Dumbfounded, I looked into his eyes.
Did that just come out from him?
Is this how much Vicker loves me? Is he really gonna support me in getting justice done.
“Vicker….” I sighed and hugged him.
His hands roamed all over my back. Just then his phone began to ring.
“It’s my dad. I’m supposed to be back home tonight. ” Vicker said before picking up the call.
I watched him talk to his father on phone with so much respect.
After making the call, he turned to look at me.
“Something happened here last night. My business partner’s body guard got shot in front of the conference room, although he didn’t die.
I should have left Singapore now and that delayed making me find you. ” Vicker said smiling.
I looked away as he made reference on what we did yesterday night.
I was still wondering if I should tell him or not when something occurred to me.
“Business partner? Who were you meeting yesterday night? Were you at the conference room yesterday? ” I asked.
” Yes. ” Vicker answered and I gasped.
It was actually his business partner we’ve been sent to kill?
Immediately I felt cold and shivered.
Vicker touched my arm. “Are you okay?” He asked.
“Yeah…. Fine…” I stammered. Hearing him talking to his dad made me remembered father and my sisters.
“How is my dad and my sisters doing? My dad….is he still a gardener?” I asked with a smile.
” Yes,he is. I saw him…. unhappy.” Vicker said and I smiled.
” So then….I’m still a Gardener’s daughter.”
” Everyone thinks you are dead.
But I never accepted cos deep down here”, Vicker whispered and took my hand placing it in my chest and continued.
“Deep down here in my heart,I could still feel it beating for you. I could still feel you.” He said and I blushed badly.
I finally laughed. Wow…I laughed? I was amused myself. It’s been so long I laughed last.
“Let’s go home,Sarah. I can’t wait for us to be together.” Vicker said eagerly.
That made me scared. ” Vicker….I can’t return home with you now.
I’m no longer the Sarah everyone knows. I’m different now.” I said, looking away.
Vicker placed his palms on my chin making me look at him again. “I will bring back the old Sarah.
I will bring back the sweet and loving Sarah if only you will let me. Will you let me, Sarah?” Vicker asked softly, looking at my lips.
It made me look down at his lips too and for an answer,I edged forward and kssed him.
He ksses me back,hard and long. “Let’s go home.
Please don’t say no. I might die if I return home without you.” Vicker groaned making me tingle all over.
Should I go back home with him? Will Tan ever let me go that easily?
I sighed. I don’t wanna let Vicker go too. I might just go with him.
My phone began ringing on the table. How did it suddenly got there again?
Vicker must have notified he look on my face. “You forgot it earlier on at the restaurant.” He said.
“Oh.” I stood up from the bed,arranged my clothing and walked to the table.
My heart beat accelerated as I picked up the phone and saw Tan’s number.
I quickly let the phone slip off my finger and moved back. I was terrified. He must be waiting for me.
“Who’s that?” Vicker asked, coming behind me.
“No…. nothing… it’s nothing.”, I stammered and picked up my phone. I switched it off she threw it into my bag.
Vicker watched me fidget. “Sarah,you are trembling. What’s wrong?” He asked bringing me close.
I wrapped my arms around him and placed my hair in his chest, saying nothing. “I’m fine. Just hold me.” I said with a quivering voice.
Vicker carried me back to the bed and placed me gently on it. I looked into his eyes as he stared down at me.
“What do we do? My mom has got to pay for hurting you.” He said angrily.
He would never know I wanted a death revenge for her.
But now as I think about it,maybe handing her over to the police will be more better.
But the police would want a prove cos I know she’s gonna deny it.
” We have no prove, Vicker. I’m certain she’s gonna deny it.” I said sadly.
“We don’t fcking need any prove. Leave it to me,Sarah. Let’s get ready to leave. You are coming home with me.” Vicker said and I smiled.
Home sounded so sweet to me. I thought with a smile.

I walked into my hotel room with Sarah and found Doris already waiting for me.
Sarah stopped by the door on seeing her. “Your girlfriend?” She asked and I laughed.
“I’ve never had a girlfriend. Not when all I think of is you ” I said and took her hand making her sit.
” Welcome.” Doris nodded at Sarah with a confused look.
“We are leaving tomorrow morning. Hope you are ready?” I asked her going towards the drawers.
” Yes sir. Chairman called. And I told him we had a situation.” Doris said looking at me.
She must have noticed how happy I suddenly looked.
“Good. You can leave now. Make sure you have enough rest and food.” I said with a smile.
Doris smiled back and left the room after glancing at Sarah.
I went into the bathroom and had another bath. By the time I came out, Sarah was already asleep on the chair.
I walked quietly to her and bent in front of her, looking into her face.
She looked extremely beautiful and pretty with her eyes closed and mouth slightly opened. I was tempted to kss her.
Pecking her head instead,I picked her up and lay her on the bed then covered her with the bed spread.
“I love you Sarah Miller. Nothing is ever gonna change that.
I’m gonna kill any guy who looks at you or any guy who as much as lay a finger on you or any fcking guy who thinks he can take you away from me.
You’re mine and mine alone.” I said softly and kssed her lips with a smile before laying beside her and watched her sleep.
? TAN ?
“Sht!!” I roared angrily as I stared at the stupid btch in front of me.
I couldn’t believe all she told me. I couldn’t! Angrily I paced about boiling.
I tried calling Sarah again but again,her phone was automatically switched off.
“Aria, are you telling me the truth? You mean….Sarah ran off without killing our target!” I asked.
” Yes master….we shot at each other cos she was being so unreasonable.
I got angry and pointed my gun at her. She did the same. I shot the wrong person and we had to run.
She ran off leaving me behind. I almost got caught but escaped.
Master I think Sarah has betrayed you ” Aria said and my head rang like a bell.
After all we did for that wretch?
After my father brought her to us five years ago when she looked so tiny!
How dare her?
She really thinks I’m gonna let her go that easily?
“Rex! Rex!!” I yelled madly.
Rex ran towards me. “Any assignment?”
“You guys have to be careful. Tighten the securities and get prepared at all times. One of us has betrayed us.
And I’m gonna find her and bring her back here myself. That girl is mine and mine alone.
I’m yet to taste her…I’m yet to feel myself inside of her. No… she can’t go. Not yet!” I yelled and stormed outside the building.
Tom and other guys were busy sharpening some swords.
” Get ready Tom. We are going to Singapore and we are gonna get there tonight and bring Sarah back. She’s not far away. I can feel it ” I said angrily.
She must be kidding if she thinks I’m gonna let her go so easily after everything .
I will bring back the ungrateful btch and make her mine.
