I sat in the car driving off, her silence is killing me ,i thought as i kept staring at her while i drove
“Lily?”i called but no answer
“At least talk to me “i said
“About what exactly,that am being called a goldigger,isnt that what you wanted to call me and then am being consoled by someone and you insult him,your unbelievable”she said
“Look am sorry,am sorry if they are calling you a goldigger but am not sorry for telling that man off”i said
“That’s the problem with you,you arent ever sorry and that alone makes me mad”she said angrily
“Lily i …..”
“Not another word max,youve done enough as it is and right now i dont want to talk to you”she said
Knowing that to be a signal from her,i stopped talking and when i drove into the mansion,she got out of the car heading inside
She really is mad at me,what can i do to get her forgiveness ,i thought still holding her bag
Just then an idea popped into my head,i just hope she likes the surprise i have in store for her

I cleaned off the little tears on my face ,for hours now have been crying,still feeling hurt about the whole thing
He hadnt even apologise,well he did but not in the way i expected
He doesnt love me and he wouldnt want me to be truly his wife
To him am just somdone
he wants and someone he can call names and accuse of stealing his money
And thats what people are saying about me right now,i thought sadly
I looked at the time and saw that it had just been three hours,just then dora walked in holding a rose
“Mommy i was told to give you this”she said
“Who gave it to you “i said
“I cant tell”she said as she gave the flower to me
knowing already who it was,i went to search for him
I got to the staircase only to see that a red carpet was put out on the floor and it was decorated with roses
I stared up to find a little letter and i removed it to read it
“If Dora manage to pull you out of the room then you must be reading this,now i want you to search for the next rose,if you do move on”i read
“What sort of game are you playing”i yelled but nothing
I walked downstairs and moved to a corridor and then i saw another letter
“Found it right!!! Then its time to apologize ,am sorry lily,for everything ,for ever doubting you and calling you names”
I smiled silently and followed the red carpet and then i saw a rose decorated on the floor spelling out an “I”
And then i walked to the end and pulled the door the flowers too was imprinted on the floor and it was decorated with a “love ”
I got to the other end where the carpet ended and then saw the last word “you”
Could this be what am thinking ,i thought as i saw a bouquet,i picked it up and breathed in the flowers
“Lovely right ?”he said
I turned and found him there staring at me
He walked towards me taking the rose from me and addding it in the bouque
“This signifies that am nothing without you,your the only part that can complete me “he said handing the flower back to me,something which i accepted
“Max……”
“No dont,let me at least finish,look am not really good at apologising,am sorry lily,for every thing i did to hurt you,would you forgive a man who is so desperate to win your love and affection”he said pulling me to him
“You said dont know how to apologise and that is what am doing now,please forgive me my love”he said
“Do you love me”i said
“Yes i do,very much”he said
“I dont know how it started but all i know is that i love you so much”he said
Love!he loves me,i thought happily
“Dont keep daddy waiting”dora yelled at me
I turned to find his mom and Dora also waiting,expecting us to reconcile
“Fine okay ,i love you too”i said knowing that its from the bottom of my heart
I love this guy,so much,i just hope that he doesnt break my heart,i thought as he kssed me
Dora ran to us hugging the both of us and he carried her into his arm and whispered to me
“I love you and i wont ever hurt you again”he said and pulled me to him

“Relax i will do this right”i said to brenda who was feeling agitated
“I know but i still feel scared ” she said
“Next tomorrow is lily sister wedding right?”
“It is”
“then wait till then,i have something instored for those two “i said smiling
