“I impregnated Maya” he said.
“What?”
I stood frozen on the spot and Aries was enjoying the show.
“It’s not what you think, l can explain” he said in a rush.
“No you don’t have to explain” l said and scurried out of the class.
Holy crap! Am gonna beat up that girl, l don’t care if she is pregnant.
How could she hide such a thing from us?
I marched angrily to meet Maya.
She was sitting and rested her head on the desk.
I walked to her seat and dragged her out.
“Easy Clary” she winced in pain due to my grip on her.
“You dumba$$” l yelled and gave her a resounding slap.
She gasped and held her cheeks in surprise.
“You surprised aren’t you?
You thought we won’t find out? For how long were you going to hide it from us,you couldn’t even open up to Skylar.”
“Am sorry” she said.
“Oh! Shut the fk up,now everyone knows about this,l feel like beating the he..ll
Out of your goddamn head, if l had Known about this earlier l would have known how to handle the situation when Aries brought it up.”
“Am sorry Clarissa, l was scared, uncle Noah will be really disappointed” she said.
“What should we do now? Aries have said it out loud and it’s gonna go viral immediately.”
“This isn’t good” l said and hit my legs on the ground repeatedly.
Skylar came running towards us.
She walked towards Maya and gave her a deafening slap.
“Stop it” l interfered quickly.
“I thought we are sisters, twin sisters,for goodness sake you could have just opened up to me,than letting me find out like this” Skylar yelled as tears fell from her eyes.
“Now it the talk of the school.”
“You are going to get expelled for sure” Skylar lashed out in tears.
“Am sorry Skylar, Clarissa am really sorry you guys had to find out this way, am ready to bear the consequences,you guys should stop worrying about me” she said.
“Looks like you had it all planned already, good luck” Skylar said and ran away.
“I will see you later” l said and headed to class.
On getting to class, the spell teacher was teaching already.
“Why are you late to my class miss Clarissa?” she asked and l gulped.
“She probably went to see her slut of a a sister” Aries said and l glared at her.
“Be quite, miss Aries, miss Clarissa don’t do this next time, you can go to your seat” the teacher said and l went to sit but my seat was no were to found.
I think am gonna teach this bitch a lesson, this is not the Clarissa she used to know, this is a new Clarissa.
I stood throughout the lesson and immediately the teacher left the class l walked up to Aries.
“Where is my seat?”
“Your seat?oh! Oh ! I remember, l told a student to dump it outside the school.
“Why?”
“It’s broken” she said.
“Really?it’s my seat, you would have asked for my permission,l want you to send the student to bring back the chair that he took out else you are gonna be standing while l take your seat” l said.
“Are you nuts? How dare you say a thing like that, let me remind you, you are just a lowlife that was picked up by an old wretch” she said and my palms landed in her face.
“Never in your life call my uncle Noah that.”
“Guards” she called and her bodyguards came out from different corners.
“Capture her” she said.
“Don’t! Lindon said and the class watched what was happening in awe.
“You can’t tell my guards what to do?” Aries yelled at Lindon.
“Off course l can, you are of low rank than me, from now on you have to behave yourself around me, your father is just a fourth ranked official, can’t compare to my father, if you capture her, l will capture you too” Lindon said and l was surprised.
This is the first time, have seen Lindon acted like the young master that he is.
“Now send someone to bring back her seat and make sure it’s in proper shape, else you are gonna do as she said, you stand while she sits” Lindon added.
“You are gonna pay for this embarrassment bch” Aries said and scurried out.
“Can we talk?” Lindon asked and l nodded in agreement.
He took my hand and we left the class.
“About Maya, it wasn’t intentional, l can remember vividly what happened that night, l was not in a right state of mind,l was drink and vomited everywhere in my room and Maya was ordered to Clean it up.”
“Truth is l have always admired her, that day as she bent down to clean the drawers, l could see her panties through her nighty. My body was acting on it’s own, and l forcefully had my way with her. In the morning when l was conscious of what l did, l begged her not to tell anyone and she agreed but never knew it will result this.”
“Am ready to take responsibility for my actions.”
“So what are you going to do now, she is gonna be expelled when the school management hears of it” l said.
“That’s not a problem, l can get her a home tutor,after she put to bed she will start attending school again, l want to marry her after out final year exams*” he said.
“Really?” I asked.
“Yes, am gonna marry her.”
“That will be nice young master, thank you for taking responsibility for my sister.”
“You don’t need to thank me, l know things must be difficult for her, now that the news has gone viral, please look after her for me.”
“And finally, please be careful of Aries, she is more dangerous than you can ever imagine, be careful” he said and l nodded.
“Take some money, use it to help me buy a few things for Maya and the baby.”
“You are very nice young master, l admire you, thanks l will leave now l said.
I got up and headed to class, while he strolled behind me.
On getting to class! We met the martial arts teacher.
“Clarissa and Aries” come with me to my office.
“Take your books along” she said and l and Aries glared at each other but we had to obey the teacher.
On reaching the office, the martial arts teacher was waiting for us already.
“I want you both to work on a project and submit it to my office in three days” she said.
We both glared at each other.
“Never!” We said in unison and the martial arts teacher stared in awe.

“Am tired!” I said as l rested my back on a tree.
It ve been two days of trekking and we haven’t arrived the north.
We can’t teleport either,we where instructed not to make use of our inner energy.
“Same here, am so tired Lonrenzo said and sat on the ground tiredly.”
“We still have to trek for another two days before we get there, this is so fraustrating” l said and Lonrenzo sighed.
“Does Clarissa know that her uncle is a diety?” I asked.
“No she doesn’t, when the time comes l think he will reveal himself to her.
” Hmm! So about the book? What did he say?”
“He said that only Clarissa’s blood can open the book.”
“What? But that diety said………..”
“It was all lies, she just wanted us to lure out uncle Noah, according to uncle Noah only Clarissa’s blood can open the book.”Lonrenzo said.
“Why? I asked.
“According to what he said, Clarissa mom is a Phoenix.
“A Phoenix?”
“Yes and she was the one that wrote the book and uncle Noah the book is big for nothing.”
“Why?”
“Because it contains just few words and l can only open it with Clarissa’s blood.”
