I’m frowning at Rohan’s mother. It’s been totally visible for a moment that the question made her feeling uneasy.
But what else to do? I’ve to pull an end to this hide and seek game.
She silently puts down the fork she’s holding and then smiles at me.
“Yeah! We knew about you… We were really close to you when you were young.” She says smiling.
Finally she’s opening to me….
“Mom!!” Rohan almost shouts. He looks anxious and tensed.
His mother smiles at him and says ” doesn’t seem like I can act any longer. We have to open up to her…”
“But she doesn’t even remember us!” Rohan says anxiously.
Her mother sighs and touches Rohan’s forearm to sooth him.
“I remember!” My brain works before my mind.
They both look at me surprisingly and I’m breathing hard.
Even Rohan’s mother doesn’t try to hide that she’s extremely surprise.
” When …. Was it??” Rohan asks.
“I’ve recalled all of the past memories today those I forgot.” I say.
Now I can’t breathe. I hold my breath to see their reactions.
“Ahhh……” Rohan’s mother sighs and holds her head in hands.
“I thought you’ll never remember us!” She says hiding her face.
I instantly stands and hugs her.
“Aunty…….” I feel emotional.
“You don’t know how much I had to act and suffered to save you from your uncle’s ev1l plan!” She says.
“I know!! I’ve come to know about everything when I get back my memory.” I say.
Tear drops touches my cheeks and two fingers instantly wipe them away.
I look at Rohan who was my childhood crush. It’s him with whom I wanted to spend most and rest of my life.
He seems relaxed and happy. Corners of his lips rise as they make a beautiful smile.
I really love this smile.

I’m watching the manor garden from the terrace of the room that aunt selected for us.
The night sky, big trees, flower beds and small fountains makes the scenery amazing. And the moon adds extra beauty to the beautiful beauty of night time.
I sigh and seat on the almost bed sized cradle and swing it smoothly. A gentle breeze touches my bare skin and makes me shiver.
A pairs of hands grab my shoulders and shove me on the cradle.
“Rohan….!” I exclaim in surprise.
“I missed you!” His whole body touches mine as hugs me. I feel his weight on me. He hides his face in my neck.
“I missed you too.” I say while brushing his hair.
“You missed me….?” He asks as his lips brush the skin of my neck.
My heart beats faster.
“Even though I forgot you, there was always an emptiness in my heart. I guess…. That was for you…. I missed you the most.” I say. His lips slide to my collarbone as he pulls the gown slightly downwards.
“I’m sorry… I ignored you all those days… But speaking of truth that was intensional.” He says looking into my eyes as if to discover whether I’m angry at him or not.
“That’s a relief… You had to ignore me intentionally for both of our sakes.” I say.
“You know feelings of teenagers aren’t strong enough to build a serious relation.” He says and I frown.
“No…. I mean….. Teenage isn’t the right age to start a serious relationship.” He says.
“I understand. But you never totally ignored me. I never felt that way…” I say and cups his face softly.
His eyes falls on my lips and I stop breathing.
“Do you accept me as your husband? Or will you keep behaving in a rude way?” He asks.
“It’s my luck to get and have you by my side forever. I’m sorry for the way I was with you in those days….” I say.
He smiles at me and hugs me tight.
I feel like melting… It’s really soothing… I missed this embrace…..
A pair of lips capture mine and I startle but the touch of his helps me to relax and slowly I accept the tender kss.
Suddenly something vibrates and we both flinch.
“Oh…. That’s my cell phone!” He quickly reject the phone call and throw it a little far away.
I stop him as he tries to capture my lips again….
“What now??” He asks.
“That maybe an important call. You should receive it…” I say.
“I don’t want to……” He says as he forces to lean on me.
“Don’t!” I push his cheat but it’s hard like rock.
“Stop it! We’ve enough time!” I push him away as he tries to force again.
“*Sigh* you should receive the call first!!!” I say sitting abruptly and pulling my gown upwards.
He lies on the cradle on his elbow and frowns at me.
“Are you ignoring me right now??” He asks.
“Not at all! Just receive the call already!” I grab the mobile and press it on his chest.
“Now talk!” I say and leave the terrace.
? Rohan’s P. O. V
I send a message to the caller to call me tomorrow. I’m not really in a mood to talk to some other people than her.
I still have the smell of her skin sticking to my nose and the flavor of the lipstick to my lips.
Am I in heaven? Did I die somehow?
Or am I dreaming?
Or is it really the reality?
Did she finally recognize us?
I’m wondering as I stare at sky. That’s the best thing I could get as a gift from the Almighty.
I sigh as I smile feeling relieved.
