EPISODE 4
Days have past and ding. It is the day of Kira and Yana’s moving out. Kira has to rent a big van to carry all their things to the Capital City.
Inside the car,
” I have found you an apartment,” Drake said while driving his car.
Kira turned her head to Drake.
“Thank you, Drake, thanks for helping me,” she said.
“Oh, it’s nothing. I want to make sure that the apartment is safe. I want my godchild to be safe,”
“Thank you, I was not wrong for making you as Yana’s godfather. I am just worried about something,” Kira added.
“What is it?” Drake asked as he glanced at Kira.
“I have to find a nanny for Yana,” Kira said as she glanced at Yana who was sitting in the backseat.
“I am worried where to find a nanny who I can trust,” She added.
“Don’t worry, since I have opened a branch at the Capital City, I will be more often there. My apartment is just next to yours. I can look after Yana while you haven’t found a nanny for her,” Drake said.
Kira turned her gaze to Drake,” You also have an apartment in the Capital City?”
“Yeah, do you think I will let the two of you live in the Capital City without my watch?” Drake asked back.
“Oh, you don’t have to do that,” Kira said.
“Kira, I am Yana’s godfather, I also treat the two of you as a family, I want to make sure that the two of you are safe.”
“Drake—”
“Don’t worry Kira,” Drake interrupted Kira.
“I won’t ask anything for a return,” He added.
Kira lowered her head, “I’m sorry,” She said.
Drake revealed a faint smile,” Hey, you don’t have to be sorry, You’re hurting my ego!” he said.
Kira did not say a word anymore.

After ten hours of travel, they have finally reached the Capital City.
Kira did not fix their things because she was tired. She will just fix it tomorrow.
The next day Kira got busy fixing their things.
Fortunately, Drake was there to assist her.
In just half of the day, they finished fixing their things.

At Dana’s clinic…
“Ms. Dana, your psychopath patient was here this morning and he was looking for you,” Dana’s secretary said.
Dana took a deep breath, “He might not have taken his medicine that I prescribed to him.” Dana mumbled.
“Ms. Dana, he looked so scary, he keeps on threating me!” The secretary said.
“I have to call for the securities just to make him leave,” The secretary added, but Dana did not mind it.

Late in the afternoon, Kira went out for a grocery. Drake suggested to just do it, but Kira insisted. She has been away from the City for a long time, so, she wanted to see it again.
Yana was asleep when she left, so Drake was the one to look after her.
It was already dark when she got out of the grocery.

Dana got out of her clinic. She walked to the carpark, she opened the car door and rode her carand drove away.
After a few minutes of driving, Dana froze when she felt a cold object in her neck!
“Don’t move and keep on driving!” A threatening voice of a man from behind her spoke.
Dana’s eyes went wide opened. She felt like someone splashed her ice-cold water. Her body turned stiff.
“W-Who are you?” Dana asked nervously.
“Hahaha!” The man suddenly laughed.
Dana instantly recognized it.
This man is the psychopath patient that her secretary was talking about this morning.
Dana tried to calm herself, “H-Hey, just calm down, please,” She said to the man.
“How could I calm down. I thought my family will get back to me if I healed but they didn’t. You’re a useless doctor!” The man yelled!
Dana got even more frightened. She tried to think of how to escape from this psychopath!
Dana saw a car ahead of her. She speeds up her car and purposely hit the car ahead of her.

