She automatically broke down as she saw her parent’s tombstone.
Kira wailed, “I’m sorry, Mom, I’m sorry, Dad,”
Jan stopped the car outside the cemetery.
“Let’s wait until she finished mourning on their grave.” Storm said.
“I’m sorry if I did not seek justice for the both of you,” Kira said as she looked at the tombstone with her teary eyes.
She felt so guilty, all these years, she thought that it was her father’s fault why they got into an accident, it was what the police report says, the accident was a driver’s error.
They said the driver was drunk while driving, she never thought that there was someone else who was involved with it, she didn’t remember anything during the accident, she was asleep, she was just woken up with her mom’s scream, and then she felt like something hit her side, she was thrown to her mother due to the impact, and then she lost her consciousness.
The next thing she remembered was, her mother was trying to help her out of the car, and when she was out of the car, she saw a man, she even tried to ask for help but the man turned his back away from her.
It turns out that the man could be Tim’s father.

Back to the mansion, “Sevi!” Tim called Kira’s bodyguard.
“Yes, Mr. Tan?” Sevi hurriedly ran to Tim.
“Come with me, you drive the car, let’s follow Kira,” Tim said.
“Alright, Mr. Tan!” Sevi replied.
The two of them rode the car, Helena rubbed her palm as she anxiously watched Tim and Sevi.
“I am locating Kira’s scooter, just focus on driving,” Tim said as soon as Sevi drives the car.
Tim put a tracking device to Kira’s scooter for her safety.
Tim looked at his phone and tried to locate Kira’s scooter, “She’s going to the Northside Cemetery,” He said to Sevi.
“Alright, sir!” Sevi stepped on the accelerator.

Kira had been sitting in front of her parent’s tombstone, she was in a daze and she doesn’t care what’s going on around her, she did not even notice the two men walks closer to her.
Storm and Fire lost their patience on waiting, they couldn’t wait any longer, so, they decided to get off the car and followed Kira inside the cemetery.
It was already dark, and no one else was around, no one witnessed if they will kidnap this woman and bring her to their boss.
Kira snapped back to her senses when there are two men standing in front of her.
“Don’t move, or we will shoot you,” One of the men threatened as they aimed their gvns to Kira.
Kira was startled, but then she instantly collected her self, she tried not to get rattled.
Kira glared at the two men, “Are you Mr. Fuente’s men?” She asked coldly.
“It’s none of your business!” Storm replied.
“Put your guns away from me,” Kira said coldly.
“I am a woman and I am alone, how could I fi ght the two of you?” Kira said.
Storm and Fire put down their gvns and shove it back to their waists.
“Get up!” Storm ordered Kira.
Kira stayed calm as she got up from her seat.
Storm and Fire lifted their hands to hold Kira, but they did not expect what she did next!
Kira suddenly ki¢ks Fire in between his legs which made him ?rinn?d!
“Argh!” Fire cried as he felt the pain in between his Iegs!
Kira turned to Storm and was about to attack him, but before she could do it, Storm has already aimed the gvn on her head!
Kira was not able to move!
“One wrong move otherwise, I’ll shoot you!” Storm warned.
“Don’t try to fi ght back if you still want to live,” Storm added.
Kira’s body turned stiff and she felt like someone splashed her ice-cold water. She was not able to fight back when the man started to tie both of her hands to her back.
Kira couldn’t do anything but to clench her teeth. Storm tied up both Kira’s hand to the back. He wants to make sure that this woman won’t do anything again.
“Argh!” Fire got up from the ground and slapped Kira in her face.
“You dare to trick us!” He said furiously.
Kira’s head tilted as Fire’s palm landed on her face, but she did not mind the pain. She tasted the bIood in her mouth, she glared at Fire and spit the blood to his face, “Shame on you!” She said fiercely.
“You!” Fire got more furious of what Kira did, he was about to throw her another slap but Storm stopped him.
“Stop, We have to leave now before anyone sees us!” Storm yelled.
He then grabbed Kira to the car.
Kira just silently walks, but she’s trying to find a way of how to escape from these men but it was hard to escape for she was tied up.
Jan was already waiting inside the car. He was startled when Storm and Fire knock on the window.
“Ha!” Jan almost jumped out of fright!
He looked outside the car and he saw Storm and Fire holding a woman.
Jan ?ssumed it is Mr. Tan’s wife.
Jan hurriedly unlocked the car door with his trembling hand.
Storm and Fire forcefully shove Kira in the back seat.
“Hey!” Kira yelled.
“You’re hurting me!” She complained as she slumped on the back seat.
Fire seats beside her while Storm seats beside the driver.
“Aish!” Fire lifted his hand and knocked Kira’s head.
“It’s nothing compared to what you did to me earlier!” Fire said as he twitched his mouth.
“Awh!” Kira complained again as she glared at Fire.
The light inside the car is on and Kira can now clearly see the men’s faces and Kira recognized fire. This man was the one who tried to molest her a few months ago!
Kira suddenly got frightened but she tried her best not to show it.
“W-What are you doing?!” Jan asked Storm and Fire when they got inside the car.
“Don’t ask too much question, Just drive away!” Storm said.
“Y-Yes!” Jan replied and then he drove away.
They did not notice that there is another car arrived.
