?Dana’s POV ?
“Ja…Jason?” I called alarmed.
“Dana, you came, please come see if you can wake him, he is still breathing but I’m sure he is gonna die anytime soon” he said with a worried look.
I went closer to him and touched his neck.
“He is gonna die in matter of seconds” I told him.
I don’t no how I found that out but I knew it.
“Can you save him? please find a way, I think he was resting under this tree and got choked.”
“Can you?” He asked.
“I don’t no Jason, I don’t even understand about this powers yet, I don’t no, I don’t wanna do something that could harm him instead of waking him up” I replied restlessly and he sighed.
“G0sh, I should have listened, I don’t wanna turn to a killer, maybe we could take him back to that place, they could heal him” he suggested at the last part and its hit me.
“That’s true, even if we can’t save him, they can right? Yea let’s take him back” I agreed and helped Jason carry him up.

“Sir, is he gonna be fine?” I asked starring at the man that was healing him.
He is the same man that put me to sleep and asked if I will save Jason.
“Yes, definitely, I’m glad you guys were able to agree and bring him back, if you had wasted time in taking him to a hospital he could have died. Its only supernatural power that can save him at this stage.”
“The fire produced by someone with special abilities burns and kills faster than a normal fire, you can’t just compare both together” the man narrated with his eyes fixed on the elderly man who was still unconscious.
“Since its has gotten to this I think you both need to start your training immediately or another dangerous power might come up and do the unexpected.”
“First, you need to learn control which will be taught by miss Aurora” he directed to the lady that was with him that time I woke up.
She smiled and faced us.
“Your training will start immediately, we should have let you both rest but its seems like your powers are too powerful even for you to handle so you’ll have to learn control” she explained.
“Follow me” she added and started leaving.
We both followed her from behind and got to an empty space, they were a few people or should I call them students? Yes students since they are also there to learn, she asked them out and they left leaving Jason and I.
“Now, let’s begin.”

I fell down flat on the floor covered in sweat beside Jason.
“What such of control is this? Seems more like a torture” Jason complained as we were now left together.
Our bodies were covered in sweats.
I’m so so exhausted.
I sighed and didn’t reply him.
She informed us before she left that we were gonna be coming for an early class tomorrow.
Can I really do it again? I wondered.
“Dana?” Jason’s voice broke into my thoughts.
“Do you miss anyone out there? Like your guardians or friends?” He inquired and I sat up and looked at him.
He also sat up and faced me.
“No, I don’t” I replied bluntly.
“Where are your parents then? Don’t you miss them?” He asked again.
“I don’t” I replied flatly and he touched his temples.
“You don’t? Even your parent? Why?” He asked yet again.
“Because I don’t have parents, I’ve been an orphan ever since, my guardians adopted me from an orphanage home” I answered and he looked surprised.
“I’m sorry, I never knew, I’m so sorry for asking” he apologized as I stood on my feet.
“Its no big deal, I don’t hold anything against you” I replied as he also got up.
“Thanks, I’m hungry, where can I find something to eat?” He asked holding his tummy and I chuckled.

Next day.
I yearned and got up from the bed.
Then I got down and went to shower, I brushed and changed into a dress I’d picked out last night.
There was nothing I needed that wasn’t in the room and I like all of them, I wonder how they got them.
I packed my hair neatly and rushed out of the room.
I was still walking fast in case I’m late when I twisted my leg and almost fell down before someone caught me from behind.
I stood up right and thanked him without starring at his face. My main aim is to leave this building for the next.
I was about to run off when I felt his grip on me.
I turned and starred at him wondering why he’d held me.
“You aren’t late, you can stop rushing” he spoke with an accent that sounded sweet to the ears.
Immediately I heard that I relaxed and took a proper look at him.
Wow, he is cute.
Really cute.
“You’re Dana right? The newest Tara” he spoke out again and I nodded in affirmation.
“Nice to meet you, I’m Barry, the fourth Tara” he introduced and extended his hand for a handshake which I took.
“You’re heading for miss Aurora’s early class right?” He inquired.
“Yes” I replied and tucked the hair that fell on my face behind my earlobe.
“Alright, I’m also heading for her class, we can go together” he cooed and I nodded then we left.
I felt really unusual around him, I couldn’t speak, like I suddenly became shy as we walked.
He also didn’t speak until we got to miss Aurora’s class and got in.
I met Jason already there and I smiled and waved at him.
They divided themselves in three lines and I had to join one.
Then the teachings started afterwards.