Kira was driving the car home. She turned on the radio. The music on the radio was a slow rock, she tapped her finger on the steering wheel as she listened to the music.
Everything was just fine, but then…
(Bang!)
Something suddenly hit the car’s trunk!
“Oh my god!” Kira blurted out in a startled expression. Her heart beats faster and her body trembled!
Fortunately, she was wearing the seat belt, otherwise, her ?h?st might have slumped on the steering wheel!
Kira looked at the rearview mirror and she saw a car behind her. She tried to calm her trembling body before she unbuckled her seat belt.
She got off the car and head to the car’s trunk to check it. She was using Drake’s car. He might get mad if he finds out that his car got into an accident.
“Oooooh!” Kira blurted out, with her eyes wide opened when she saw the dented trunk!
“What do I do now!” She asked herself. She turned her head to the other car which h it Drake’s car. She then headed to it and knocked the window, but the driver did not open it.
Kira knocked the window again, but there is no still response.
Fortunately, the road is four lanes,so, they didn’t create traffic congestion.
Kira was about to knock again, but she froze when she saw a man suddenly popped out from the other side of the car. She didn’t know where he came from. The man looked at Kira.
Kira looked back to the man, but the man suddenly ran away. She was stunned when she saw the man’s bIoody hand.
Just then, the front seat opened which made Kira snapped back to her senses. She turned her gaze to the front seat, but she was more startled when she saw a woman with a small knlfe $tabbed on her ?h?st.
Kira felt like someone splashed her ice-cold water when she saw the bIood on the woman’s dress!
“Oooooh!” Kira covered her mouth with her trembling hand, her eyes are wide opened!
“Help me…” Kira heard the woman said in a faint voice.
“What do I do, what do I do?” Kira asked herself, rattled.
‘If she calls for an ambulance and waits for it to arrive, this woman might lose a lot of bIood already’
“Help me…” The woman said again, still in a faint voice.
Kitra looked around, there are a lot of cars passing by.
‘Yes!’
‘I will just call for help to the other passerby!’
With that thought, Kira instantly wavesl her hand to ask for help from other cars.
Fortunately, there is a taxi coming into their way. The taxi stopped in front of Kira.
Kira hurriedly opened the front seat.
She talked to the taxi diver, with her trembling voice, “M-Mr…. P-Please, take us to the hospital!” Kira said to the driver.
The driver just looked at Kira and she pointed the woman in the other car.
“We have to take her to the hospital!” Kira said while pointing to the woman.
The driver’s eyes went wide open when he saw the bloody woman in the driver’s seat!
“Hey, Mr!” Kira called the stunned driver.
The driver snapped back to his senses.
“Please, help me. Let’s take her to the hospital!” Kira said again.
“Yes!” The driver said.
He instantly moved to help the woman in the car.

The driver drives fast, in just fifteen minutes they finally arrived at the hospital. They went straight to the emergency room.
“Please, help us!” Kira cried for help.
The nurses hurriedly approach them. They laid the woman on the bed stretcher.
“I’m sorry ma’am, but you can’t stay here,” The male nurse said to Kira.
“What about the patient?” Kira asked worriedly.
“Don’t worry ma’am, we will do everything to save her.” The male nurse said.
The male nurse pulls the curtain, which made Kira step back.
Just then the male doctor arrived,
“What happened?” The doctor asked the nurses.
“Doctor, the patient was $tabbed in her left ?h?st!” The nurse replied.
“She looked pale, she might have lost a lot of bIood!” The doctor commented.
Though the woman looked weak and pale, but she is still conscious.
“P-Please…C-Call Suzi…” The woman mumbled an eleven-digit number.
“Please, don’t talk too much,” the doctor said.
The woman was brought to the operating room for the removal of the knlfe in her ?h?st.
Fortunately, it was just a short knlfe, so, the wound was not fatal.

Kira anxiously waited outside the operating room.
In just an hour, the doctor who performed the surgery got out. The doctor approached Kira.
“Are you related to the patient?” The doctor asked.
Kira shook her head.
“No, doctor,” She replied.
“But I was the one who brought her here,” She added.
“How is she, doctor?” Kira asked.
“She’s safe now. Thankfully, she did not lose a lot of bIood and the wound is not fatal.” The doctor replied.
Kira has a sigh of relief.
“That’s a relief then,” Kira mumbled.
“But she still needs to stay in the hospital for a few days,” The doctor said.
“Uh, I have already called the number that she has given, I will just wait until she arrives,” Kira said.
“I shall go then, ” The doctor bade his goodbye.
Kira waited for a few minutes for the person close to the patient.
“Excuse me,” Are you the one who called me earlier?”
Kira looked up when she heard the voice of a woman.
She saw a woman who seems to be in her early thirties.
“I am Suzi, Ms. Dana’s secretary.” The woman introduced herself.
“Hey, I am Kira, ” Kira introduced herself too.
“Uhm, here is your boss’ things,” Kira said as she stretched her hand which was holding the things.
Suzi took the things, “Thank you,” she said.
“Uh, anyway, the doctor said that the patient is out of danger, they will be going to transfer her into her room in a few minutes,” Kira said.
“Thank you,” Suzi said sincerely.
“I shall go now, ” Kira said before she turned.
“Wait!”
Kira turned back when she heard Suzi.
“Can I get your number?” Suzi asked.
“Just in case my boss will ask for it.” She explained.
“Oh, Sure!” Kira gave her number to Suzi and then she bade her goodbye.
