“Babe,” the guy called as he rushed to hug her. “I missed you”, he mumble.
“I missed you too,” she mutter hugging him back. “You didn’t tell me you are coming, I could have to come pick you up,” he said with a pout.
” That would have been nice but I had to drop by my parents’ place and I don’t want them to see you,” she said and he nodded in agreement.
Norman is Ariel’s long time boyfriend, they have been dating since high school and planned on getting married once she debut, but sadly for them that didn’t happen before her father forced her to marry Ethan.
A year after her marriage her father found out that she is cheating on her husband with Norman. That was when he stopped her from coming to Hong Kong, he said she will never learn to love her husband if she keeps coming over to see her lover.
But unknown to him technology has advanced, they are still in contact.
“You had a fight with your dad?” He asked after studying her mood.
“Yeah,” she mumble. “He will send you back to America and we won’t have time for each other” he complained
” Hey, don’t be like that of course we will, I will stay here for as long as you want,” she assured
” You will?”
” Yes, I will stay with you because I missed you too”
” What if your dad finds out that you left your husband? You know he always calls him to confirm your whereabouts”
” Don’t worry about that, nothing will stand in our way not my dad, not Ethan”
” I love you Ariel,” he said as he captured her lips in a deep and ro.mantic kss.

? America?
Monica sat on the couch waiting for April. She and Maria already had dinner but April was no where to be found.
“She is still not back?” Maria asked as she stand by the door of their room rubbing her eyes.
“Yes, why are you awake?” Monica asked
“I’m thirsty,” she said walking to the kitchen.

Few minutes later she sat beside her sister. ” What’s going through your mind?” Monica asked
“I miss Grace” she muttered resting her head on Monica’s shoulder.
” Me too” she mutter as she stroke her sister’s hair.
“Let’s wait for April together, if feels lonely sleeping alone” she said but it didn’t take long before she drifted to sleep.

About three hours later April walked into the house wearing bum short and a crop top that stopped above her stomach.
She sighed and went into the room, she took the blanket in Grace’s room and covered the twins.
Monica opened her eyes as she felt something covered her.
“April… you are home” she mumble in a sleeping state.
” Go back to sleep” she said before walking to her room.
Monica stood up and dressed Maria’s head in a way she won’t feel uncomfortable. She followed April and stood by the door as she run her eyes.
“Have you eaten?” She asked, worriedly. “I prepared dinner, should I warm yours?”
“Thanks but I already ate” April answered as she sat on her bed removing her earrings.
“Why are you dressed like that?” Monica asked
“Like what?!” April demanded
” You look like those that work in a bar”
“That is rude Monica”
” Why are you home late? Are you doing this because Grace is gone?”
” Will you stop it? You are acting like Grace too…. always questioning my movements, I can return home at any time I want”
” That’s not right, you should come home at the right time, what if something bad happens”
” Stop lecturing me Monica, I am your sister!”
” I’m sorry I was just worried”
April sighed when she realized she has gone too far. ” Go back to sleep you have school tomorrow”
Monica nodded and walked back to Maria she was about to wake her up when her eyes caught the wall clock.
It was already four in the morning, it is useless going to sleep, she needs to clean the house and cook.
“Maria!” She called tapping her
“What? I want to sleep” she said covering her head with the duvet.
” It’s morning, we need to do the chores” she said
” Grace will do that” she mumbled, sleepily
“Grace is gone remember it’s our responsibility now”
“Go and wake April” Maria mumbled.
” She just returned, she is tired”
“Go away!” She said pushing Monica.
” If you don’t wake up this instant I will get scorpions and put it on your body” Monica threatened and she sat up immediately.
“Don’t do that I’m awake” she said not looking like she was just asleep now.
Monica chuckle as she walked to the kitchen and Maria followed.

? White House ?
Grace stared at her new face in the mirror, she slept alone the whole night. She was surprised the president didn’t come home the previous night.
She wondered what was wrong, she was about to stand up when the door bust open and Ethan walked in.
She saw his reflection in the mirror and her jaw dropped, is this reality or a dream? He looks so handsome…no handsome is an understatement, he is an alien.
She gently closed her mouth before turning to face him with a smile.
“Good morning Your…. Excellency” she wanted to call his name but she didn’t remember.
Ethan stared at her as if she has gone nuts, Ariel will never greet him let alone call him ‘your Excellency’
Is she trying to ask for forgiveness? He won’t forgive her that easily not after what she did to his brother.
He ignored her and walked into the bathroom.
“What just happened? Why did he ignore me? Is this how he treats his wife?” Grace wondered out loud as she stared at the shut bathroom door.
She quickly went to the wardrobe and took his clothes, he placed it in the bed. She browse online what wife’s do for their husband.
So, she picked his clothes, once he is out of the bathroom he will wear that.

After few minutes Ethan walked out of the bathroom with towel around his waist, showing his abs. Grace tried to stop herself from drooling but she couldn’t help it.
He is just too perfect. He ignored her and walked into the wardrobe.
“I already picked your clothes” she said but he ignored her.
He came out after he was dressed and faced her.
“Will you stop looking at me like this is the first time you will be seeing me?” He said and she quickly look away.
Of course this is the first time she will be seeing him.
“Ariel, this act of yours won’t work on me, you made yourself clear and I understand your message… just be patient until my term is over, I will gladly let you go” he said and walked out of the room
What is he talking about? Why does he want to let her go? What does she mean by let her go?
She walked out of the room in search of Blair. She stopped half way and realize she doesn’t know where Blair is.
She wanted to ask one of the maids walking past her but she thought they would not answer so she didn’t.
She forgot she is wearing a new face and no one sees her real face.
She walked for a while before stopping in front of a room. She heard someone groan obviously in pain.
She opened the door and saw Tommy struggling to sit up. He was shivering due to cold.
Tommy who waa unaware of her presence strech out his hand as he tried to reach for the water on the table . “Water” he demanded.
Grace rushed towards him and took the flask which she believes contain water.
Immediately Tommy saw her, he moved back in fear and tears started falling of his eyes.
“What’s wrong? Why are you crying? Are you hurt?” She was worriedly but the boy only cried more.
Ethan who was not far from his room heard his sobs and rushed into the room.
His eyes darkened as he saw Ariel so close to Tommy, he thought she was hurting him again.
He marched towards her and pulled her by the hand making the hot water in her hand fall on her hand and lap.
“Ahhh” she wince in p.ain but Ethan cared less.
